The hotel is really nice and eventful. There are many activities during the day and the entertainment is just great. Nearly every moment of the day there is something to entertain you thus you won't get bored

We enjoy our vocation in crystal Family hotel. Animation team and mini-Club was amazing with its kind friendly and lovely staf. We could let our child there with good safe feeling. Thank you guys ;)

This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time

Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so...

One of the most surprising and delightful aspects of our stay was that all the restaurants and coffee shops were included at no extra cost. The buffet was very generous, offering a variety of delicious options

We were very satisfied with the assistants Aigerim and Viktoriia at Rixos Premium Belek. The rooms inside the hotel were comfortable, and the buffet was truly impressive

We recently had an amazing holiday at Rixos Hotel as a family of four, and it exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the Land of Legends theme park, which was an incredible experience for both us and our children

We absolutely loved the à la carte restaurants, especially the Italian restaurant. Despite being very busy, the service flow was excellent. The way they welcomed guests patiently and their politeness deeply impressed me

The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, the buffet was great especially the desserts and our room was perfectly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable

We stayed for seven days, and I must say that the service at this hotel is exceptional. The food at all the restaurants is amazing, and the resort is clean and safe

Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view

The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either

Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant

The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for

Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year

It's a shame that the staff treats us like that

I strongly advice to book a cabana (480eur per 10days during july), its 4 adults plus 2kids. Definitéy worth it, Cabana 3B has a nice sea view co pared to others so go for it

I had a very lovely stay at the hotel. I went for an event on my own and I felt very comfortable being alone there. I used the sea water pool and the gym and enjoyed the stretching classes very much

There was a really good service, clear pools, excellent and very tasty food, warm sea made our holiday unforgettable..

Quality of drinks depended on the guys mixing them so find the right ones :) , margherita was perfect almost everywhere. Mustafa tirpan at bar and the guys from the guest relation centre were helpfull

On top of it, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and left the country. I called the hotel, wallet was found, they delivered it unharmed to my friend who picked it up

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

Gamechanger! Staff should be taught to highlight the menu to guests, it will save them the stress too 😃 Badminton is not really a court, it is just a grass area. Not a proper court with a proper net / field

This not my first stay in this resorts ... every thing is great

The entertainment is a bit substandard compared to other hotels. Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10

Good choice also in winter It was a very pleasant stay for our family. The activities of the hotel was very enjoyable for the kids even its a summer hotel. Our kids loved it very much and did not want to leave here.

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite

The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated

From the 1st steps into reception to checking out, this Hotel was nothing but 1st class from start to finish. Food, Excellent, Service, Excellent, Rooms Excellent, Resort, Excellent

The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience

Options to play of forward tees are there and would suggest any mid to high handicappers take advantage of this, as it would make courses less challenging

This place is just superb, and would highly recommend to any golfing parties looking for better value than Spain, and Portugal to give this place a try

The hotel Tui Magic life is really great. The animation was pretty good organised. We enjoyed the party's in the evening. Every kind of age was enjoying at the hotel. The duty manager Ibrahim was kind to every guest

The kids’ club is also quite average in size and offerings and definitely not as impressive as advertised. The air conditioning in our room was weak and struggled to cool the space properly

The quality and variety of food at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants were disappointing and surprisingly below expectations, especially considering the hotel’s price point

There was an unpleasant smell in the room that didn’t go away during our stay. The water park is underwhelming and doesn’t live up to the standards set by similar resorts

The restaurant is great, we really love the food and don’t get tired of it throughout 10 days if our stay. Great coffee is served in the 1st floor cafe with terrace. The pools and slides are great

This was our second stay at Bellis. They offered a discount this time as a returning customers. We like staying at Camelia garden block so we can enjoy the territory walks to the restaurant

The territory is beautiful with lots of trees, palms, grass, birds singing and some friendly cats and to get healthy step count. The rooms are small but very cosy and well equipped

