Their customer service was off the charts, they were in communication prior to our arrival asking about our needs, scheduled airport pick up and offered to plan our excursions. Shuttle was waiting for us as we exited airport. A very smooth experience. Upon arrival Tolga greeted us with a big smile and went above and beyond to make us feel at home -- even stated, our place is your home. The entire crew was amazing. Breakfast was a feast for a queen and we enjoyed eating from the outside terrace! Views were breathtaking from the terrace. Tolga was always offering us water, coffee and tea. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay here and are deeply grateful to the team for their warmth and care. From the moment we arrived, my mum and I felt truly looked after. What a blessing to find this gem in the heart of Cappadocia! From the moment we arrived until our last day, we were treated like family—not just one-time guests. The location is just minutes away from the Göreme center, yet it offers a more relaxed and quieter atmosphere, which we truly appreciated. The entire staff was incredibly kind and friendly, always attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were offered something to drink at any time of the day or night, which made us feel truly at home. The owner went above and beyond, arranging everything for us—from transportation to tours and taxis. When I return to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short distance from all the major attractions in Cappadocia, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing.

The true magic, however, lies in the people who run this place. The owner, Gen, along with the amazing team — Tolga and Barış — went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. As public transportation in the area isn’t the most accessible, Gen took the time to patiently explain everything we could do during our stay. Their knowledge about the region was invaluable, and their recommendations truly enriched our experience.

As a vegetarian, I was deeply touched by the care they took to ensure I had delicious and satisfying options for breakfast every day. They were always attentive and made sure I never felt left out. One night, they even surprised me with a freshly made hot Turkish cheese dish — something I absolutely loved!

What really stood out was their thoughtful gesture before our early morning flight. Knowing we wouldn’t be able to have breakfast, they prepared a lovely tiffin for us, complete with sandwiches, chocolate cake, juice, and water. It was such a kind and personal touch that reflected their genuine care for their guests.

And even after we left, their kindness didn’t stop — once we reached Germany, they checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely. That meant so much to us. It shows just how sincere, caring, and genuinely sweet the entire team is. They don’t just provide hospitality — they offer heartfelt human connection, which is rare and beautiful.

The hotel itself is also a gem — it offers a true cave experience with all modern comforts. And the terrace view? Simply stunning! Watching the hot air balloons soar above the valley from the comfort of the hotel was a dream come true.

The place was absolutely mesmerizing, with breathtaking views that left us in awe at every turn. The morning hot air balloon view was a magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The warm, friendly people were the cherry on top, making the trip even more unforgettable. Every moment felt like a dream, from the stunning landscapes to the vibrant culture and serene atmosphere. A must-visit destination for anyone seeking beauty, adventure, and heartfelt hospitality.

This hotel location is very near to the Cavusin Castle, St John Baptist Church and Rose Valley. Waking up in the morning with a magical view of being surrounded by hot air balloons. room was spacious, the hospitality was at its best. Delicious breakfast with unlimited top up and free flow drinks. Many restaurants to choose from just few steps away from the hotel. highly recommended

So thrilled we found this place. Even before our arrival, we were in constant contact with the owner regarding our airport pickup and having our expectations set. Once we got here, the room was ready before the scheduled check in and since it was our honeymoon, they not only remembered but put lovely things in our room and gave us a gift as we departed 🥹

The team went above and beyond to be available, give us tips, help us with rides and so on. We didn’t take too much advantage because we were still sick on arrival; but it was so appreciated.

Tolga even drove me to the ATM instead of letting me walk midday.

The location is excellent; I LOVE that it wasn’t in the primary city of Goreme which has 400+ hotels. This little village is perfect for an authentic feel and exploring the nearby cave ruins (free!)

I would not only recommend this place but I’d stay again.

The only note I’d make is that there is very little table space in the room that we were in; so most of our things had to be placed on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Totally fine, but made the room a bit smaller as a result.

Oh and you’re next to a mosque, so bring earplugs if you can’t handle noise!
