The quality of the room being made up wasn't the best at times. Things missed from the mini bar restock, towels missed on occasion and even pillow slips

We chose this hotel because we met a family last summer in another resort and they were coming here this year so we joined them. Amazing structures, the location is HUGE, we had lots of fun for 2 weeks

Thank you to BATU (marketing manager) for helping us with everything we needed and making our holiday easier. We will come back another time when our 4 kids are older to enjoy it even more

The kiddie pool was adventurous, the playpark was fun and the rides were good for the kids as well. Definite recommendation and will go back if we ever are revisiting the area

It's huge hotel with too many guests so it's not proper place if you want to relax Variety of foods and drinks are being served which they are mostly delicious

This was my fourth time visiting this facility. Although the weather was little rainy (which is expected in winter months) the service, food quality and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional

Service is exceptional, the entertainment is amazing and what can I say about Olga the pianist who plays in the Rixos lounge bar. Absolutely fantastic what a delight it was to hear her play the piano

A very helpful facility was kids club. You can leave your children all day long and do whatever you want. They can’t wait to go to kids club every morning. Long story short, it’s a blessing

The food is fresh, tasty, and there's a lot to choose from. The beach is awesome with warm water and great facilities. Everything is really clean too. Highly recommend staying here!

Plenty of beach beds are always available. I visited the Turkish speciality restaurant, which had great food, but the service was rushed, I'm not sure why, so I had to tell the waiter to slow it down several times

Special thanks to the young guy who welcomed us and took us to our rooms. Also the teams on the beach and pier bar! The resort has many pools where we could choose some nice and quiet and others busier

The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days

The staff were very kind and attentive, despite hearing otherwise. The only drawback for me was the massage experience which is optional but was expensive and didn’t fulfil the expectations

I spent a week in the beginning of June when the weather was perfectly pleasant. I didn’t leave the hotel in 8 days, cause I had everything I needed to get amused and enjoy the nature

What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive

Situation was better at the beach, not crowded, well organized, nice restaurant and a playground for the kids

Our experience at Crystal parasol Verde has been great, few things where out of the place (air conditioning not working for two days, shower drain blocked) but we could deal with both situation and enjoy the rest of the holidays

the service is quite fantastic! however, there was one girl, the bar chef called Gülçin (i believe) wasn’t the friendliest, i think that her customer service and attitude needs some work as she lacked sincerity

There's a huge variety of entertainment with singers, shows and activities throughout the day however the entertainment team could put in more effort when hosting pool activities and socialising with guests

Service at the hotel is great, all the staff are really friendly especially the waiters. Our room was cleaned every day with the bed made nicely

The food is fantastic especially for an all inclusive we really have no complaints about it

The entertainment is a bit substandard compared to other hotels. Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10

Best holiday I have ever had all staff were beyond helpful. Loved it and have holiday blues now I’m home. The only thing that be improved is the spa facilities, only a bit where the steam room and jacuzzis are bit tired

Lots of dog legs holes and course mgmt is key! Not really for the long hitter so keeps it interesting. Food and cocktails at the clubhouse are great and staff were amazing here

The only let down here are the marshalls they are aggressive and almost ruined our game by litteraly shouting at people and trying to rush people which can be off-putting

We had the Chinese Al a carte which wasn't good but service was fab (not worth 25 euro) didn't try and other restaurants. The faldo is fun to play and in good condition

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

- Beach was not cleaned every day, towels and garbage were present. Conclusion: The place that you want to come back

I can summarise my vacation in Calista in one word. The service, the pool, beach, sports activities, the gym facility is incredible. And the beach bag this year is a favourite! I would come back in a blink of an eye

- Excellent food - Kids club that makes kids to come back. - No loud music, priority to comfort and relaxation. Cons: - Photographers around the hotel may bother guests. - Beach should be cleaned better

I recently stayed at Titanic Hotel in Belek, Antalya, and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the entertainment options kept everyone engaged throughout our stay

or 3! The pizzas are handmade and the truffle pasta is delicious! The buffet is extensive but surprisingly not as many main options to choose from as you would expect and when the hotel is busy it is almost like rush hour on the underground

We came on a golfing holiday and stayed at the Titanic. Fantastic hotel and facilities. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back

People hog the pool beds so there were a few times we removed towels as no one was using them. Beach is lovely but one of the boats was broken so it took longer for boats to come and go

You get one towel card but you may take more than one towel when you give them one card. Good food choices in the main restaurant, also a number of Al carte, just don’t think these are worth the cost at €45 per person