My kid enjoys the slides a lot. We just love love love the zoo! Take some food to feed the kitties but be careful some aren’t careful when they take the foodand can scratch you

And special thanks for well equipped GYM! I could do all my regular exercises for lower and upper body. The heated pools in spring time offer amazing getaway from cold northern weather. Will return next spring again

A special thanks goes to Daria and Neira from Guest Services and also to the Spa team. The food could be a bit better though, I think the variety was a bit exaggerated and would prefer more quality ingredients

The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality

From the moment we arrived you could tell it was special, we were greeted off the coach and escorted into the lobby where we were met by Halil who is part of the guest experience team

All the staff wether they are looking after the hotel grounds to servers, cooks, cleaners, reception, fitness, entertainment all the way to the management is superb

We were given info on the hotel and if we needed anything whilst at the resort to contact Halil or Rose, both have been fantastic and very helpful

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance

Bad: worst wifi that drives you mad. Cleaning staff never leaves body wash in the room, only shampoo, bath foam. Food is plenty but meat is not always cooked right which is dangerous

Rooms are noisy and not well isolated if you re 'lucky' of loud guests. Oh, and the last 3 days they didn t change the towels

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. The staff are wonderful, the food is plentiful and delicious and the Mediterranean Sea is just steps away

Standard room with sea view with all amenities. In the mini-bar, water gas / not gas, cola, fanta, juice. It is recommended to read all the information about the hotel immediately after checking into the room

Managed to rent a bike and go for a ride around the local suburbs but it's not the best place for cycling - the back roads are not that picturesque and the larger streets are quite busy

The reason I found it difficult is not due to the hotel, its because I have a nut allergy so the prospect of buffets always terrify me but I still managed to get some things that I felt safe eating so it was fine! The pool bar restaurant is open for snacks during the day which is good if you fancy some food by the beach etc

The shows in the evening are quite fun (cappadocia night was amazing!). Animation is good - plenty of modern activities! A bit noisy in the rooms - music at the pool and during parties is loud, gets quiet at 0:00

Mini bar refilled every day The pools were clean but you do need to be sharp to get a decent bed, especially if you need to be close so can watch children. All inc services throughout were fantastic

We were in this hotel for a week (27-03) I recommend this hotel, delicious food, clean interiors, beautiful sandy beach and family atmosphere. The staff deserves special attention

Staff is exceptionall from cleaners to managers. Very friendly and professional. I have not been that satisfied with food in general in any other hotel. Not that everything is so tasty but also the quality is very good

Unfortunatelly we had one bad experience but it was the first and the last. We have arrived with 2 kids to hotel around 2AM very tired from the traveling. Our voucher clearly stated we are 2 adults and 2 kids

Bars are nice and most of the drinks are included in AI services. Also I must highlight the level of hygenic standard is very high! We have not hd a slight issue with digestion or any other health problems

Beach was clean and taken care off. You can always find some free places even in the afternoon. The whole area including gardens looks really nice and being taking care of almost every day

Lot of choices and meals are changing every day so you do not get bored with same meals. In addition hotel has separete bakery and coffee place operational bassicaly whole day

To be fair it took only 30 mins for them to prepare the spare bed and provide toddler crib but still it was not pleasant situation with 2 small kids at night after traveling

Now the good bits, we booked a room so we had a room and the kids had an ajoining room. The food was different every day and lovely. (Coming from a fussy eater) The burger bar was good

Still here at Belek Beach Resort and everything’s been going really well. The hotel is clean, the food is tasty, and the beach is just a short walk away

We spend most of the day by the sea and evenings near the beach stage — great vibe. The staff are polite and Alisa from guest relations has been especially kind and helpful. Very happy with our stay so far

The cocktail list was good and the service was amazing. Now when I go back to the location, it doesn't really matter here because the resort has everything

Great rooms and all inclusive experience there are free ice creams and drinks everywhere. The pools and entertainment on offer are amazing.
