Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Jet skis, parasailing is also on the beach there. Generally the hotel is nice and beautiful. Go there now! To Alanya can be reached by bus - 20 minutes drive

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

This is their first hotel in Turkey that we've stayed in that offered truly unrestricted access for disabled people including and hoist chair for the main swimming pool and even fantastic access for wheelchair users to access the beach

The pool was brilliant and the cocktail bar was good although the tiny plastic cups were a bit of a let down and the fact that we couldn’t have cocktails all day as they stopped them when the restaurant was open but it did the job

The amusement team was the best part of the hotel loads of activities and being welcomed it felt great I got to know one of the guys called CAN i got on really well with him and had some great banter throughout our stay we are still in touch now! All in all a good trip and would recommend for a cheaper holiday

Really hungry as we had been delayed only option for food was a delivery reception staff ordered 2 terrible kebabs for £40! Rooms were spacious and comfortable in the 5 days we were there we didnt see a cleaner

They showed me the room next to ours and that was perfect. However on arrival they gave him a different room totally unexceptable then charged him £50 to move to the room they had showed me

Immediately closed access to the pool and put on cleaning. During the entire stay, none of us was poisoned. The children were constantly on the slides or in the pool. For children there is a children's room

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

We didn’t go the beach, I didn’t realise when booking but it’s a 15 min bus ride away, the busses are free and about every hour with a break at lunchtime. There is also a bus to the shopping centre which costs €1

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

- Slight sewer smell in the bathroom, though not unbearable. Pool: - Small and overcrowded. - Difficult to find chairs, and no privacy due to overcrowding

Negative Points: Room Issues: - Initial room (3101) was undesirable, facing a wall and located far away. - Small bathroom with an inconsistent, leaking shower. - Hard bed, with no extra pillows available in the room

Cleanliness: - The hotel is consistently well-maintained; staff are always tidying. Food: - Good variety of food available throughout the stay. Location: - Excellent location with many nearby shops and restaurants

Separately, I want to say about food. Buffet and almost every day different, great choice. Drinks are not very alcoholic, so drunks were rarely seen, more often cheerful). The beach is private and equipped

The room is clean, the linens are good. We were given a room with a view of the sea from a bit of a corner, but still great. The parking lot next to the hotel is 10 lira per day

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

From the balcony you can see the sea and a lot of palm trees. Some rooms have bathrooms, I liked the rooms with a bath more than the rooms with only a shower

For example, under the bed in our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty dishes sat in the hallway for at least two days. The hallways felt neglected, even though the pool area was spotless

We booked this hotel after having a bad experience with a different hotel on kleopatra beach and we are so happy we did. The hotel is very clean and upto date with modern features

This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities

We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good

The hotel is opposite the beach and has a tunnel which takes you there. Fresh towels are provided daily. There are lots of shops and restaurants very close by, no need to have to go to far

The property has 3 pools 1 big and 2 small. The pool bars are very good but not much choice alcohol wise. We couldn’t fault the staff they were very accommodating especially with our 2 year old child

Food & Restaurant Service: The restaurant was a highlight, with a great selection of food that suited everyone in our group—including the fussy eaters! However, we did run into some frustrations as a larger group
