The pool side and beach side-huts were good to get out the sun with the kids, they were between €20-€30 euros, but are worth it. You can book them in advance at the pool bars

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones

Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected

Overall my kids loved it! Windmill was great company to use for the private transfers, took a couple of hours off transfer duration

Street food through the day, pizza, waffles, jacket potatoes, nuggets etc which were great. The private beach is a big plus

It was such a great experience. Great for trips with family. I loved the pool. The Crew weren’t bad but I had so much fun.

We like everything in this hotel, the food, drinks, shows, every activity. Especially morning gym, the trainer Sam is the best worker here. Love her energy, her dance and the attention she gave us

The hotel is super !!! The rooms are modern, large and comfortable. There is a lot of food and everything is delicious. Service is good. You can smoke everywhere. Wi-fi is fast and throughout.

The animation team was amazing and I enjoyed all the activities. they are so friendly,warm and active and the entertainments were perfect I enjoyed my holiday next to this wonderful team

But I want to focus on a group of animators. Every day they entertained us with various exciting games, the evening shows were on top and the DJ surprised us every evening on the pier

One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

Food is not that impressive, animation every evening is mediocore, there was only one good night that the animation team was strong. Good thing that it is rather clean and rooms towels, bedsheets are changed everyday

The pool chairs are taken very quickly so get in early. But the hotel itself is very good. Food is amazing so are all the pools and beachside. Good location great atmosphere

We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door

Everything is super in the hotel, the food is tasty and varied. For one thing, set in a sea of bad (where the pier is, the better it straight down into the water)

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel. We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated

The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

Takes care of you; - main facilities like: resort, private beach, bar, restaurant, pools; - food is fresh all the time, large variety and tasty; - no mosquito or other insects inside of the resort

Staff is amazing, all of them, doing their best to satisfy you. Food is so delicious and varied. 3 pools around the property, 2 tennis courts, free parking, excellent wifi all over the place

One of the best food we ever experienced within an all inclusive concept. Staff is friendly when you thank them and give them a smile. The rooms are okay but the bathroom could use an update

There are no set cocktail menu, staff would make these up on request if you asked but measurements where different every time, which would leave to different tastes Entertainment: There was little no no entertainment and the entertainment to offer during our stay wasn't appropriate to English speakers or children

There where two nights of entertainment that we really enjoyed which where dancers from outside the hotel. The Moon bar was shut for the whole stay other than the last night but the night we did go up there we enjoyed

Food: The food in the main buffet restaurant was poor. The quality and Variety of foods where not very good. And the choice for Vegetarians where near to nothing

The Beach bar at lunch time was much nicer and better quality. We also really enjoyed the food from the snack bar/ ice creams

We spent most of our nights in the lobby bar playing card games which we enjoyed but after a few nights got very repetitive

the staff at the beach bar and restaurants where very friendly and where happy to help and bring drinks over

The swimmingpools and the beach were always very busy and it was hard finding a seat. Too much people too little space

Multiple pools to pick from, but only heated by the sun! I would definitely book again. The only down side was outside businesses were roaming the hotel try to get you to get tattoos or hair cuts

Also the love holiday rep phoning our room at 8am after we arrived at 2am in the night for a very important meeting about the transfer back to the airport for when we leave, only to meet up an try to be sold day trips

We spent 7 nights here, the staff were great, they really couldn't do enough for us. The food was good, plenty to pick from every day. The hotel is very clean an well maintained

Only good thing was the free drinks, some of the entertainment and the location to be honest, you are just another number. But the Spa were really kind and good. Those people were the best staff

The rooms are ok, nothing special, defitely not very clean. Only woman who really does housekeeping is the very old lady who greets you with marhaba

Pools clean but not enough sunbeds. Better food over on the island but beach not great,dirty with cigarette ends and rocky getting in to sea not great if you have kids. Staff in restaurant really helpful and friendly

The hotel is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, the bed was huge. There's a mini fridge that is free, and stocked daily. The resort is excellent for families with young children

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

A good range of dishes are normal, the beach is sand with stones and sometimes with the earth. At the hotel's normal water Park for kids, for adults nothing special

Great food in restaurant, helpful staff in multiple bars and FANTASTIC animation team, these guys are really doing great job. Really great Turkish Evening, as well as Party Night (other animations were great too :-))

Honestly no comment on anything , it was an amazing vacation in the amazing resort , the smile of each on in club kastalia team make you happy , food superb every day new things , programs in each day and at night dont let you do anything outside full program

