I stayed here in a double room for two nights in May 2024. The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast offering is generous, with good variety. Besides, it is great value and not far from the Metro lines and good restaurants near the pier.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Turned up 5 hours before check in and they still let me check in and upgraded my room. Helpful staff

The room is nice but it has a terrible cigarette smell. Also, the furniture is dusty, and the bathroom could be cleaner as well.

Polite stuff, very helpful and friendly.
Clean big rooms.
Nice location, Bostanci seaport is nearby, from where boats go to Adalar, a big park good for running and exercising is 15 minutes on foot from the hotel. Possible to order transfer to airports. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll come back again!

It was a fine place to send a couple of nights. It was clean. Breakfast OK and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good but will not stay here again. The 3 🌟 is for the incredible and very good staff memebers who I think should work in 5 start hotels. But the hotel itself is not worth the money first we had booked a room with 2 queen beds upper floor good view and smoke. Upon arrival we were told thy only had first floor available and the room had one single bed one double bed also the room we booked was big in dimensions this room we got was really small there was no hot water the airconditoner didn't work. The good part was the satellite TV that had all the American TV channels in English took me a while to figure the 2 remote control but then I found It and it was great. As I mentioned the staff in this hotel was great anything we asked helped with was provided for us. We couldn't eat at the restaurant because of our autistic child and there was no food allowed to be taken from breakfast to the room but when we explain to the staff that we had to take the food to our room they said ok. We needed help locating our lost baggage and the front desk lady and guy both helped us by calling the baggage claim for us even though we didn't get our luggage up until now but they did try so thanks once again.

This place is a scam. We made our reservation online and received our confirmation emails. Our flight arrived at 4 and it took us 2 hours to get to the hotel from the airport. By the time we arrived, they told us that they cancelled our reservation and that had no rooms available. The next day, they tried to charge our credit card. These people are con artists. Do not stay here.
