For first I would like to say a big thank you to the responsible, caring workers of the hotel guests it is a huge work they do.
I want to say that the hotel is a good one, it is very well described in other reviews so here a 5+.
I want to mention the few negatives we encountered that changed our opinion of this hotel at 360°:
1. The Reception is open type (first time we encountered) so you actually arrive at the hotel and wanting to stay in a cold space with Conditioner you find yourself in Reception with some fans blowing you. So until you enter the room or after you have to leave it you spend your time in the heat outside (conditioner is only in the eating area).
2. The person in charge of guest relations (And now I'm referring to the supervisor at the reception area ) The most horrible experience I had while talking to this guy was about the room extension. My question to him was whether he/she/they only care about the comfort of those who just arrive at the hotel and have to check in, and those who leave while still in the hotel don't matter and are looked at as nobody - he replied ,,yes”. So this is the level of communication and those who represent the hotel, I'm not going to mention the whole conversation, it's enough for you to understand that once you leave the room you will be treated like nothing.
3. Situation at the SPA area - There are two blonde ladies there, one of them is so arrogant that you will recognize her immediately. A mother with her baby were standing at the entrance to this area, the baby was crying.The lady says, "here is massage" repeating about 3 times. The mother replies, "I do not understand what massage?" And her reply knocked me down: "Here people have paid money to come and relax while your child is screaming (at that moment no one was getting a massage, a very important thing to mention). Or the day when we were supposed to leave we also went to the SPA area to take a shower, to relax until the flight arrives (because only there you can find this service) the blonde lady asks us "haven't you left here yet?" Then follows another replica " you have 30 min to get out", the SPA area closes at 20:00, and we had come at 19:00.
Of course we will not return to the hotel although it is a good hotel. Be careful which staff you choose in working with guests!
Just pay attention also to how hotel staff respond to negative comments :)
Give a star just for the reason of disrespecting guests!

At first we had a problem with slow Wi-fi, but it was solved by restarting my phone.
Our vacation was good, we enjoyed especially good food and a nice warm sea.

We were in the Kemer area for the second time because we were captivated by the local mountains. The entire resort is located in a large well-maintained garden full of mature trees, so there is plenty of shade everywhere. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a balcony. The room is very nicely furnished and very spacious. Modern air conditioning with perfect settings. The room was cleaned and the fridge replenished daily.
We were at the end of June and at this time there were plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. Pebble beach, I recommend water shoes. Although there are jetties that take you directly to the sea, it was better with shoes. The beach is clean, well maintained, well shaded.
The food was varied and very tasty. Most of the staff are nice and smiling. But it happened several times that there were not enough staff in the main restaurant to prepare tables for other guests and serve. But I consider this to be the fault of the manager of the main restaurant, not the staff themselves. I really want to praise Mr. Firat, I haven't met such a willing, hardworking and nice person for a long time. Thank you once again.
The bars were well stocked, including branded alcohol. Staff very pleasant.

Bad service at the reception. Any specific question and nobody knows what to do or how they can help. Mert was the least helpful person at the reception he didn’t even care and because it was the end of the season he didn’t want to anything out of the ordinary. We reserved a tennis courts at sunset and when we asked to turn on the lights suddenly we need to pay 30€/hour for electricity like the tennis lights eat up monthly allowance for electricity.
The food was mediocre, waiters also worked with half power they worked just to end the season.
The massage lobby lady was very aggressive in selling more services and giving really small discounts.
I would not recommend going to this hotel at the October or later because all staff work till November and they don’t care.

This is my sixth holiday in Turkey. First time in Kimeros. I always stay at 5-star hotels with ultra all-inclusive option. This year at Kimeros I was super satisfied. The holidays exceeded my expectations by more than 100%. Everything was perfectly organized; beach with special walking paths, a swimming area, a perfect pool and beach bar with a great service, very tasty meals, excellent food quality and service excellent, nice and clean hotel room, very good room service, excellent animations, and a disco. I am very grateful to the hotel management for such a wonderful holiday. I will come to this hotel next year. I recommend going there to everyone who would like to have comfortable vacations. Thank you once again. My stay was at the end of September 2023

A chic hotel for a family holiday. A mixture of mountain and sea air! A protected area with gorgeous vegetation and views of the mountains, which are located nearby. The staff has no complaints or complaints: caring, fast, neat, polite. Top class food! The drinks are a little worse, but this is not an elite restaurant for experts and gourmets in alcohol! But there is a problem with the Internet: wi-fi is not stable, it constantly turns off and turning it on is like dancing with a tambourine.

A good hotel for a family holiday. For children there is a mini club and an evening disco. There are more than 1000 trees on the territory. Many green spaces create a cozy atmosphere of a park on the Mediterranean coast. For lovers of active recreation, there are volleyball, darts, polo, table tennis, and tennis courts. Equipment can be obtained from the mini-club. In May 2021, the television system was updated - the number of channels became more than 50 and the picture quality improved. Among the problems with a high level of food preparation is the occasional product that is on the verge of its expiration date. In hot climates this should be taken into account. Otherwise, the customer-oriented staff will do everything to make your vacation pleasant and carefree. Among the recommended activities are boat trips with visits to the most beautiful bays, with the possibility of parasailing, a trip to the canyon, and a visit to Land of Legends.

Rested in this hotel 05/24/21-06/02/21. We arrived at 9:00 am and were sent to breakfast. After breakfast we were quickly seated. The room is excellent, clean, bright, good bed. In the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothbrushes with paste, razor with foam, sponges with ear sticks, soap and bathrobes. The room was cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed. I want to say special thanks to the SPA workers, and especially to the masseur Nuri. Very smiling and attentive guy. He takes his work very seriously. My husband and I really liked it. Thanks a lot!
