The hotel room was spotless and well- furnished with new, high-quality pieces. Though there isn't a notable view, the room includes a French balcony, perfect for those who smoke. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a great variety. While the price is a bit high for the season and location, the hotel's unique, museum-like character makes it worth considering

I stayed in the hotel during my business trip. The atmosphere is great, the receptionists are very polite and even with a great sense of humour. The breakfast is pretty decent in a very interesting area with ancient excavations. The floor is glass, and you can see these ruins. The public underground parking is 30 meters away from the hotel, and it's free for the hotel guests. My first complaint is about some of the sanitary accessories in the bathroom, such as the shower. It's good to repair them. The second one is for the extremely loud annoying sound from the nearby mosque. This howling starts at 10:00 pm and at 5:00 am and lasts for 5 min. nothing can stop this annoying noise, not the windows, not earplugs.
I recommend the hotel with 2 hands.

Nice and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms.clean,tidy,everything is working properly.beds are cosy.the hotel is in the centre of the city.built with care of its history on the place of medieval hammam.

Simply put terrible isolation. Rooms are not soundproofed as advertised.
Booked a week stay and heard everything from adjacent rooms. Wasn't even possible to sleep.

İf lucky you'll have a wonderful stay but can't say the same for my stay there.
This being said rooms are nice, stuff is very friendly.

Not recommend for families. The worst experience I have ever had for welcoming process in a hotel. We came to the hotel at night with our baby sleeping. They tested our temperature then I wanted to pay the price of room quickly to put our baby into her bed in the Room to avoid to wake her up. But the women in the reception said that it is not possible for her to allow the mother and baby to move to the room without filling the forms that will take 10 minutes to do. I asked that we can fill them in the room than hand to the desk. But she refused it in a cold way. Then I asked three times she refused again. She has just ignored the babies situation. The reason I disappointed in this situation is I have stayed 6 different hotels before this and all of them were more welcoming and none of them wanted us to wait even before pay the price. We are frustrated. They behave in that manner even we have booked the room from Booking, imagine when you have booked from another platform.

Nice hotel with great care about history, since it have a part of ancient structure of Saray-i Amire Hamami (Manisa Palace Bath Place) beneath the hotel, and they show it for free in the ground floor

Breakfast is good, room is clean and tidy also good spaces, location is excellent, near city center. And the breakfast place is the best I have ever seen in my life, ancient Saray-i Amire right in front of your breakfast
