Great location , beside a metro station , great rooms , have been a customer for 3 years now ( 4th visit till now ) , staff are super polite , and very cooperative, room service excellent, food prices are acceptable and normal while being very yummy
Kids love it , will be definitely going back in future

Our flight to Manchester got cancelled, so the airline booked us a night in this hotel. The hotel was very nice, with pleasant decorations & settlings. The staff & reception were very kind & polite, and they answered all my inquiries with utmost care. They outdoor terrace dining with beautiful view as well inside. I would again if i am in that area.

The room was impeccably clean and notably spacious, surpassing the typical hotel room size. Its proximity to the mall and metro renders it conveniently located. I highly recommend this place. The only drawback is that room service and breakfast come at a relatively steep price.

I had to stay here because of a missed flight (Turkish Airline’s fault, so they provided accommodation). It is a 2-hour drive from the airport which is totally bizarre why the airline would do that. However, the hotel is great & the staff extremely helpful. Dinner was also amazing.

Very nice ! Spacious rooms , good bathroom, very clean , comfortable bed , very nice and friendly staff and good breakfast ( though the coffee wasn’t really tasty ) ! Close to the metro and to a Starbuck’s and supermarket! Also one mtro ststion away from a mall that you can directly go inside by the metro station ! One down thing is that it is next to a highway so there is noise , ear plugs recommend

The hotel si clean and presentable, great food, good customer service, great service performance. The breakfast is nice as well, the cleaning staff do their job as they should. There is one flaw though, the gym. The Gym, which can be barely called a gym, is very poorly thought out, to the point it's actually funny. The weights leak sand (yes thet are sand weights) and the bench is broken. Besides the faulty items, this hotel needs better and more gym equipment. You guys need a dumbbell rack with weights from 1 to 25 or 30kg, 1 or 2 high quality benches, an olympic bar holder for the bench, and also an olympic bar with weights that can go on it from 5 to 20kg (all in pairs of 2 ). You guys could also add machines for back training as well, though the space is pretty limited. This can 100% be done and you guys can actually call it a gym. I'm not writing this to complain, but rather to help the hotel improve.

The hotel is nice, located near the Metro (25 min with Metro to Kadiköy). Staff is kind and for any problems they will help you. The room is nice (good bathroom) and well cleaned (just the floor was with some dust, but they cleaned it well the next day. The A/C works great. They call me just after the check in to ask if there were any problems with the room. For the price it was a good deal. There is also a small SPA area.
Next to the hotel there are many restaurants (cross the street), I recommend Dönerci Ali Usta for the kebap, and not the Stakehouse inside the hotel (Ali Usta has way better and traditional food and much more cheap).
