Reviews
1. The Animation Crew is top notch in all areas: Tennis, Yoga, Party in the Evening. An extra highlight is the singer Roberta from South Africa. Stunning.
2. The outside garden area is nice.
3. The service is in parts pretty good an better than 3 stars, however some are not so great and therefore 3. The reception crew is great and got a nice big room with tales because most of the others are with carpets and that does not work for us due allergies.
The Problem Areas:
1. The food is not even 3 Stars. That is for an allegedly 5 star hotel not okay. Sometimes the food looked already old. See pictures. The main courses in the evening were just 2 star at best.
2. The hotel itself is pretty worn off and in some areas even filthy.
3. Be careful when going into the water at the beach. There are big stones and other traps. We saw people heavily injured.
What we do not understand, why Magic Life has not renovated the hotel before opened in up and brought the food and the entire hotel to Magic Life level, which should not be a super challenge with the expertise they have in Turkey. We stayed in all their resorts but will not return to this one. The other shame is, that all guests we met who stayed the first time at a Magic Life, will never book again.
