The view from my room is incredible, the sea is something. I love the animation team, everyday is a different show. My fav is morning yoga, the trainer Sam is just a professional

It was such a great experience. Great for trips with family. I loved the pool. The Crew weren’t bad but I had so much fun.

We like everything in this hotel, the food, drinks, shows, every activity. Especially morning gym, the trainer Sam is the best worker here. Love her energy, her dance and the attention she gave us

The hotel is super !!! The rooms are modern, large and comfortable. There is a lot of food and everything is delicious. Service is good. You can smoke everywhere. Wi-fi is fast and throughout.

The animation team was amazing and I enjoyed all the activities. they are so friendly,warm and active and the entertainments were perfect I enjoyed my holiday next to this wonderful team

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels

The pool chairs are taken very quickly so get in early. But the hotel itself is very good. Food is amazing so are all the pools and beachside. Good location great atmosphere

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

The animation team was excellent! I feel bad for not remembering their names, but they did a great job being energetic and happy whilst trying to entertain everyone all day all week, for the 2 weeks that we were there

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on

The hotel and the rooms are clean and come with good beds and excellent showers. Since one spends most of the time outside that didn’t disturb me much. It’s and all-inclusive hotel with ample restautants and bars

The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym

Every night there is entertainment program and show for children and every night dance was done at the beach bar

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

Takes care of you; - main facilities like: resort, private beach, bar, restaurant, pools; - food is fresh all the time, large variety and tasty; - no mosquito or other insects inside of the resort

Staff is amazing, all of them, doing their best to satisfy you. Food is so delicious and varied. 3 pools around the property, 2 tennis courts, free parking, excellent wifi all over the place

Location is perfect: right in front of the beach and only 10 minutes to town. Food is exceptional good: different recipes for every lunch and dinner

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Overall very nice stay. Would recommend. The food is good. Lots of variety. Net is a little slow and rooms are a little dated. The beach is vast and lots to do. They have a lot to keep kids occupied as well

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

I feel like things like the zip line, go karts, crazy golf and rides could be added as a package or a set allowance for free then after that charged

The food is ok, just be prepared for madness trying to get some. The dining room is really busy, some of the food is in the terrace room

The Beach bar at lunch time was much nicer and better quality. We also really enjoyed the food from the snack bar/ ice creams

There are no set cocktail menu, staff would make these up on request if you asked but measurements where different every time, which would leave to different tastes Entertainment: There was little no no entertainment and the entertainment to offer during our stay wasn't appropriate to English speakers or children

There where two nights of entertainment that we really enjoyed which where dancers from outside the hotel. The Moon bar was shut for the whole stay other than the last night but the night we did go up there we enjoyed

Food: The food in the main buffet restaurant was poor. The quality and Variety of foods where not very good. And the choice for Vegetarians where near to nothing

We couldn't sit at the main bar area outside due to people being aloud to smoke feely around the outside of the hotel. which wasn't nice with a young child

The staff was very nice and smiling. Clean pools, lots of sunbeds on the hotel grounds and by the sea. Bottled water at every turn in abundance, as much as you wanted

the hotel is excellent, the food is varied, the beach is close to the hotel, plus, who doesn't mind salt water, there are swimming pools with perfect animators, Hasan had great fun with the children

The free ice-cream is one dude serving you 1 scoop of vanilla OR chocolate ice between 14:30 and 16:30 in the Kingdom Bar, inconveniently located between the pools and the beach which is far from both

It was a really good vacation! We were in the bungalow and not in the main building, which had its advantages. Free Wi-Fi with good coverage even on the beach. On-site souvenir shop with really affordable prices

The hotel was generally very clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels changed in the room and you could easily exchange for clean beach towels

The food was very good, various with a barbecue area, every vegetarian or keto supporter could easily eat well. Every day a lot of different food to choose from and the staff bustles around so that nothing is missing

New hotel, opened in may 2016. Very solid design inside, modern rooms. 2 pools, convenient transport to the sea. Great kitchen, eat and drink 24 hours a day, all inclusive.

