The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly however the rooms were not
what I expected. The room 204 has no shower, only a bath and when we arrived, water was leaking out from the bottom of the tub. The staff did relocate us to another room though and it was decent but the mattress and the extra set of pillows(decorative pillows) were hard and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. I would recommend getting a hotel else where because you can get better for the same price honestly.

Must try and must visit
Best thing is, its a well known hotel and very easy travel options to all well known sites and walkability to city center
Cons: the hotel charged us double the price for a airport transfer than whats offered in a klook airport transfer option. The commissions for hotel suggested bookings is way high. Book from online sites if you wish to save some bucks.
Another negative is the Wifi is extremely bad jn our room and there is no proper mobile data signal as well
We stayed in Cappadocia inn Cave hotel for 3 days and it was a very good experience. The rooms are cozy in a cold winter , and the rest room is as big as my first apartment. The room service was good and breakfast options are well managed too. There is good amount of Vegetarian options

Best hotel to stay at Cappadocia. Advantage is it's location at some height to get a very nice view. Hotel is resort type with individual cave rooms of different category. We stayed in cave suite room which was very good in size with unique design and decor. It's not a common type of hotel room. Bathroom is very spacious with bath tub. There is late evening sitting & dining common place in hotel area which is very nice for enjoyment with family. We had breakfast at this hotel which was very nice with variety of food. We requested to serve more veg variety. They tried their best to serve better. Staff is very cooperative and hotel manager was also very helpful. Overall it was a very nice staying experience for our group of 16 members. They also helped us to book hot air balloon tickets for next day morning. It's not advisable to book this in advance as you may find it cheaper by booking it on previous day here. Though it may be tough in weekends in peak season.

Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this hotel when there are so many in this area at similar price points. When I checked into my room, there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. After dropping off my luggage, I told the front desk about the towels and was just told they would send someone. It was odd because had this happened at any other hotel, it would have been a bigger deal. But there was no apology and they had a casual response to a guest finding old dirty towels in their room? I just said ok and left for a few hours, but when I got back to my room… the towels were still there. I finally just used a clean towel to pick them up and place them outside my door myself.
Lastly, the bathroom had a musty smell (I think from the pipes) that seeps into the bedroom. The room itself is fine outside of that, and you can see some of the balloons from here, but there are much better options in Cappadocia.

Absolutely Amazing hotel, with the most phenominal views of Cappadocia where you have the famous hotair balloons rising in the morning just outside the front door of your room! The staff were also absolutely incredibly world class from the moment we checked in till the minute we left and every second in between. They were the most friendly, kind and helpful hotel staff we have evrt met! Special shout out to the hotel manager, Nader who was so so lovely taking great care of us as well as Beyza who always made sure our tours and everything was well booked and everything was good and the gentlemen with the really cool haircut who was thwre during the nightshift (sorry for not knowing how to spell his name). I’d highly recommend this fabulous hotel to everyone, I know you guys would enjoy your stay in Cappadocia forsure! My wife and I definitely did! Also would like to mention that the food at the hotel restaurant was really amazing as well!! Looking forward to our next stay there again when we do visit Cappadocia again in the future!

The location spot of this hotel is high hence the view you get is breathtaking be it sunset or sunrise, given that it’s on the hill the car has to be parked at 40degrees. The family room we had was spectacular, very comfortable bed, the jacuzzi was fun for kids.

The location is great! You are in walking distance (0.3 miles) from city center. The front office is very helpful. I was a solo traveler and Beyza (girl at the front desk) was helping me sign up for tours and airport transfer. Lots of restaurants near by. Just know the hotel is on a hill so if you or anyone you are traveling with have a hard time walking, it is a steep hill.

My partner and I went to Cappadocia for a day just to try to see the balloons, we booked a room in this hotel.
The room was gorgeous! The design and the furniture are so beautiful! I liked it! The room had some amenities like slippers, hair conditioners, minibar with water and soft drinks.
The bed was fabulous, I didn’t like the pillows, in my opinion, they were too high but my partner liked it, also I think all hotels in Turkey have the same ones.
In the morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast as it was included, there were many things to choose from like eggs, fruits, vegetables, cakes ( I loved the chocolate one) and drinks.
The terrace is perfect to see the balloons unfortunately we didn’t have that chance and balloon flights were cancelled that day.
The price was ok, so highly recommend it!
