The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days

There are a lots of green areas. High diversity of swimming pools, nice shows and very nice staff. They know the base of English. They help you with transport your luggage by Melex

What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive

I spent a week in the beginning of June when the weather was perfectly pleasant. I didn’t leave the hotel in 8 days, cause I had everything I needed to get amused and enjoy the nature

The food is fresh, good quality and tasty. High diversity of food and drink. You have even a coffee house included. The rooms are old but in good condition and clean

My mom, who wears a scarf, mentioned that she would have preferred a separate pool for ladies only, as there are many women in similar situations

A special mention goes to Sinan at the Vitamin Bar on the beachside, who was super nice and helpful

One of the most surprising and delightful aspects of our stay was that all the restaurants and coffee shops were included at no extra cost. The buffet was very generous, offering a variety of delicious options

We had an amazing time at Pine Beach Belek! The staff are super friendly and made us feel right at home. There are tons of activities for both kids and adults, so there's never a dull moment

The children's area with their respective animators are incredible, you can see how the children love the staff. They also have a food area designed especially for children and babies

At the seaside there is a beach bar, the beach is not the best, because there are some rocks and the water level gets deep quite close to the shore. Pay attention because the waves and currents are quite strong

One thing - every day = same food. Beach is 5min by walk, but you can use tractor. At the end I rate hotel very well

Its not the cheapest hotel and it shows in the guests too, everyone behaves well. Minor things to watch for- beach is further away, but hotel has shuttle bus. No shade over the main pool until late afternoon

Rooms minibar for free, replenished daily. Pretty good evening shows at the amphitheater, outside hires. There is something for everyone in this resort, we even played pool and bowling

The pools were beautifully arranged like waterfalls, the sea water was like crystal. As a hotel it was very good and I recommend it to everyone who want to enjoy their vacation

This resort is amazing! The staff is great, drinks are awesome, the resort is huge, food is amazing (almost the same everyday, only some dishes get changed, but it is “fine dining”), the spa is great (5 or 6 saunas, 1 big pool, 5 or six relaxation pools, tropical showers, quite a small hamam and some more)

Keep in mind this is changing weekly, it is possible we had a chill week, there were no pool activities or daytime parties and shows, only night time, but they were good

This All Inclusive includes brand name drinks and an array of dining options throughout the day. It has it's own beach area on the coast with sunbeds and permanent shades

There were only some small problems listed below, but most of them are not that important or not because of the resort itself: - the hamam is small, the rest of the spa is ok but most of it is available only by reservation; - outdoor activities stop at 17:30 (right when the heat stops) so it is quite hard to enjoy them because of the heat(minigolf, volleyball, etc

), but considering that this resort is made mainly for golfers that use the enormous golfing facility throughout the day, it is not a big deal. The resort is also huge so no boredom. - entertainment is good, not the best

Room: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, large balcony with table and sunbed. Bath and shower in the room, also you can find all bathroom accessories, everything is added every day

This place is truly paradise, filled with activities for all ages, from kids clubs, mountain biking right through to Zumba on the beach and and chill our bars for those that want peace

A great disappointment was situation with sunbeds: they are booked at the beach since 7 in the morning by people coming to the beach/pool at 11 o'clock and the hotel staff does nothing about it

Room size was smaller than I'm used to but had a decent balcony view. The beach was much narrower than usual but loads of sunbeds were available

The zoo is a great advantage, lots of activities and places for children to play and enjoy. The beach and pool are very crowded. Hard to find a free table at the restaurant during lunch and dinner

There is not even a single slate at the beach saying that such behaviour is prohibited. Guest relations are Ok but in this case "we cannot be responsible for other guests' behaviour" - that's very convenient

Great hotel if you enjoy your kids being assaulted by Russians and the hotel staff doing nothing about it. Also if you enjoy Karen's diner you will love the shop, the most miserable man i’ve ever met

Ladies making traditional gozleme were absolutely delicious 😋 Go all inclusive because this hotel had the most delicious food I've ever eaten at an all inclusive

Getting a lounger by the pool proved a challenge each day, and many of the guests proved rather obtuse in their strategy of 'claiming' these before breakfast - not a nice experience

She put right a few 'teething' issues during our stay to make it extra special and to enable us to get the most out of the offering. Overall, great value, but too busy for me

Overall good experience at the resort, very very pricey but really good food from the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner and everything in between. The amenities for adults were excellent as well

A few issues we had were a long wait at check-in and in between meal services. We we’re also very displeased with the food that was catered at a private event

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

Bad: worst wifi that drives you mad. Cleaning staff never leaves body wash in the room, only shampoo, bath foam. Food is plenty but meat is not always cooked right which is dangerous

Our room had recently been refurbished and had incredible views over the family pool. We especially loved the daily barbecue at dinner. There are so many restaurants and we had a great rotation trying them on

The kids also love the Gogi kids club which has tonnes of activities in the day and a show and mini disco every evening. The amphitheatre is out of this world and seats a few hundred guests

The shows in the evening are quite fun (cappadocia night was amazing!). Animation is good - plenty of modern activities! A bit noisy in the rooms - music at the pool and during parties is loud, gets quiet at 0:00

We booked 2 al a carte nights (part of all inc) Itallian restaurant was amazing! We really really enjoyed the food we were served here(it is a set starter, then you choose from pasta,pizza and main) The waffle station was a big hit with my son as was the patiserie

I especially thank one of the hotel bellboys for explaining how to go somewhere by bus (I don't remember his name) and also one of the waiters (I think Muhammet but I'm not sure) whose kindness and gaze I will remember for a long time😉
