It’s definitely not worth staying there, even for free! There was no proactive communication from the hotel about the lack of hot water or ongoing construction. Imagine being in the middle of a shower, and the water suddenly stops completely. On top of that, the hotel staff showed no concern or effort to address the issues. All the hassles and inconveniences made the stay incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

We booked the hotel from booking.com as it has very high rating in the site but it is a scam. The pictures in the site does not reflect reality at all. The rooms does not fulfill any standard requirements and are very dirty. It was freezing at night as the AC in the room was not working properly. When we asked for extra duvet they didn’t provide us any. The sheets had hair on them. The bathroom was almost unusable, dirty and old. The floors were very dusty. Definitely stay away from this hotel.

The accommodation facilities were good, the location was good, and there was parking, so it was good.
The breakfast was also good.

Meet the Hotel manager Bengool the cat 😽. Very cozy and quiet hotel with super friendly staff. Delicious Turkish breakfast ( buffet) is available from 8-10 am.
The location is awesome 👏 it’s called the Marina and anything is in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and … are around this place. Rooms are clean with balcony. Pool and jacuzzi are available.

The only reason of giving any stars to this hotel is the staff.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Gave us early check in and late checkout. Goodbye gifts as well.
But the hotel is in a bad need of refurbishment. The bathrooms are awful. Worse then train station bathrooms.
Spending even one night seemed impossible because of the unhygienic condition of the bathrooms and rooms as well.

if i could give the location 10 stars i would. ten steps and you are by the marina and the mainstreet. it is easy to find again when you been out. The service is great for the price. the rooms got fridge and you can boil water for tea and coffee which is provided. it was cold at night but they provided duvets when asked. the breakfast is solid. the workers are sweet helpful and speak english very well.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. The first room we were granted access to was cramped and dusty. The next day I asked reception if we could change room to a more spacious room, they granted us access to a much better room. There's a dog that usually hangs out at the hotel too, she's very friendly. There's loads of friendly cats too. The location of the hotel is ideal as practically everything in the town is easy to walk to, especially bars and restaurants.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were moved to a room in a very dodgy area of the hotel. As a woman visiting Turkey for the first time with a friend, I didn’t feel safe at all in that room. It was also extremely noisy and felt miserable to stay in.

The next day, they moved us to another room, but it still wasn't great—again, it was noisy, and the overall experience was just uncomfortable.

While some of the staff were helpful, particularly a lady at reception and a black gentleman from room service who was always attentive,and helpful always and friendly - it doesn't make up for the poor conditions.

This hotel is honestly a scam, and I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially if you value safety and comfort.
Breakfast selection : basic don’t expect much not even variety of fruits

Pool area : not so clean
Rooms : very small but the cleaners come every day to clean and organise for that all done to them!

I recommend you to stay away from this facility. All they care about is your money. When they take it, you’re done. Go somewhere else, you’d be much happier.
