The only thing that is cool is the food! Yes, it's a 5 star!!! But everything else - the service is complete crap:
1) at the bar, if you order a cocktail, they will make you a barmatukha and only if you say an original drink, then God willing! Or they will refuse...
2) you will not be able to calmly walk around the territory with your child - an electric car with personnel drives along the paths (delivering linen, taking out garbage, etc.)
3) a children's club - oh, it would be better if it didn't exist! The hotel also has a dog hotel, so it seems to me that the administration confused children and dogs... in the children's club there are two types of bracelets - a red one (the child can only be inside the premises, and no one takes care of the child (they give you Lego and say, "Let's do it yourself somehow") and a green bracelet, which allows the child to go out onto the club's playground BUT! NO ONE WILL BE ON THE PLAYGROUND WITH THE CHILD! IF SUDDENLY A CHILD FALLS FROM A SWING, NO ONE WILL COVER IT!!!
4) The water in the room does not drain... there is mold...