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

I myself very much rested from 27 August to 5 September 2015. A large area has many pools good slides out from the hotel and from the beach. The room we had was in the new building we loved the room

The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. Pitty - never enough forks, plates, cups and glasses. Plastic cups are not fit for cola, beer etc

I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Animation team give their best to entartain the guests! Negative: Food was very traditional, for people who like Turkish food that is a positive, for my family it would be better to also have some more european meals

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

The animation team were superb and the entertainment around the pool each day was great, they were so friendly and got everyone involved, without being too pushy

Whether it was coming to have a chat with you at yours sunbeds or on the evenings, they were always trying to socialised with hotel guests

Rooms was cleaned everyday as well, we mentioned between us many times that we’ve never seen a place so clean before, staff love to make sure the place is clean and tidy! During the day the entertainment team always keep you occupied and make sure you’re having a good time

Hotel rooms were air conditioned and also had lots of information about the hotel in booklets on the desk in the rooms so you didn’t have to worry about how to do anything whilst they were there

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and all I can say is positives about it, there was always variety with food and brilliant set ups for food so you can snacks in between meal times

They also took the time to come and interact with everyone. We'll done!!! All staff were very helpful when we needed anything There is a free bus to the private beach each day

I think the number of sunbeds by the pool is a bit low compared to the hotel capacity, you may need to get up early and get a sunbed. I did not see much activity to entertain the children 3

Visited with a group of friends, 2 of us vegans. Most people spend their days there, not the pool. Cabanas (private booths on the pier) start at €60 / day / 4 people, then additionally €15 per person

The children's pool can be made more shaded at least for lunch hours, otherwise there may be health problems 4. The workshop activities are very nice but under the hotel capacity, you may not be able to find a place 5

The beach area feels like paradise! We wanted to end with the best part : Blue Marlin staff members are amiable, friendly, skilled and hardworking! We’d like to thank more personally barmaid Gulsen, barman Anil and especially the best waiter Abdulkadir who made our stay so pleasant, we won’t forget you guys! We recommend Blue Marlin Hotel without hesitation

One word : fantastic! We left a week ago and we’ve had an amazing stay at the Blue Marlin Hotel and it wouldn’t have been that good without its friendly staff members. The room was clean, spacious and very convenient

Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day

Now on to the negatives majority of the staff that work in the reception have no manners whatsoever, you don’t even feel comfortable asking them anything as most of them shout at ur face when you require help, and one member of staff in particular who seemed like he was a security guard and helped out at the front desk when required ,spoke to me as if I was something at the bottom of his shoe

During my 4 day stay at the hotel it logged me out 8 times and did not even run efficiently and whenever I voiced my issues to the members of staff in reception they would get annoyed as to why I’m asking for help 😂 definitely not a 5 star hotel as no 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at across the world has charged for WiFi, great moneymaking scheme to get more money out of us

Moving on to the biggest issue at this hotel… The wifi, so the free WiFi only works in the lobby , no where else in the hotel, if you would like WiFi you need to pay extra to have it within the rest of the hotel and your rooms

rested with the family from 04/28/2019 to 05/05/2019 in the still former Katya Hotel, Alanya and there was only one building, and the new one was in the forests. The hotel is not big but very comfortable

Modern rooms and good service. The food was varied and tasty. There was also a children's menu. Because the city-type hotel - it was always where to go out in the evening to walk

We've had a lovely time at Kaila beech hotel in Alanya. The food is lovely, rooms are very modern and clean. We had an all inclusive package and have really enjoyed staying at the Hotel and Alanya

We felt safe and the covid measures are great here. Everyone is temperature checked at all meals before entering the restaurants

Of the minuses - not enough and even few places on the beach. But in general - such a good home hotel

Upon speaking to other guests at Titan hotel , we discovered we weren’t the only people this had happened to. Anyway, we arrived back to Titan at 9am and was given our room which was just an average room, nothing special

You can’t sit by the pool without getting harassed and haggled by staff trying to sell you stuff like tattoos/spa treatments etc, when you attempt to turn it down they become rather rude

The other hotel they took us to had no idea we was coming. Upon arriving, the member of staff from our hotel began to argue with the other hotels member of staff in front of ourselves and other guests regarding this

The food is absolutely disgusting, unless you want to be on and off the toilet constantly then go ahead and eat it. It got to the point where we started to eat our meals elsewhere as the food is just terrible

The same as the drinks, only one beer is available and the cocktails are horrible, they give you terrible heartburn, not even enjoyable to drink

The staff members are incredibly rude, especially if you are an English guest. I can only name a few staff members who were genuinely nice
