Avwan Hotel Cigli

I had a good stay.
Even though that I had a reservation for normal room, I received a promotion to a better room with jacuzzi 😃.
But unfortunately water was too cold and i couldn't use it 😫😒
Breakfast was very good and stuff were helpful and kind.

I've ended up staying in Turkey longer than planned. As in 5 weeks as opposed to the 2!
The staff here have been so welcoming and accommodating. I can't fault them on this at all.
The top 2 floors have lovely views across the city and also come equipped with queen size beds. They literally cater to your every demand. The toilet door wouldn't close in my room, so the very next day that was fixed! They have a lovely onsite handyman that does it all!
The cleaners are friendly, the reception staff are just as amazing ohhh, and let's not forget the food and the guy that serves it! 10/10 and we will be coming back! I can honestly say I will miss this place :)

The service staff were really great and including from greeting, taking our luggage, parking the car, directing us for a meal etc. All was done well. Upgraded us to a bigger room as well.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and had good amenities. The food in the restaurant and breakfast too was good.

I am a foreigner from Canada that does not speak any word in Turkish language. That being said the staff here at Avwan hotel has been really helpful in helping me with some staff speaking english and others trying their best with google translate.

The hotel room was quiet and room service was really good also. I had a specific request about the washing of my clothes and everything was done accordingly :)

Last but not least, I even had help with tickets and lift to go take the train to the airport in the morning so I could go back home.

Thanks to all the staff for the tremendous help. Didn't know Turkish people were that kind and I am happy to know it now.

Very nice hotel with excellent and friendly personel. The food was good, breakfast was very good. İf you like the noises of a big city ask a room in the front of the hotel. There are no real family rooms but a portable bed or babybed is available.

Everything is extraordinary. So much attention .. such meticulous and devoted work ; staff attitude is amazing . Although I work in the cabin of a tourism company, I have stayed in many hotels. Based on my experience with the hotel, I have written this review knowingly. It took me by surprise. Despite the fact that the hotel was full, the reception staff, who said that they would help me if there was an empty room, worked in a team work, and I think the hotel managers, RAFET ÇETİN, upon his return to inform me about the room, I am staying at the hotel with my family in the face of such interest and effort. We have 2 rooms, incredibly clean and well-maintained. Being clean gave me peace of mind. Although we ordered from the kitchen many times, the attentive service and timely menus were great. Thank you very much to Mr. Rafet and his team. I hope this hotel grows into chains. good luck with your effort
