A fraudulent company and an overpriced service. They took approximately $500 more than what was agreed upon. I do not recommend visiting them.

Review: This was our first stay at Juju Premier Palace, and we were immediately impressed by the resort’s spectacular setting with mountains and sea, rich greenery, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff, good and diverse food, and wide selection of drinks. However, one aspect of our stay left us feeling somewhat disappointed. The entire entertainment experience, from daily interactions with staff to the evening shows, was almost exclusively geared toward Russian-speaking guests. The MC mainly addressed the Russian audience during the shows, the music in the after show was predominantly Russian, and even the basic greetings from staff members are made in Russian. We understand that the majority of guests might be from a particular region, and it’s perfectly reasonable to cater to their preferences. However, it's important to remember that every guest matters. Regardless of their nationality or the size of their group, each visitor deserves to feel acknowledged, welcomed, and included — especially in a resort that positions itself as a premium, international destination. International music selections, and entertainment that considers all cultures — can make a huge difference. The entertainment should create an atmosphere where all guests feel equally valued. We truly enjoyed many aspects of our stay and appreciate the efforts made by the resort team. With just a bit more attention to cultural inclusivity, this could easily become a five-star experience for everyone.

We really liked the hotel, food and drinks, ice cream, themed dinners by the pool, shows and entertainment, disco. Everything was perfect. The rooms are just a delight, we paid a little extra and took a great room for a quiet indoor pool. There was only one incident when the cook served a whole fried fish to the child on a plate, straight from the fire, my child (12 years old) got burned, thank God they immediately took cold ice cream in his hands, it was not pleasant, so the advice to cooks are always be careful with very burning dishes, especially when you put them on children’s plates, it may not be pleasant. The cook didn’t notice it himself. But that’s the only downside. SPA was super!

Fantastic experience. Beautiful room and housekeeping are great. The restaurant was good too. Probably could do with better variety on main courses. Pool area nice and plenty space for all. Had a great time in the Irish pub. Really nice staff. Beach isn't great tbh. If you are a fan of a nice sandy beach, this place isn't for you.

I’ve been coming to Turkey for 10 years, and I can confidently say Juju Palace Hotel in Beldibi is among the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We paid nearly £2,000 for what was supposed to be a premium holiday – instead, we were met with mismanagement, false advertising, poor facilities, and shockingly rude staff. Dining is a joke. Dinner is from 19:00–21:00, but by 20:45 staff were already clearing everything up. At 20:55, not a single dessert was left, even though half the restaurant was still eating. This shows total disregard for guests who don’t rush to eat the second dinner opens. The “snack restaurant” is another lie – the menu says “fish and chips” but what you get are soggy fish fingers. Embarrassing. Restaurant service is dismal – except for one day. Friday, when there was a SVAİ conference in the hotel, the staff suddenly became top-tier. Water was served immediately, tables were cleared promptly, and drinks appeared without asking. Every other day? We had to hunt down someone just to get a glass of water. It’s insulting to treat regular paying guests as second-class compared to a conference group. Pool area is chaotic and unfair. If you’re not at the pool by 10 AM, forget about getting a sunbed. Every bed is “reserved” by people chucking sun cream bottles on them, then disappearing for hours. I asked a staff member to help get two loungers from a nearby pile, and his response? “I’ll do it this once, but it’s not my job.” Excuse me? Unprofessional and rude. Rooms? Subpar. We had a jacuzzi in the room – nice in theory, but we could hear everything happening in the floor below us when theirs was running. The air conditioning was awful – every time we used it, we started coughing nonstop. Felt like it was blowing dust instead of cool air. Also, if you leave the room after 10 AM, forget about your minibar being refilled. Apparently, room service only works on their schedule. The spa is an actual disgrace. We tried it once – never again. The salt room smelled like feces. The steam room was completely out of order. The sauna? Lukewarm at best. We went in at 12 PM – spa supposedly opens at 09:00. So in 3 hours, nothing is working or clean? For a “resort” that charges premium prices, this is unacceptable. The gym is unsafe and unusable. There’s no air conditioning, making it stuffy and suffocating. Worse, it’s overrun by unsupervised kids – we saw 5–6-year-olds climbing on and playing with the gym equipment like it was a playground. Completely unsafe and again, zero staff supervision. No entertainment – during peak holiday time. We arrived during Biram, which I fully respect as a national celebration. But the hotel used it as an excuse to cancel all entertainment for four days. If the hotel is open and serving international guests, it should provide what’s advertised – regardless of holidays. There was no poolside entertainment beyond the occasional aqua gym or water polo. The advertised evening shows never matched reality. And here’s t

very beautiful hotel with a large area, the staff is simply wonderful, the food is great, but the beach has its drawbacks, because there are a lot of stones on the coast and it hurts your feet to go swimming. my child really liked the heated pool, the aqua park is also wonderful, there are wonderful masseuses working in the spa area, thank you very much to the masseuses who did a full body massage, the pain went away (I don't remember the name, she is from Kazakhstan). in the evening there were children's discos with animators, it was also wonderful, they are busy with the children, so parents can relax a bit. the hotel shops are staffed by wonderful men, my son was very friendly with them. we will definitely come back ♥️♥️♥️
