For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

The door to the closet broken - did not close, hot water is generally not reached, since our enclosure on the hill was. The Jacuzzi though was, but the sense that there is no hot water

We have been to this hotel 3 years in a row and it has always been a wonderful experience. The food and drinks are delicious. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Umut and Abdi for being so nice and caring.

Every evening, they organize entertaining shows featuring different dance groups, which adds a nice touch to the experience. The only downside for me was the à la carte restaurant

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Staff is amazing, all of them, doing their best to satisfy you. Food is so delicious and varied. 3 pools around the property, 2 tennis courts, free parking, excellent wifi all over the place

Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00

We are on holiday now, the very end of October. The weather and sea are simply fabulous, the hotel did not disappoint

There are plenty of activities for children, the children's animators are great, and there are plenty of activities for adults as well. Overall, it was a great vacation, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

More, if 4 cleaning ladies needed to clean one swimming pool toilet together, than what about the rest of hotel? Everywhere was so slippy, no paper towels 🧻, no soup for hands… smelled badly… After 12 o’clock, it was not possible to see any cleaning lady

We had an excelent holiday at Azur! The staff is very nice, the food is great, and the entertainment programs are very fun! The hotel has it's own water slides by the pool which we enjoyed very much, and we really liked that the beach is very close to the hotel!

If it’s a five star hotel, why the guests didn’t got any different food? Turkey kitchen has a lot of good meal… but it seems, you guys forgot it to show…It was very similar meal every day that in the last days we didn’t eat anything…only fruits! And fruits it was amazing! Second of all, cleaning stuff? In 12 days our room wasn’t cleaned up, only Changed towels… the girl who worked in our floor seemed...

Place This is very big hotel with restaurant, spa, pools, slides, bara, disco etc. Everything is here so literally you don't have to go anywhere to spend awesome time

Normally you can either have cool pools or be in the city. Here you have everything! (I'm here with my husband and 6 yo kid)

Rested with my wife in July 2019, about two weeks. The rooms are small but cozy (we came across with a nice balcony where we could sit well). The staff is very friendly, cleanliness is good

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities

We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good

Bingo was great, especially as we won! We got on well with one of the waiters who we always had a chat with and a laugh about football. The staff are always so busy doing something to keep the hotel clean and tidy
