Arp Hotel in Dalyan

We had a lovely time here. Breakfast is served next to the river with the turtles and tombs, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Staff, especially the breakfast staff were so kind. The room is basic, but that doesn’t really matter, as everything else makes up for it.

Third time staying in the immediate area, wish i had come here first, and I mean that! This place is outstanding!!! The service is unparalleled! The entire experience was incredible for all us. From the moment we arrived, we felt like family and guests of Royalty. This place was very clean! Of all the Hotels in this area it has the very best view of the tombs, day or night! I loved being able to call a water taxi to turtle beach. Being able to step off the private dock and onto the boat was a very fun experience. You can't beat the service at breakfast or lunch or dinner. The only place I've been that had tea time at 4:30pm. Every day was a different gourmet dessert to try. Wow. They must have a classically trained chef to prepare these! They also often have live music in the eating area. Very clean pool too enjoy. Every single morning I was able to see very large turtles that seemed to park right below the dock for my private enjoyment at dawn as i watched the sun rays bounce off the tombs, with the river being smooth like green glass . The receptionist was very friendly along with all the staff! I even met the owners who gave me a local history lesson not in the books! They were able to guide us to some great places to see the area, some beautiful hidden spots, along with what seemed the very best recommendations for restaurant's to enjoy our many dinners! We also were able to make several friends that were also visiting Tourists like us. The price was even better than our previously visited hotels over the last 3 years! This place checked all the boxes and a few unknown extras. Get your reservations ASAP so you do not miss out on this PERFECT DALYAN experience!!! You can tell the owners attention to Detail and the Customers comfort and satisfaction!!! They even happend to be going towards the bus station and offered a ride, which he would not take money for! The Turks will leave you longing for a return and many things to day dream about when you return home!

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, quiet, only complaint would be other guests staying there at time with several children were loud and didn’t respect general peacefulness of the hotel. Guess nothing can do about that

We spent 2 nights in the beginning of may with our 2 kids. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location along the river and the view was superb. The breakfast each morning was of great quality. Tea time was really nice also. I recommend to every body

There was a friendly welcome from Berk , who offered us information on things to do in Dalyan.

The hotel was quiet so we were offered a choice of rooms, we selected the upstairs room which had a small balcony. The room was light and spacious with nice towels and bedding.  Complimentary water was given each day, there was a fridge, plenty of wardrobe space, kettle, TV, air-conditioning, safe, some toiletries. The room was super clean.

Breakfast was incredible with a lovely fresh selection of fruit, salad, olives, bread, cheese, honey and conserves, plus cooked eggs and other dishes, slightly different on the four mornings we were there. The view from breakfast is a perfect view of the tombs and watching the boats and birds on the river.

In the late afternoon the hotel serves tea and homemade cakes/biscuits.

The swimming pool was a decent size and gets good sun early in the day. The pool area was lovely, with flowers planted and has a peaceful setting.

Every person in the hotel was friendly and polite and we really have nothing but praise for the way the hotel is managed.

The hotel was in a residential location, with some restaurants closeby, a handy grocery store, and only 10-15 mins walk to the centre of town for lots of restaurant, shops and bars, and also the square to take a bus to Ortaca or the beach etc.

We are so glad we stayed here and highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a week in May 2022 and it couldn't have been more delightful. Our room was large with a lot of hanging and drawer space. Fridge with water supplied daily plus a free safe which was a bonus. The breakfast was beautiful, so much so that it was nice going to bed knowing what awaits you in the morning. The position of the hotel is beautifully set on the river and only a short stroll to the centre with its lovely restaurants and bars. Last but not least...ALL the staff are so pleasant, helpful and hard working 'Thank you again'. We very much hope to return.

Staff were amazing. Having breakfast and turtles swimming around was pretty special. Everything about the hotel was excellent, highly recommend.

This hotel was simply gorgeous. The room I stayed in had a lovely clean bathroom, tv and fridge. The garden and pool are so beautiful with hanging parasols to shade the sunbeds. There is a stylish dining area just past the pool with an amazing view of the rock tombs of Dalyan, and also it is immediately next to the river. The views are simply stunning and you can see river wildlife too. We saw a huge river turtle a few times during our stay. Another big bonus is the breakfast and afternoon cake. Everything is made and presented with such care. It was fantastic to start the day eating next to the river. Some river tours can pick you up directly from the hotel as there is a mini-ferry point. This felt so unique. The staff were all really hard working and friendly. Such a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Amazing.

The experience was unforgettable
We stayed for about two nights and three days and we were so sad when we were about to leave the hotel and why we didnt stay longer than that.

The manager is the sweetest lady you will ever meet and try really hard to help you out.
The breakfast is exceptional and they try to make every day different.
The room is very clean and you will get a room service everyday.

The only downside was that locking the room was a little bit hard but you can ask for help. Also around mid night, my wifi connection got lost. Other than that, everything was perfect and we were so happy and will make a plan to visit there next year.

We had quite good experience, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Hotel's restaurant is faced to Tombs of Kings. Best view at Dalyan. Breakfast was pretty good and enough with variety of foods. Definitely recommend it. The girl in the bar was very friendly and helpful.

If you want to enjoy your holiday with a scene of historical Caunos Tombs of the Kings, Arp Dalyan is definitely a perfect hotel to do that.

The hotel owners are a very nice couple and try their best to make you feel at home.

Breakfast is quite well and 5pm tea time is a surprise for the guests (free of charge) which you can try homemade bakery with turkish tea & coffee.

You can prefer to use boats to get to Iztuzu Beach. Also there are lots of natural beauties to experience around Dalyan.
