Lovely staff, even with the language barrier. This was my second stay and it was so much better. Larger spacious room and no smell of smoking in my room as shockingly this hotel allows smoking in rooms. Breakfast needs more variety 😋 Great location to get around by foot or taxi.

This plae is so expensive for the overall service they give. SO DİRTY AND SMELLY. in this kind of weather in İzmir, the air condition is not working, when i complained at the front denk, the guys said that the hotel air condition system and the service is not working. This is the first time in my life that I encountered a hotel that implements a breakfast schedule for only an hour,if ever you wake up later than one hour ,you will not be able to have your breakfast.

We came at night and they gave us a room which the air conditioner was not even working and cooling and they transfered us to another room and the air conditioner was not working, it smells so bad everywhere and the price of a room is undeserving and the breakfast service system is so awful.

Shocking ...
I would rather sleep on the streets .... last night, a nightclub above my room went on very late .. and no apologies nobody course speak English when you complain. Checked out with 3 days to go.the only one positive was the Turkish hamam . Hotels in any country should have high standards...as we all can have an off day .. but when the standards are low and you have an off day, or DAYS it is awful.. this is a PERFECT EXAMPLE. And for future reference problems arise but its what you do to make the cutomer happy that counts ... not make excuses

I stayed in this hotel for one week,and my experience wasn't that good,the service its ok,but the hotel itself wasn't good,the location,is in a middle of a lot shop,the zone looks like ghetto,there is a train station right opposite,and a lot of noise,the room smell really bad,i had to sleep with open windows and during the day leave my bedroom door and windows open,because the smell was really strong, sometimes there is no tap water,i though it was happening just in my room,but i heard other people telling me the same.

My room was excellent and the cleaning was excellent thanks to the cleaning staff the restaurant was excellent thanks. The staff at the reception were ok thay really need to learn some English
I went and add a masage down stairs in the gym. She said do want extra work done. I didn't know what she meant but
I did after. She was very good at her job if you know what I mean . A very very friendly girl.

1. Train noise even at night.
2. Old hotel, with the smell you know it is an old hotel.
3. Free underground parking but the elevators do not work. Need to carry all luggage to the reception using the same way back, hoping a car will not enter.
4. Location seems to be not so safe especially at night.

AC not working, no city view as advertised. Limited amenities. TV in Turkish, no dial language.

This is a great hotel. Access to the pool and gym whenever you want, and breakfast is first class. I would stay here again, definitely
