Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

The place is nice, it is quite hard to catch a sunbed when there are a lot of tourists. The food selection is very good, because you have almost anything you want

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean

It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day

The food was tasty, I liked how the lifeguards kept an eye on everything and were direct with people about safety, which was reassuring

Overall, I highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek for its excellent facilities, amazing service, and all-inclusive dining options. You won’t need to spend an extra dollar to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer

We were very satisfied with the assistants Aigerim and Viktoriia at Rixos Premium Belek. The rooms inside the hotel were comfortable, and the buffet was truly impressive

We absolutely loved the à la carte restaurants, especially the Italian restaurant. Despite being very busy, the service flow was excellent. The way they welcomed guests patiently and their politeness deeply impressed me

We recently had an amazing holiday at Rixos Hotel as a family of four, and it exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the Land of Legends theme park, which was an incredible experience for both us and our children

That was my first ever time in Turkey and all-inclusive experience , to tell the true that my best hotel vacation ever and I really can’t understand why I didn’t do that before , incomparable with Europe

Plenty of beach beds are always available. I visited the Turkish speciality restaurant, which had great food, but the service was rushed, I'm not sure why, so I had to tell the waiter to slow it down several times

Special thanks to the young guy who welcomed us and took us to our rooms. Also the teams on the beach and pier bar! The resort has many pools where we could choose some nice and quiet and others busier

The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days

The staff were very kind and attentive, despite hearing otherwise. The only drawback for me was the massage experience which is optional but was expensive and didn’t fulfil the expectations

I spent a week in the beginning of June when the weather was perfectly pleasant. I didn’t leave the hotel in 8 days, cause I had everything I needed to get amused and enjoy the nature

What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive

Situation was better at the beach, not crowded, well organized, nice restaurant and a playground for the kids

Our experience at Crystal parasol Verde has been great, few things where out of the place (air conditioning not working for two days, shower drain blocked) but we could deal with both situation and enjoy the rest of the holidays

the service is quite fantastic! however, there was one girl, the bar chef called Gülçin (i believe) wasn’t the friendliest, i think that her customer service and attitude needs some work as she lacked sincerity

There's a huge variety of entertainment with singers, shows and activities throughout the day however the entertainment team could put in more effort when hosting pool activities and socialising with guests

Service at the hotel is great, all the staff are really friendly especially the waiters. Our room was cleaned every day with the bed made nicely

The food is fantastic especially for an all inclusive we really have no complaints about it

The staff speaks many languages and sincerely tries to help with any questions. There is a cultural program every evening. We are trying to comply with the sanitary standards related to COVID

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

On top of it, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and left the country. I called the hotel, wallet was found, they delivered it unharmed to my friend who picked it up

The entertainment is a bit substandard compared to other hotels. Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10

It was a very fantastic hotel, we came here for our honeymoon and when we checked in they gave me a bouquet of flowers, it was very beautiful, the room was decorated and it was very clean and they cleaned it every day

We recently stayed at this property. Paid £1700 for 10 nights with 6 rounds of golf Inc transfers. com) We were a group of 16 guys on an annual golf trip between 35 to 70. it's a bit dated but had a lot of amenities

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

- Beach was not cleaned every day, towels and garbage were present. Conclusion: The place that you want to come back

I can summarise my vacation in Calista in one word. The service, the pool, beach, sports activities, the gym facility is incredible. And the beach bag this year is a favourite! I would come back in a blink of an eye

People hog the pool beds so there were a few times we removed towels as no one was using them. Beach is lovely but one of the boats was broken so it took longer for boats to come and go

Air conditioners in the hotel work all the time, so you never suffer hot weather inside the hotel, it is very important. Front desk personnel are also very polite and attentive

it’s the second time we were here and they got even better. I don’t know who they can make the sea water clear, but it would be the cherry from the top off the cake

I loved the service as it’s all-inclusive we were given the food schedule with great variety during the day, several pools, many daily activities including our own amusement park, table tennis , two professional tennis course, darts , evening show program and many more

I don’t usually go to ultra all inclusive resorts but this time I choose one. They have multiple pools, an amphitheater, scene for bands, even a zoo. The sea is not the best, but it’s ok

My wife and I along with our 2 sons (7 and 14) had a fantastic time at the Bellis Hotel. The food, hotel room, grounds, entertainment and staff were all outstanding

The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception

Two individuals who really stood out for us were: Enes, part of the waiter team and Bilge, at the ice cream counter, both in the main restaurant area

Other reviews have mentioned that getting sun loungers has been an issue, we did not find this to be the case and were easily able to find a lounger at the beach, pier and pool locations

The beach and pier were lovely, though the sea was a bit shallow and cloudy, which might actually be a positive for some guests

The hotel's pool and outdoor area are amazing, large, and surrounded by greenery! Really beautiful! The beach was sandy, and the sea water was wonderfully warm

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

We stayed in this hotel with my family in July. The rooms are small, but we had enough space. There is one door to the shower and toilet. Some may find it uncomfortable. Food and drinks are very good

Turkish Hammam and foam massage was so relaxing, my skin fell so soft after it 😍 I had deep tissue massage with Yvonna, and I could not forget her hands! She is a professional and very talented lady

I had a wonderful experience at Port Nature Luxury Resort Hotel & SPA. The food was amazing and delicious with so many variety to choose from

Cons: - Loud music throughout the day and all the way till midnight. On weekends it goes even after midnight. If you want to sleep or read a book in quiet surroundings - stay away from this hotel

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

The first thing I want to recommend is the SPA salon. Calm, quiet, beautiful, neat and modern. For teenagers I would like to recommend Teenage Club. It is located above the Chuckles Club for children

The hotel is massive and can feel crowded, but the all-inclusive format is very convenient. There are plenty of activities for kids. Personally, I preferred Maxx Royal Kemer for a more enjoyable experience

Food and restaurants are unique by their extent, various options in world wide cousine with good restaurant quality. Individual private service, getting any feedbacks and taking actions accordingly

Rooms are big and comfortable makes you feel you are at home. I think maxx royal is one of the best not only in Turkey but also in world wide. Will be reserving my next summer holidays in advance

The water in the pool and aqua park was too cold to be really comfortable. Local staff is sublime and some people working there merit a medal or statue for friendliness

Hotel Kaya Belek is located in the Belek area, near the local Kadriye Beach. From Antalya Airport about 35-40 minutes by bus. The reception staff is very friendly

from 11:30 to 15:30 drinks and snacks are available in a cafe near the beach. from 12:30 to 14:30 lunch in the main restaurant in a buffet format

The hotel was fantastic, everything was perfect they have amazing service that goes out of their way to try and please you. Their drinks are pretty good and food is exceptional

it’s the perfect place for a family vacation, thanks to their fun team and Halil we never had a boring moment. this was definitely one of the better hotels that i have stayed in, i would stay here again