The lock on the bathroomdoor didn't unluck, so i called them 3 times and they didn't fix it, when i saw the handyman he tried to fix it but he didn't and left it the way it was

The swimmingpools and the beach were always very busy and it was hard finding a seat. Too much people too little space

Loved this hotel. Absolutely lovely. Just a shame we went in the winter so we couldn't get to check out the jetty on the beach. I did still get in the sea though!

Multiple pools to pick from, but only heated by the sun! I would definitely book again. The only down side was outside businesses were roaming the hotel try to get you to get tattoos or hair cuts

The hygiene isn't bad, but there is also a lot of room for improvement, for example a glass window of shown food so it's keeping fly's away, and the staff using gloves could be a big improvement

You have all kind of snacks and just normal food like rice, beef and pork. As long as you stay one week it will be fine after 1 week the meals will repeat

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

On the beach - never enough chairs and less sunshades. The beach is sandy, little stones at the shore and be carefull - 2-3 m away starts deep water. BUT the park is very beautiful and a real pleasure

Honestly no comment on anything , it was an amazing vacation in the amazing resort , the smile of each on in club kastalia team make you happy , food superb every day new things , programs in each day and at night dont let you do anything outside full program

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone

Apart from that, hotel is located next to sea, so you can go to the beach anytime you wish

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Animation team give their best to entartain the guests! Negative: Food was very traditional, for people who like Turkish food that is a positive, for my family it would be better to also have some more european meals

(Thankfully these awful German guests left) after a few days and there were sunbeds still available at 9am for those coming down to the pool later

Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5

Beach is not to large and quality of equipment is not good, there are some broken things there Overall: Comparing this hotel price with other 5* hotels this was what I expected. This hotel deserves 4* rating

The hotel claims to be 5 star, but 4 star level. You need to cross the street to enter the sea. However, all of the coast in that area already. rocky or gravel for foreign guests the hotel is negligible

The beach is only a short walk thru the hotel it is a private beach and is very nice a bit small but still nice to catch the rays!! Our room is lovely and airy our air con broke and we were very impressed by how quickly it was fixed and up and running for us

And now that I here will not go is the beach,but rather a "sunset"into the sea,it's a disaster. Maybe we Popoli in the period of the waves,and in calm's okay,but when the waves,and he every day to swim is not realistic

Very nice hotel we have been here for a week and we've had an amazing time we paid for an economy room but the balcony was facing a brick wall so we upgraded to a sea view room which made the holiday so much better

A lovely chap called Mansur gave us free bags for the beach which were very nice. The spa was lovely I paid for 4 days of massages and my masseuse Amadam (I think lol) was very professional and nice

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

They were spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a pool, spa, fitness center and a pretty nice beach bar

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day

There is a strange smell from the pillows, even if they are exchanged daily. The music is too loud at the swimming pool (louder than in a disco club)

Reception staff and hotel employees are not very kind according to the 5* hotel. The burger bar is only at the sea; in the hotel, you can only eat cakes during the day

Now on to the negatives majority of the staff that work in the reception have no manners whatsoever, you don’t even feel comfortable asking them anything as most of them shout at ur face when you require help, and one member of staff in particular who seemed like he was a security guard and helped out at the front desk when required ,spoke to me as if I was something at the bottom of his shoe

During my 4 day stay at the hotel it logged me out 8 times and did not even run efficiently and whenever I voiced my issues to the members of staff in reception they would get annoyed as to why I’m asking for help 😂 definitely not a 5 star hotel as no 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at across the world has charged for WiFi, great moneymaking scheme to get more money out of us

We've had a lovely time at Kaila beech hotel in Alanya. The food is lovely, rooms are very modern and clean. We had an all inclusive package and have really enjoyed staying at the Hotel and Alanya

We felt safe and the covid measures are great here. Everyone is temperature checked at all meals before entering the restaurants

On my last night at the hotel, late in the evening, a distressing incident occurred. Despite the staff's knowledge that my family and I are practicing Muslims, we were served a cocktail containing alcohol

The cakes and sweet dishes were equally uninspiring. While the staff was generally pleasant, there was one incident that left me extremely upset and frustrated
