BED BUGS everywhere! I think the lack of cleanliness was the cause of so many bed bugs in that hotel bed. For my nightmare, I woke up in the middle of the night with bites and the feeling that something was crawling on my body. When I turned on the lights, I saw the white sheet with countless little bugs of all sizes (stages). I had never seen anything like that before... I called the receptionist to the room and showed him. He didn't react at all, so I said I wanted another room. I moved from room 202 to 502 and took more little bugs to infest another room. When the day dawned, I tried to clean my things and went to another hotel. The cleaning staff should have been more careful!!

This hotel we put into after my sister had surgery by Ekol hospital It’s old and in desperate need to renovation It’s not in a good area morning here except kebab shops Staff don’t speak hardly any English and the noise is dreadful getting no rest would not recommend at all

The bed is broken. The room is boiling. The air con doesn’t work. Nobody speaks English. They can’t print receipts. The window only opens a crack. Decor is poor. Location is loud. Stuck here with work for 5 days. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Lovely staff, even with the language barrier. This was my second stay and it was so much better. Larger spacious room and no smell of smoking in my room as shockingly this hotel allows smoking in rooms. Breakfast needs more variety 😋 Great location to get around by foot or taxi.

The location of the hotel is okay, the room is relatively large, and the overall hygiene is pretty good, but the equipment feels a bit old. There are not many kinds of breakfast in the hotel, which is basically not suitable for Chinese stomach.

The room we were given would not close, the handle was broken, the mini bar was empty, there was not even water in it, the chair in the room was broken, the room was very big but only had insufficient lighting around the edges, our friends staying in the next room said they did not have these problems in their room, cold water for breakfast is extra charged, it can be evaluated as price-performance, but do not be mistaken like us just because Anemon is of good quality.

This plae is so expensive for the overall service they give. SO DİRTY AND SMELLY. in this kind of weather in İzmir, the air condition is not working, when i complained at the front denk, the guys said that the hotel air condition system and the service is not working. This is the first time in my life that I encountered a hotel that implements a breakfast schedule for only an hour,if ever you wake up later than one hour ,you will not be able to have your breakfast.

We came at night and they gave us a room which the air conditioner was not even working and cooling and they transfered us to another room and the air conditioner was not working, it smells so bad everywhere and the price of a room is undeserving and the breakfast service system is so awful.
