The grounds are kept very clean and the staff work really fast to keep things running so well. The pool and entertainment was good

They don't have cognac, which shouldn't be that expensive after all, so they could insert it. The ice coffee is really good. The water is easy to find almost in everyt corner of the resort

It's huge hotel with too many guests so it's not proper place if you want to relax Variety of foods and drinks are being served which they are mostly delicious

That is a great part of the Rixos hotel network. Great food, a bit luck of good wine. Good choice of restaurants, pools etc. It is one of the best place for vacation with children

We especially liked the outdoor adult pool (16+) which is connected to the spa. Tranquil environment with a bar in the pool as well. Special thanks to Elmira from the pool bar, who has really made our stay extra special

After telling the staff that this was not the type of room we booked they placed us in a larger room with partial sea view. They solved the issue very swiftly! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

Overall, I highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek for its excellent facilities, amazing service, and all-inclusive dining options. You won’t need to spend an extra dollar to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer

Room: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, large balcony with table and sunbed. Bath and shower in the room, also you can find all bathroom accessories, everything is added every day

A great disappointment was situation with sunbeds: they are booked at the beach since 7 in the morning by people coming to the beach/pool at 11 o'clock and the hotel staff does nothing about it

The staff very friendly and all time ready to help. The dishes are very delicious. There is hitting pools and aquapark. We have a business travel but there are everything for good holiday for everyone

Vibe, staff, foods were just perfect. It's a big resort with nice pools and easy access to the ocean. There is a number of nice pools in the area, one of them has water slides. Kids have their special pool and slides

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

- indoor pool - was down for maintenance despite an initial confirmation when I booked that no works were planned. Managed to use for last 4 days of stay, was a main attraction for my booking

Room - booked the kids suite room, excellent and clean no issues and worked perfectly with two young children who need space from their parents! Lovely view of the sea, was a small premium on the standard double room but definitely worth it

Food selection was good, something for everyone. Facilities- excellent again, lots for adults and kids to do. Where you want some alone time there are plenty of places you can go including the 1st floor bar/lobby

Areas for improvement: - kids club - there is plenty to do there but my kids initial experience of this was the staff speak too fast in English. Seemed to be more tailored to russian speaking children

The senior and middle management are hands on helping where needed where the hotel is busy. I didn't experience the excuse in other locations I have stayed at with the statement 'we are busy'

Didn't provide the feedback on site but definitely an area to focus on going forward. As a result my kids were reluctant in using the club which was a shame

Two compact housing area is not very big. Everywhere is clean, the sun beds by the pools and on the beach enough. The beach is pebbly, it is necessary to look under feet, 5 metres deep already

The complex had rules but they were not that strict it worked for us as we had a dog. There were so many pools so it was never too crowded in pools. Saying that pools were way too hot some days than they should be

We rented a single villa from a private host and Ozan Bey was great. He was very helpful before and during our stay. His communication was excellent. The facilities in the complex were great as everyone was very relaxed

Having a trip to the beach was really fun. The beach facilities are extremely basic and could be renewed by the management of the complex

The animations were really simplistic but animation staff were very friendly and fun to talk to