This place is truly paradise, filled with activities for all ages, from kids clubs, mountain biking right through to Zumba on the beach and and chill our bars for those that want peace

Upgraded room which was a surprise. Staff throughout, especially customer services, ensured a great two weeks. The site size ensured everything was not too far away

Air conditioners in the hotel work all the time, so you never suffer hot weather inside the hotel, it is very important. Front desk personnel are also very polite and attentive

I loved the service as it’s all-inclusive we were given the food schedule with great variety during the day, several pools, many daily activities including our own amusement park, table tennis , two professional tennis course, darts , evening show program and many more

I don’t usually go to ultra all inclusive resorts but this time I choose one. They have multiple pools, an amphitheater, scene for bands, even a zoo. The sea is not the best, but it’s ok

My wife and I along with our 2 sons (7 and 14) had a fantastic time at the Bellis Hotel. The food, hotel room, grounds, entertainment and staff were all outstanding

The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception

Two individuals who really stood out for us were: Enes, part of the waiter team and Bilge, at the ice cream counter, both in the main restaurant area

Other reviews have mentioned that getting sun loungers has been an issue, we did not find this to be the case and were easily able to find a lounger at the beach, pier and pool locations

The beach and pier were lovely, though the sea was a bit shallow and cloudy, which might actually be a positive for some guests

The hotel's pool and outdoor area are amazing, large, and surrounded by greenery! Really beautiful! The beach was sandy, and the sea water was wonderfully warm

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

We were initially disappointed, but the hotel quickly moved us to a better room, which was excellent customer service, and made us very happy. Thank You! The rooms have been renovated, but not with the highest quality

The hotel is very large, and overall, the service was good! Although we had communicated our special requests in advance, upon arrival, we were given a room with a crib, which we did not ask for

The hotel is massive and can feel crowded, but the all-inclusive format is very convenient. There are plenty of activities for kids. Personally, I preferred Maxx Royal Kemer for a more enjoyable experience

Rooms are big and comfortable makes you feel you are at home. I think maxx royal is one of the best not only in Turkey but also in world wide. Will be reserving my next summer holidays in advance

Adora Resort Hotel is a 30 minutes journey from Antalya airport. It has a private sandy beach , gardens and large outdoor swimming pool. There is also an outdoor amphitheater and kids disco in the evenings

Great place for a family retreat. Wifi is working also on the beach which is a plus. Had a great time the staff was really helpful with everything. The pool and beach front is really nice

The hotel is very clean, have an indoor pool, sauna and massage. The location is superb. There are lots of activities all day, night show and disco. The staff is very friendly A great place to spend a vacation.

The assistants, our ones in particular Sarah and Gamze, are amazing and go above and beyond to check in and make sure you have everything you need to have the best time during your stay

Almost no issues Beach ala cart restaurants don’t work in period or of my visit due to the low season

The hotel complex is large with lots to see and do. It is really well maintained, clean and plenty of areas to relax by one of the many different pools. Great place for an all inclusive getaway

The on site water park was ideal for our daughter, especially the death slide. We spent most mornings on the beach where there was lots of space and where the sea was warm. A great hotel, thoroughly recommended

They don’t force you to wear masks (only in a restaurant) Park of Legends is not far away - within walking distance (30 minutes on foot) You can play golf, and if not, it’s great to run / walk around it

Great rooms and mini bar, many seating and gathering areas, plenty of food options, very clean, and a most hospitable staff. The manager was wonderful (middle-aged male with curly hair) and made us feel at home

Location right on beach but other than a few shops not much else close by. If you want shops there are plenty of clothes and bags shops in a few minutes walk

Service sometimes great other times average but just go with the flow. Always got sunbeds without an early dash and slides were great but do close for a couple of hours (12 till 2 I think)

If you walk past Kent outlet for another 10/15 minutes then turn left at the big junction after the mosque you see a strip with more shops again that we found the cheapest so loads of choice

We stayed here in May for a short break. The grounds are very lush and green and their beach is great, with a pier that juts out into the sea. The food was excellent, both in the buffet and the two restaurants

A great hotel. Staff are friendly, food is great, drinks are good amd beach is lovely. Rooms slightly dated but fine. Only other gripe is that the main pool starts at 140cm deep, no good for young children

I was very pleasantly surprised that they served Tanqueray gin and other spirits. The water park was well equipped with three good slides and another bowl type that swirls you around and dumps you out the bottom

What an amazing place, we stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed every minute. The greatest thing about the Gloria Verde is the staff, we was welcomed from the moment we arrived and even waved goodbye on our leaving
