I stayed for five days to attend a training and summit. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was decent. However, they should pay more attention to the salt and oil levels. The rooms were sometimes cleaned well, but occasionally, certain essentials were missing (such as towels or bed arrangements). Also, there was no conditioner in the shower.

The guest services and front desk staff at this hotel are absolutely disappointing. The food was over priced and poor quality (except for the breakfast buffet.) I attempted to order out and the delivery service would not accept my foreign phone number. The hotel staff refused to provide me with a Number that I could use, stating: "We permit delivery food but we are not permitted to assist guest with ordering in food." I have never run into that in all my years of travelling. NEVER AGAIN at a TITANIC HOTEL.

We had the most expensive room ( premium deluxe suit), and it was 28 degrees in there. Air conditioner was set for winter so it was not working. They told us to open the windows. It did not work so we had to check out before spending the night at the hotel. The receptionist did not even ask why we were leaving. When i told her that we are leaving because it is too warm to stay she just said “okay”. So they did not even care.

The hotel room is well furnished, there is no air conditioning, you can't control the coldness of the air conditioning and this is common in some hotels in Turkey, the reception staff do not smile, they receive you as if you want to borrow money from them! I asked for a toothbrush and they sent it to me with a frowning employee who was annoyed with her job, as for the breakfast in the room it was a disaster as the eggs were rotten! In addition to that, I am absolutely sure that I forgot my shirt in the room so I called them after leaving and they told me there was nothing!

Very Good Hotel at the quiet place but far from tourist attractions. Rooms are comfy with nice view from the window. Restaurant serves tasty food but quite expensive. Breakfast buffet is good. Macdonalds is at walking distance and also a grocery store and mosque nearby.

Rooms are good, breakfast 7/10 - no sausages, only turkish sucuk. But the most terrible thing for 5* hotel I observed - it is a tea table in the room. To make a tea - you need to buy a water from minibar for 50tl 😀😀😀😀😀 this is absolute shame.

Luxury hotel with beautiful rooms, one part of the hotel has nice view to the sea (a bit noisy because is positioned next to a very busy highway). The bed was comfortable, and the pillows as well. The room has everything that you need except an iron for your clothes. Beautiful restaurant with good food. The offer of the mini bar is not the best : no sodas without sugar, poor quality wines. Communication in English is very difficult (I only hear one person at Reception speaking English and one in the restaurant speaking just a little bit), but the staff is very friendly and polite and compensate through attitude. My colleague asked fot another room that is not facing the highway and she received another room. The air conditioning is "centralized" thus you can't change the temperature in your room. In the lobbies and restaurant was ok, but in my room was 26 degrees one day. Nothing except Turkish channels on TV. There is a Spa (unfortunately had no time to try it). The elevators are fast. A parking is available. Good value for your money. I will come back and I recommend it for business trips.
