A great place for a family holiday. There were 11 of us. The place is very magical, especially for mountain and sea lovers. Ultra all-inclusive is at a good level. The pools are not crowded which is great. The toboggans are a bonus. The sea is beautiful. The entrance to it is over stones. But no shoes are needed. The evening program is average, as is the animation program. The main languages ​​are Turkish and Russian. Russian tourists here behave like everywhere else in Europe. Except for this, it was one of my best vacations.

Very nice hotel. Perfect for families with children. It has 3 Pools and a pool for children. There is a very nice Aquapark as well. Very delicious food and good service everywhere. Everyone works very fast. The cocktails in the irish pub are very tasty! The lobby is beautiful. Very good animation. A lot of different activities every Day for young and old. The evening programm is nice as well. We liked the Michael Jackson show, it was so good. Besides, there were foamparties and we had every day poolgames. At the pool and the sea are People that bring you drinks and snacks like watermelon. The view on the mountains is beautiful. All in all a very good hotel!

Very beautiful hotel 😍 delicious food, big pool, amazing staff and good cocktails. What we missed is that there is no tip box in the kitchen and eating area. And we really liked that hotel staff were very good with street cats and some dogs. Please go on and take care of them 🙏

Gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities. Difficult to go dairy free but plenty of variety in the restaurant to not be a problem. Lovely staff, felt very comfortable and welcome. No kabanas on the pier as we came early season so bear in mind if booking early on.

The best about this hotel is it’s beautiful views and good variety of food which is actually tasty! For each holiday they prepared something special- like we had 100 years of Turkey and Halloween.
Id say what I didn’t like about this hotel - it’s old and needs reconstruction in some places. Also it needs a little bit more thorough cleaning in the rooms - there were black hair all over bathroom and bedsheets.. it just doesn’t feel clean.
We’ve been to Amara brand before … and this is not the best representative.. however the hotel is good for its price. You’ll enjoy it if you don’t compare it to luxury standards that other Amara hotels set.

I vacationed with colleagues in June this year at this hotel. The rooms are good, the hotel itself is large. Food was tasty. The coffee shop had good coffee. The mountain view is wonderful. There were few sun loungers on the beach. There are places for hiking and walking nearby. The only negative was that there were problems with hot water, which could not be solved for three days.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the surrounding nature. The food is the same everyday and is mediocre. The service is just not there. The waiters do not pay attention to the guests. The main restaurant looks like a battlefield during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment team is very insolent. They are asking people to write good reviews for the hotel and stay by your side until you post it. The beach is awful with very big underwater stones and not safe to enter without shoes for water. Briefly, we were very disappointed.

we spent our vacation with our husband and 17-month-old daughter in this hotel. The reservation was for a honeymoon, so with room decor and champagne for welcome. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in at 15:00 and our room was still not ready! Under the bed was dirty. Our room was not cleaned one day during our stay even though the button was green for make up room. I called the reception more than 3 times to change the towels and blankets, when they brought the blanket for the bed, it was torn!!!!!! The food from 1-10 was 4 raw vegetables, dishes with a lot of fat and almost every food was spicy. OUTSTANDING service!!!! the waiters spoke Russian all the time and when you spoke English they gave arrogant answers. Turkish and Russian customers were given more attention and care. The kids corner was nice but the service was terrible
Honestly, I would not recommend this resort. My family and our relatives who have shared this experience will never go to this resort. More love from ALBANIA

Since we first entered the hotel, we were amazed by the luxury and quality. We had stayed in much more expensive hotels before and our expectations were not high, but we were really amazed. Food and service 10/10. High standard of cleanliness and room comfort. What made us happy the most was the view and location. It is quiet, calm and gives the feeling of a palace among the mountains. As for entertainment, perhaps the best part of the hotel. Always active animators. Activities that are not intense and boring. Shows and parties that we would be curious about if we didn't go at night. The foam party in the pool should not be missed. Our children loved it) I am grateful to everyone for this beautiful holiday. I will come again, I promise!!!
