Kimeros Park Holiday Village - Ultra All Inc. Kids Concept

THE First impression when you enter the territory- it has a very beautiful view that opens up - mountains, sea, clean and tidy territory, beautiful and green.
The food is also very tasty, every day there was a large selection of food, desserts and fruits, you didn't have to eat the same thing every day. The Chef always around the people and making sure everyone is happy, THE staff from the restaurants and the kitchen were the best, very responsive, will always clean the table quick. The bartenders were also very positive and cool. DJ a very pleasant person, listens to your wishes and always positive.
The big down fact is the KIDS CLUB AND MINI DISCO, I can not even say that was a KIDS CLUB-JUST A EMPTY ROOM WITH CHAIRS AND CONDITIONER. no toys at all in the mini club, all the cupboards empty, and all 8 evenings we've been there, the same songs for minidisco, the same music, did not captivate he kids from the second night.
Another thing, the rooms are too small for 4 people, impossible to move around the room with the extra bed in, very old beds and furniture and the room were not been clean very well.
I'm not gonna recommend this hotel.

For first I would like to say a big thank you to the responsible, caring workers of the hotel guests it is a huge work they do.
I want to say that the hotel is a good one, it is very well described in other reviews so here a 5+.

I want to mention the few negatives we encountered that changed our opinion of this hotel at 360°:
1. The Reception is open type (first time we encountered) so you actually arrive at the hotel and wanting to stay in a cold space with Conditioner you find yourself in Reception with some fans blowing you. So until you enter the room or after you have to leave it you spend your time in the heat outside (conditioner is only in the eating area).
2. The person in charge of guest relations (And now I'm referring to the supervisor at the reception area ) The most horrible experience I had while talking to this guy was about the room extension. My question to him was whether he/she/they only care about the comfort of those who just arrive at the hotel and have to check in, and those who leave while still in the hotel don't matter and are looked at as nobody - he replied ,,yes”. So this is the level of communication and those who represent the hotel, I'm not going to mention the whole conversation, it's enough for you to understand that once you leave the room you will be treated like nothing.
3. Situation at the SPA area - There are two blonde ladies there, one of them is so arrogant that you will recognize her immediately. A mother with her baby were standing at the entrance to this area, the baby was crying.The lady says, "here is massage" repeating about 3 times. The mother replies, "I do not understand what massage?" And her reply knocked me down: "Here people have paid money to come and relax while your child is screaming (at that moment no one was getting a massage, a very important thing to mention). Or the day when we were supposed to leave we also went to the SPA area to take a shower, to relax until the flight arrives (because only there you can find this service) the blonde lady asks us "haven't you left here yet?" Then follows another replica " you have 30 min to get out", the SPA area closes at 20:00, and we had come at 19:00.

Of course we will not return to the hotel although it is a good hotel. Be careful which staff you choose in working with guests!
Just pay attention also to how hotel staff respond to negative comments :)

Give a star just for the reason of disrespecting guests!
