Excellent customer service, good cleaning. Delicious breakfast and first class attention from Mrs. The manager, always aware of any request. Excellent tours can be requested at the reception with immediate response. Highly recommended.

Bekir was extremelyyyy helpful throughout our entire stay. We were there on a very tight schedule and he was able to get us scheduled for all the excursions we wanted to do in cappadocia! The breakfast was amazing and our room was impeccable. We got the presidential suite with the hot tub and it was a 1000000/10 experience! The room was MASSIVE. The parking is a little difficult but the staff there is amazing and they will either park for you or offer guidance. The location was beautiful and offered an amazing rooftop view of goreme and the balloons! We could not have been more grateful to the staff and their willingness to go out of their way to help the people staying there. We will be returning to cappadocia and when we do this will be the place we stay.

Friendly staff and great rooms.. nothing extravagant but complete value for the price paid.. The staff is really good and service is top notch.. breakfast is quite average with limited options but nevertheless filling!

The hotel is 8 to 10 minutes from Goreme but the advantage is they do have a terrace where you can clearly see hot-air balloons in the morning. It is also close to a few tourist attractions, but you have to ask as we just discovered it ourselves. Worth it to try the restaurants nearby, cost is cheaper in comparison to a normal cafeteria in Istanbul.
Clean room, complete amenities. Heater is available. Staff are very accommodating, our flight to the airport is very early and they made the effort to prepare us breakfast which is not expected.

Amazing hotel and staff. Rooms are nice and staff is courteous and helpful with whatever you need. They'll help you with hot air balloons, taxi, atv whatever you need.
We booked the presidential suite. Very spacious.
Some very minor maintenance oversights (the bathroom and jacquzzi shower heads need to be replaced). But again, that's a minor thing.

We went as a family and chose the Seljuk room. Since the room is a cave room, there is a cave smell inside, but it did not bother us. My only negative comment about the room is this; Small crumbs are falling from the ceiling, which is probably due to the fact that it is a cave. On the morning of our first night, we woke up to the sound of balloons. They pass right by the hotel, it was a great experience. The breakfast is very filling, fresh and delicious; Especially those bagels and pastries 👌🏻. It was wonderful to have breakfast among the sculptures built on the wall in the breakfast room. The employees were very attentive and explained the route we needed to follow. Everything was very nice, I will choose this place again next time I go 🙏🏻

We stayed as a family with our teenagers in a troglodyte room. If the hotel is perfectly faithful to the photos on the site, you should know that the mini swimming pool has no longer been in operation since 2018 and that the troglodyte room is very humid to the point that the ceiling becomes sand and falls to the ground and into the rooms. sheets at all times. The hotel was kind enough to vacuum the room every day and the very accessible staff was able to direct us and guide us to exceptional hikes and sites. The hotel is very well located with restaurants on foot and transport to Goreme 10 minutes away. The location of the hotel allows a privileged view of the hot air balloons in the morning (magic).

Thanks for the hospitality of the staff. They are all smiling, caring and polite. We went there as a couple at the end of April 2023. So the weather is a bit cold. Anyways, there are heater in the rooms. The rooms are clean, wide and spacious. The hotel has a park area. The view is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious and various. We especially thank to Mr. Serkan for his recommendations for the activities. If i visit Cappodocia again, i definetely choose this place for accomodation.
