The hotel is really nice and eventful. There are many activities during the day and the entertainment is just great. Nearly every moment of the day there is something to entertain you thus you won't get bored

We enjoy our vocation in crystal Family hotel. Animation team and mini-Club was amazing with its kind friendly and lovely staf. We could let our child there with good safe feeling. Thank you guys ;)

Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view

The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either

Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant

The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for

Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year

I strongly advice to book a cabana (480eur per 10days during july), its 4 adults plus 2kids. Definitéy worth it, Cabana 3B has a nice sea view co pared to others so go for it

I had a very lovely stay at the hotel. I went for an event on my own and I felt very comfortable being alone there. I used the sea water pool and the gym and enjoyed the stretching classes very much

Quality of drinks depended on the guys mixing them so find the right ones :) , margherita was perfect almost everywhere. Mustafa tirpan at bar and the guys from the guest relation centre were helpfull

Gamechanger! Staff should be taught to highlight the menu to guests, it will save them the stress too 😃 Badminton is not really a court, it is just a grass area. Not a proper court with a proper net / field

The entertainment is a bit substandard compared to other hotels. Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10

Amazing hotel...staff are super friendly and facilities are amazing. Plazzo suite we had was beautiful, so much room and balcony was huge, overlooking pool and sea

I stayed in a hotel with my wife, it was a short romantic break. We liked the hotel as a whole, infrastructure, variety of food, the entertainment provided, i. live music, disco, performances

Good choice also in winter It was a very pleasant stay for our family. The activities of the hotel was very enjoyable for the kids even its a summer hotel. Our kids loved it very much and did not want to leave here.

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite

We’ve had better food at far more affordable hotels. Entertainment is very limited. The animation team lacks energy, and the overall selection of activities is minimal, making it easy to get bored

The restaurant is great, we really love the food and don’t get tired of it throughout 10 days if our stay. Great coffee is served in the 1st floor cafe with terrace. The pools and slides are great

This was our second stay at Bellis. They offered a discount this time as a returning customers. We like staying at Camelia garden block so we can enjoy the territory walks to the restaurant

The territory is beautiful with lots of trees, palms, grass, birds singing and some friendly cats and to get healthy step count. The rooms are small but very cosy and well equipped

My kid enjoys the slides a lot. We just love love love the zoo! Take some food to feed the kitties but be careful some aren’t careful when they take the foodand can scratch you

And special thanks for well equipped GYM! I could do all my regular exercises for lower and upper body. The heated pools in spring time offer amazing getaway from cold northern weather. Will return next spring again

A special thanks goes to Daria and Neira from Guest Services and also to the Spa team. The food could be a bit better though, I think the variety was a bit exaggerated and would prefer more quality ingredients

The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance

Bad: worst wifi that drives you mad. Cleaning staff never leaves body wash in the room, only shampoo, bath foam. Food is plenty but meat is not always cooked right which is dangerous

Rooms are noisy and not well isolated if you re 'lucky' of loud guests. Oh, and the last 3 days they didn t change the towels

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. The staff are wonderful, the food is plentiful and delicious and the Mediterranean Sea is just steps away

Standard room with sea view with all amenities. In the mini-bar, water gas / not gas, cola, fanta, juice. It is recommended to read all the information about the hotel immediately after checking into the room

Managed to rent a bike and go for a ride around the local suburbs but it's not the best place for cycling - the back roads are not that picturesque and the larger streets are quite busy

The reason I found it difficult is not due to the hotel, its because I have a nut allergy so the prospect of buffets always terrify me but I still managed to get some things that I felt safe eating so it was fine! The pool bar restaurant is open for snacks during the day which is good if you fancy some food by the beach etc

The shows in the evening are quite fun (cappadocia night was amazing!). Animation is good - plenty of modern activities! A bit noisy in the rooms - music at the pool and during parties is loud, gets quiet at 0:00

Mini bar refilled every day The pools were clean but you do need to be sharp to get a decent bed, especially if you need to be close so can watch children. All inc services throughout were fantastic

We were in this hotel for a week (27-03) I recommend this hotel, delicious food, clean interiors, beautiful sandy beach and family atmosphere. The staff deserves special attention

Food is available everywhere and at any time, diverse and very tasty. We tried the main restaurant, the one on the beach, and the a la carte restaurant - everything was excellent in taste, quality and presentation

Twice we had a problem with the door, but the reception was very helpful - in 5 minutes they sent a technician who fixed the problem. The internet is very good for Turkey, it is everywhere, even on the beach

The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer. It is refilled free of charge every day. The room is cleaned perfectly every day, and we often found beautiful surprises on the bed

And the pizzas and güzlemeti are the most delicious I have eaten in Turkey. The hotel is very green, on a compact territory, with a wide sandy strip and enough sun loungers

Their professionalism and warmth added to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the resort offered captivating night shows and discos, which I thoroughly enjoyed every evening

I was for the 4th time in this wonderful hotel, which is located near Antalya airport, and the transfer is only 30 minutes. I rested in Adora from October 14 to 21

I had a 5-day holiday for a single in November 2023. Room: It was a very nice room with sea view and balcony. Mini bar was replenished daily. Security: I did not experience any unpleasant incidents
