Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available. The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection. Compared with previous experience in Turkey, this is not a 5-star hotel, rooms are equipped with showers, rooms are small, furniture and design are old.

We like this hotel very much even it’s for young couples and WiFi is not free.

Good location, service was okay in general, however housekeeping wasn't great, were in constant need of chasing up and asking for towels, toilet roll etc.. rooms are quite small, would not recommend staying on pool or restaurant side as its very loud - restaurant plays loud music until 2pm. The hotel is wonderful, everything is perfect, right on the beach. The pools are very clean. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The location is in the most beautiful part of Alanya, very close to the city center. There is a car park. We hope to see you again.

So reception is nice and very helpful, in general staff very unfriendly and nore happy to help or answer to questions, in general self hotel is good very good location, but... every evening playing polish music and concentrate to polish people. Food was good but repetitive. About room cleaning is fine but never leave toilet paper and I needed always go and ask that.

Hotel is nice, near beach. Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian. Food is okay, usually the same every day with nice terrace to eat. I do not like elevators in this hotel but roof bar is pretty amazing.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea). Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience.

Stayed here 25 - 27/02 -25 Perfect accommodation for those who want to live near the sea for a week or two when the heat returns. Also suitable as a transit hotel for 1 - 2 nights during the off-season. Prons: Well-cleaned rooms. Cozy little room with a couch and balcony. Close to the sea. Pools. What a great hotel and spa. We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around. This is honestly the best located hotel in alanya, especially for a relaxed stay where everything is of a short walking distance. We recently spent 10 nights at Hotel Kaila in Alanya as a group of 10, ages 2 to 57. While our overall experience was mostly positive, there were a few aspects that could use improvement.
