Rixos Sungate - The Land of Legends Access

This is a great resort. It is large and full of amazing things to do. There are enough swimming pools and chairs to relax and enjoy the weather. Great staff Andy all are very friendly and helpful. A great all inclusive to enjoy and relax. Perfect for children who have more things to do. We would come here again. Make sure you all try the Teppanyaki as it’s amazing with live food cooked infringe of you

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Sungate. We booked the holiday to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday, and on arrival where up graded to a pool house room. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with bathrobes (super soft), slippers, hair dryer, minibar and lots of little travel essentials. The complex was clean, tidy and well kept. Lots of pools with ample sun loungers and a vibe for everyone from quiet and relaxed to busy. Shaded area’s in the gardens and down by the beach. All pool/beach towels provided. Well thought out touches such as fridges with water placed around the complex. Food was good, with lots of choice. Staff friendly, although bar and table service was a bit hit and miss- they didn’t seem to have any sort of system. A lot to do if you felt active with a well appointed gym. Spa for you are feeling like a relax- we didn’t use the spa, but it smelt amazing each time we walked past. The kids loved the noodle and croissant bars. Would highly recommend and would revisit without any hesitation.

We have stayed in this hotel twice. Very large region occupied by the hotel. All day you have various activities for all ages. Huge aqua park for adults, amazing children's area with lots of content, entertainment in the evening. The food and drink offer is exceptional, as is the service employees. A large number of swimming pools, close to the beach.. You simply have everything and there is no mistake at the Rixos hotel..

The hotel is lovely, clean and nicely kept. The marine room was great with all we needed.

There was always something available to eat. Staff were very happy to help with any issues or questions. Guest services were attentive.

Meal times were sometimes very busy and this was mainly due to convention attendees as opposed to holiday guests. I feel the hotel would support holiday guests better if convention attendees had their meal in a seperate restaurant.

The one al a carte visit couldn’t happen as the one restaurant we could use wasn’t open during our stay which was very disappointing. I understand maybe having one luxury one where you upsell but I don’t think all of them being chargeable is right. A lot of them seemed very quiet/empty most nights.

Pools were good but so cold, given costs I would’ve thought the pools should be heated whilst this early in season

Incredible place to stay. Best holiday ever!!!!! The staff are incredible and cant do enough for you.
The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and pool area are immaculate.
Rooms are huge, clean and very comfotable. Housekeeping done everyday and mini bar topped up.
Evening entertainment is outstanding!!!!! Kids kixy club has so many things for kids to do!!!
Cannot fault this hotel at all!!!! Just stunning

Me and my family stayed for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a memorable trip. There was something in the hotel for everyone in the family. The suite was exceptional and the hotel was extremely clean. The food was plenty and the activities were many. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.
