The rooms are not very dirty, they put daily necessities (towels, pillows, kitchen utensils, etc.) I can't say that the pool is clean, the internet only works in the lobby, the beds are comfortable but unfortunately there is no hot water in the bathroom

The hotel is very good for the money. Rooms are nice and clean. The beach is enjoyable but quite small. Several thing could be improved, though. First, WiFi is free only in the hotel lobby, and there is a daily fee to use it in the room. Second, the restaurant could use some experienced waiters and more variety in meals would certainly be great.

Nice room with a Nice bathroom and a good view. The pillows were really hard, witch made it harder to fall asleep. Great service by the staff and cleening personell. Quiet, Relaxing, Simple with large very clean swimming pool. Air con not so great. Could not cool whole apartment in summer. No dishwashiing liquid to clean your dishes. Very high bath tub sides to climb into for a shower. Not good if you are short. About a 7 minute walk to main boulevard.

The hotel has large rooms, a living room with a TV, sofa bed, and a kitchenette. There's also a bedroom. The cleaning lady was very friendly and came every day. We booked this hotel via Apollo. And the first impression was fine for the price. The hotel staff was the nicest and most understanding people’s on earth. The first room we got was the A/C broken. And with no discussion, we got another room instantly. The food here at the hotel was delecious and nothing to complain about! We had a nice holiday here at Lavinia.

The location, room and personnel were very good. We got two balconies and a guest room! But there was a problem with light in the bathroom.

I only stayed here one night but the room was fine and well matched to the price. It is a basic hotel but the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. The reception staff were friendly and you could enter the hotel any time as we were given an electronic key fob.

This is my second stay here. I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly. The guy working nights has become a good friend. The rooms are clean in surface area, could be a bit better in vents and corners, but feels overall good. You have to buy toiletpaper, but not to expensive. Very good food from a clean kitchen. Been to a lot of hotels, but this was one of the nicest without being too fancy that one would feel unfortable when walking around in flipflaps. Airy and bright rooms, actually 2 rooms. I booked an "apart" here for my family. It is a room with a living room. The living room can be slept in by converting the sofa to a bed. The living room does not contain air-condition. So, bedroom's door should stay opened. The location is about 15 minutes walking to the city center which is good.
