Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food quality was good and varied. Once I walked in this place I thought I was in senior ‘s house, but then I realized how good this place to chill and enjoy Bodrum beautiful weather

Family and kids friendly! But if you are staying with senior or a baby keep in mind they don’t have elevators. Three meals a day with snacks and drinks available in between, Alcohol and drinks are free at all times

With such a great team, great location, great food, it makes it great by bringing 200 Indians a day. Apparently, their plan is to be a hotel where only Indians can be there. Rest of all other facilities amazing

I am surprised how this place is rated 5 stars, upon arrival I got disappointed, the hotel interior design was really basic the rooms and furniture were very old, the bathroom didn’t have ventilation, the sink was broken and the toilet didn’t even flush! the wifi connection is terrible and I got really exhausted in my 1 week stay in here trying to connect to the internet

Be sure that your complaints and concerns will fall on deaf ears. They seem to have a "take it or leave it" attitude that shows when you demand service. Barely 5 minutes walk from the beach, market, and restaurants

The hotel does get staff super cheap that way. One day, we found the housekeeping chaps had left empty beer glasses after consuming beer while cleaning the rooms. Guess they forgot to clear their own glasses

The hotel does not take well to complaints. If you share a concern 2-3 times, be ready to face a rude manager who will emerge from his office and address you the way he treats his interns

They switched off the wifi sharp when the clock struck 12 on check out day. And if you can believe this: even the power was shut in one of our rooms two hours before checkout time

You have to pay 2 euros per day for the safe box even though you have already rented the room, and the air conditioning was bad from day one

Mainly used the slide pool and the bubble pool. Challenge to get sun beds some mornings but always found something. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6)

The bubble pool was the quietest and suited me just fine, entertainment was fun and lively. Went on a boat trip for 7hours for £20. Best boat trip 👌 lovely staff, lovely bays and the sea was beautiful

Had to visit doctor for an injury to finger, & he looked after me really well, applying new dressings every day. We changed room for a twin, & all good standard

There’re no tools for the pool area, so people eat and drink in the common areas, and the water doesn’t look so clean. I would probably go again, but definitely for the half-price and off-season

Sea is clear, first time Turkish sea is clear. Animation team is so kind and respectful. We just sleep at hotel, all day at beach. Internet is so bad, and this food isn't for me. Food variety can be increased

Very nice hotel with many attractions and large swimming pool. Very good All Inclusive. Also it has its own beach with sand what is not so obvious near Gumbet

It's like a small city with beautiful premises, shops, gorgeous lobby with live piano music and delicious Turkish tea in tulip glasses! Food is amazing - so tasty and something new each day! We are grateful for all the people working there for making our stay so unforgettable

Sadly, we were unable to experience the two different restaurants, because the amount of reservations is very limited and you can't make reservations in advance. You can only do the reservation on the same day

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was absolutely delicious, the room was great and the outdoor area has everything you need

It's totally clean everywhere, swimming in the pool was much fun and we especially loved the waterslides

The beach is less than 50m from the hotel, the water is clean and we swam in the ocean though it was still chill in April. The hotel-bar is open all the time and the drinks are delicious

This hotel offers the optimal conditions to enjoy your holiday, relax and explore the country. Bodrum is reachable either by a 30 min walk (with amazing views) or by a shuttle bus (every 10 min)

Expectations were well and truly exceeded!! All the staff were brilliantly helpful and lovely, with no exceptions! The room was just right for us, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and luckily we could catch the sunset each night while getting ready for dinner

Nothing was too much trouble and the staff couldn’t help us enough! The spa treatments at the Kum Spa were exceptional, hands down the best massage both of us have ever had, and absolutely worth the money! The entertainment was second to none

Absolutely sensational shows! And we really enjoyed being “dragged” up for the competitions! It was great fun and the fun crew were all lovely! There were plenty of excursions offered and the relax boat trip was very worth the money

We booked 2 rooms and had a great time. Mohammed from reception and Aysa from guest relations were very helpful. The resort is hilly, so less suitable for people with mobility issues - the lifts tend to get busy

There was plenty of variation for all meals. One of the lovely staff members even went out to the main kitchen and got my partner some humus when they weren’t serving it, and did so with a big smile on his face

The resort is very well placed. It is clean and it has all the facilities you are looking for. The food is good and also the drinks. We spend a wonderfull week here in this holiday.
