Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, pier, beachfront. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for free. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach 630 m.

The hotel felt like a natural home away from home.
My stay was perfect.
Animation in the hotel was very interesting and contained.There where a lot of different things to do every day.
We stayed at this hotel in October and were quite satisfied overall, despite some minor cleanliness issues. At that time, the experience deserved 4 or even 5 stars. However, our return visit in November was a complete disappointment.
The room we were assigned was worn and need of renovation. Many facilities that were functioning in October were closed this time around.
Spa Issues:
A broken thermometer was lying in the spa area.
The hamam's grates and stones were visibly dirty.
The steam room was not operational.
Exiting the spa area into the cold pool, we encountered dirt and bird droppings. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for guests.
Vitamin Bar Closed:
The vitamin bar was also not operational, which is baffling, especially during citrus season when oranges and pomegranates should be abundant.
Other Concerns:
There were no loungers or pier on the beach, was no loungers by the sea to sit and relax.
The hotel did provide a welcome gift of fruits and wine to acknowledge our repeat visit. However, considering that we paid for an all-inclusive stay, all these items are already available in the restaurant.
Dear hotel management, I urge you to focus on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all advertised facilities are operational. I don’t need a welcome set of fruits and wine – I would much prefer clean amenities and a functional vitamin bar instead.
Regrettably, this stay did not meet expectations, and I hope improvements are made for future guests.
The rooms in the hotel are simply magnificent - they are very cozy, clean and comfortable. They have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I especially liked the view from the window to the picturesque coastal area.
Overall, my stay in Juju left only the most positive impressions. I recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates a high level of service, a variety of entertainment and comfortable accommodation. The animation in the hotel is very active, the guys try hard, the girls are great, Umira helped in all situations, thank you for everything. I will definitely come back here again!
Hotel services and planning is well arranged so it’s never crowded in one spot.
Rooms need a bit of refresh. Staff is mainly speaking Russian lingo, but you can communicate in English as well.
Would come back as we like not too big and not too crowded spots, with brilliant Mountain View.
