The location is very well chosen, in the center of Belek, close to the beach, at the bottom of it there is a cold stream flowing, pools and villas are well-maintained, the responsible personnel are sufficiently attentive, it is one of the places to visit as a complex with a fascinating architecture.

The reception staff is rude. The food is bad, cold, greasy, there is no meat except for the chicken but the bones. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. It is far from the city, so it needs more content or better animation .

We did not stay here, but we went to try the Hammam Massage. They staff picked us up on another hotel. They were nice and professional, and the whole spa was very clean and neat. One of the best Hammam spots we have tried in Turkey. The only thing to complain about, was that they only took cash. No card payment possible.

Overall very positive. Great food, great service and due to overbooking, we got upgraded from standard room to duplex family room (well we had to stay for three nights at the Royal Dragon). The only negative to mention, but this is nothing the hotel can do against, due to bacteria most likely in the pool, I got a heavy ear infection. My doctor told me this is very common in "public pools".
