One of the A'la Carte restaurants you can use once during the rest period free of charge (by reservation), children up to 12 years can enjoy A'la Carte restaurants only on certain days (2 times a week).

This hotel was a decent place for a family holiday. It is definitely aimed more for Turkish holiday makers with the food and entertainment. But they are decent and vary from day to day. Best aspects were the family rooms, very spacious and well maintained, the family pools were also great and the 2 out of 3 slides that were working were a lot of fun for the kids (and adults to be honest).
But there was a lot that was lacking, and other reviews are somewhat correct in that it's just about 5 star.
First and foremost it is very much deliberately understaffed. In the restaurants they struggle to keep up with demand for table cleaning. The same is the case with the pools and beach.
When we came in the morning to the kids pool there were still ice cream wrappers and stuff around the kids pool so it wasn't cleaned that morning or night before. There was actually a pair of abandoned wet kids slippers behind a sunbed for 4 days straight, Clearly there weren't any cleaners going around. The beach is completely full of cigarette butts, really horrible to be honest given that kids want to play in the sand.
The gym was decent, but had no air conditioning or ventilation so it was literally like a sauna inside! The indoor pool next door to it was closed for maintenance. It seems like a lot of the building should be closed for maintenance tbh.
There was a really nice sushi bar, just with no sushi being served. It was converted to just a drink bar but it's a nice location.
Also, the air conditioning upstairs in our room didn't have a remote, I asked the guy who came to bring the luggage and said he'd ask to get one but never did. Maybe I didn't tip him enough? For the tip I gave I could pretty much have bought my own remote....
Overall a nice family holiday hotel, I can see how this place was probably a proper 5 star really great hotel before, but sadly it's not anymore. So if I were to ask myself if it's worth the money to go again, the answer is no, not for me.

First there is no information that outside is a new hotel building site. Some rooms are above a dumping/goods in site. Constant noise of broken glass and stench from bin wagons at least 3 times per day. 1st one around 5am (waking us up), then afternoon and some of them after 10pm. Stuff doesn't speak English, sometimes not even at reception (at least at night). Turkish coffee with Turkish delight only in lobby bar (and you have to ask for it). Room service not good enough. Mini bar been left empty 7 times during 12 night stay in the hotel (rest of the days if they don't have Pepsi or Miranda left just water). Afternoon shift at Patisserie bar were very lazy and they don't did a proper drinks. Asked for an ice coffee and get some slush. Hygiene at this bar well no comment. Not enough sun beds and parasols, people just hunting for a place at 6am and then come back 1 or 2 pm. Hotel stuff didn't adhere to own rules and leave it like it is. More then once some Turkish or German Turkish been served before others. There was a pattern Turkish, German Turkish then Russians and rest of the world. Quality of serving was the same. Food well as you can expect some cold or burned. Choice of food.. well not good enough for a 5star hotel. Especially where you are coming late to the hotel (after11) choice of food very poor. During my 12 night stay there was only once a proper kebab. Salad and other stuff looks like leftover from previous meal. I must admit that beach bar was ok. Food freshly prepared and tasty. One minus that salad bar was left without any cover from flies at +45 deg sun. Hotel corridors dark and very hot. No aircon in lifts. Some tiles on the floor broken. Near the lifts floor was wet a very slippery. After accident when some of the stuff slips and trip they started to keep proper signage and order. Stuff didn't react when customers left glasses near by the pools

The rooms are renovated. The common areas require renovation. The resort is compact. The food is average (limited diversity). The animation is weak. The service is poor. The Internet is very weak and not available most of the time.

I am currently staying at this hotel and i am honestly VERY pleasantly shocked, the staff knows a fair bit of english and take care of you, there is food almost 24/7 with the exception of them refilling it and making new food, of course. the beach is very clean and almost never full, just like the pools. you will never run out of sun beds and you have the right to one a'la carte dinner (custom order food), from many nationalities. the toilets are quite clean and there is a lot of things to do even in the night with daily animation from 8-17. there are lots of bars styled as different cultures. snack bars are also abundant. one thing i don't particularly like is the location and some dust in the rooms. i must say that this place is really far away from any city, however you do not need one, as everything is here. i highly recommend this hotel as it is extremely kid friendly and very clean! minus one star because of the location, but everything else is great!

It is very nice hotel, clean and spacious with private beach. Staff is very friendly and helpfull even though it was hard to communicate in English. Animation team did a great job. Most of the guests are Russians and their behaviour was so bad sometimes, especially when they drink too much. They really need to learn how to behave. I would reccommend this resort especially for families with children and older people Best regards from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

The hotel is in perfect location, 2 mins walk from bazar, 10 mins walk from Migros ( supermarket). Rooms are renovated and clean. Nice swimming pools. Cleaning ladies do perfect job. A/c in room works, there is no a/c in the corridors, online at the reception ( but i guess it is like turkish standard). Food repetitive but tasty ( for 7 days stay perfect). The only one thing that i didnt like was that frigdes in the common areas where the water was kept, didn't work - the water was never cold. The same in the room. Overall, we spent very nice time and we love our vacation in this hotel!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying atSiam Elegance Hotels & Spa and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect, offering goodviews and easy access to the beach.
What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members were always courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly.
The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers comfortable accommodations with modern amenities. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
I also had the pleasure of dining at Siam Elegance Hotels & Spa , and the food was simply outstanding. The culinary experience complemented the overall ambiance of the hotel perfectly.
I left my phone in the room at the hotel and now I am trying to co-ordinate with the hotel to get it back.

Just returned from a 4 day trip to the Siam Elegance and we had a fantastic time. The staff were attentive, the choice of food was great, the rooms were excellent and very clean, I couldn't fault it.

We spent the new years eve there and had the best time. The event was incredible, we had a lot of fun thanks to the animation team. In addition to these, the hotel was amazing. Rooms were fresh and clean, the food was amazing. Usually in hotels like this food would be frozen but it was all fresh and homemade. We had a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone.
