Very Good Hotel at the quiet place but far from tourist attractions. Rooms are comfy with nice view from the window. Restaurant serves tasty food but quite expensive. Breakfast buffet is good. Macdonalds is at walking distance and also a grocery store and mosque nearby.

Rooms are good, breakfast 7/10 - no sausages, only turkish sucuk. But the most terrible thing for 5* hotel I observed - it is a tea table in the room. To make a tea - you need to buy a water from minibar for 50tl 😀😀😀😀😀 this is absolute shame.

Luxury hotel with beautiful rooms, one part of the hotel has nice view to the sea (a bit noisy because is positioned next to a very busy highway). The bed was comfortable, and the pillows as well. The room has everything that you need except an iron for your clothes. Beautiful restaurant with good food. The offer of the mini bar is not the best : no sodas without sugar, poor quality wines. Communication in English is very difficult (I only hear one person at Reception speaking English and one in the restaurant speaking just a little bit), but the staff is very friendly and polite and compensate through attitude. My colleague asked fot another room that is not facing the highway and she received another room. The air conditioning is "centralized" thus you can't change the temperature in your room. In the lobbies and restaurant was ok, but in my room was 26 degrees one day. Nothing except Turkish channels on TV. There is a Spa (unfortunately had no time to try it). The elevators are fast. A parking is available. Good value for your money. I will come back and I recommend it for business trips.

Very nice and clean hotel. Food for meals delicious and with lots of choice. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and fluent in languages, making you feel at home. The hotel also has an excellent bus service that takes you wherever you want in the city (I managed to visit "The Galata Tower", visiting numerous shops in the area and also stopping for refreshments) and the time available to you is wide to do many laps. (maximum seats in the bus 15 people, excellent price per person)

Don't be fooled by the pictures - this is a 1-star place charging 4/5-star prices and failing to deliver high or even semi-decent standards. They are stingy to the point where you will not even have a tissue box in your room.
Don't expect a comfortable stay. Your room will not look like the google map photos and your money is better spent elsewhere. Extremely disappointed that I wasted 750tl for a night there and will not go near this 'hotel' again, and will make sure my friends and family stay away too.

Hotel located in the Asian area of Istanbul which offers a regular swimming pool , regular room and a excellent breakfast .
