Just came back from this hotel, a family of three. Overall a very good experience and would go back.
Pools can become crowded on high season and seems to be a race to get a sunbed. Lifeguards always watching, very professional. Pool area clean.
Beach is great, plenty of sunbeds always.
Rooms really good, we stayed in the main building, cleaned daily, no complaints here.
Staff great, most of them speak English and for those who don't I used Google translate so no issues. Special mentions here for Timur and M. Anil, really great guys, thank you. The Patisserie staff could do with some training in customer service. Entertainment guys great.
Food was mainly good, something for everyone, no complaints here.
No card payment facility unfortunately and some of the reception staff do struggle with English and this should be addressed as they are the first point of contact with guests.
We had a great time and although it is not a 5 star hotel is a strong 4.

We stayed from 7th-14th September.
Our stay at Flora Garden Ephesus Hotel in Kusadasi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a well-run, high-quality establishment. One of the standout features was the incredible wood-fired barbecued fish served every day. It's rare to find food of this quality in an all-inclusive resort. And when I say banquet, I mean it—three times a day, we were treated to lavish meals, with the added bonus of freshly cooked wood-fired pizza available for snacks. The food alone makes this place worth every penny.
The pools are a real highlight. Immaculate infinity pools create a stunning backdrop, and the provision for children is fantastic. Our young daughter absolutely loved the water slides, which cater to both kids and adults alike. With multiple lifeguards always on duty, we felt completely at ease letting her enjoy the facilities.
A common concern with all-inclusive resorts is the quality of the drinks, especially fears about watered-down beer. We had none of these issues at Flora Garden—the alcoholic drinks were of excellent quality, which added to the relaxing, worry-free experience. There were always sun loungers available, which speaks to the perfect balance between the hotel being lively but not overcrowded.
The rooms were spacious, air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed to relax after a day of fun in the sun. However, it was the staff that really made our stay special. Incredibly friendly and accommodating, they made us feel at home from day one.
As someone who usually plans "do-it-yourself" holidays with a hire car and an Airbnb, this was a revelation. The value for money is unbeatable, especially when traveling with a young child. Flora Garden Ephesus is not just a hotel—it’s an experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for families looking for an stress-free, indulgent holiday.

If you only speak English read this
On our arrival at 10pm to the hotel the staff did not understand a word of English and after using Google translate they said we only had one room booked.
But after showing them the booking they had to put me and my wife in a disabled room and are teenagers in another room on the other side of the hotel.
When we got to the rooms they where not cleaned of fresh towels.
We was told to go to the snack bar or should I say shown as we couldn't understand the staff member.
When getting there for something to eat we had a burger that was rock hard and cold chips.
Overall the hotel looks nice but for someone that old speaks English your going to find it hard to order drinks even kids ice cream.
The night entertainment we couldn't understand a word as it was not in English. So are kids got board very quickly each night and found ourselves in the lobby keeping each other company.
After having this for 2 days I decided to get out the hotel with the kids and go to adaland water park that was amazing.
But when it come to ask the staff at the hotel for a cab / taxi or a number using google translate they said they don't have one .
So I googled and found amazing taxi drive that made our first time in Turkey amazing after being disheartened with the hotel.
Each day for the rest of our holiday he took us to the shops for a full day and to a tories place for the full day and each day was only charging us 40 euros.
So if you only speak English please have this in mind when booking as there was only 3 English speaking family at the hotel and we all said the same it was bad that non of the staff speak English or very little even the locals and taxi drive where shocked to hear this.
If your looking to go to the town or visit stuff then it's a minimum 25 minute taxi ride each way.

The room was nice, the staff was very helpful and cheerful, the seafood was a bit off at times and the restaurant was a bit messy and busy, however I could appreciate their gym and good drinks.

This was supposed to be a 5 star hotel resort but it isnt, this is more like a 4 star tops and thats pushing it.
Rooms very average to be honest, wernt clean until we had to ask.
Food was great, ill admit that no issues here and the chef was absolutely great and catered to our needs, so our compliments goto the chef here.
Bar service, well this was actually bad, looks like they had trainees there and he couldn't make any decent cocktail at all, i am surprised at this as normally there would be there some one experienced along a trainee, however i did feel sorry for him as he was off his feet, poor management really.
Hotel staff were fine in general and kind. The reception were ok but couldn't understand english at all, so thankgod for google translate. we had guest services and they did the translation for us. Simple things like paying via phone lets see was impossible so card only physically inserted with chip and pin, no big deal.
Pool was ok but cold, so didnt bother and it was small anyway.
This isnt a big place at all, the foyer was fjne and nicely done, and only 1 bar there if theres no animation.
Please note that drinks all inclusive are only until 11pm, after that its all chargeable. We arrived late on Monday evening around 1030pm, once we had a snack etc...it was 11 and couldbt even have a drink, even they knew we had arrived late, shocking customer service for a 5 star property.
The beach was great and the walking paths were great too to go for a quick walk along the coast.
They don't do any currency exchange here, i actually had to go to another hotel down the road and they had no issues at all, so really let down here as theres hardly anything around the hotel, although there was a chas point down the road but wasnt working.
In all, i wouldnt go back here to this resort as its also middle of now where and 30min away from town centre Kusadasi.
The animation was fine to be honest, but was a bit boring, but atleast they opened up another bar for this, and a more experienced person actually served.
Sorry but this is my honest opinion of this place just because it was a 5 star i expected too much, if it was lesser star then fine i would understand, so i really dont know how they can be classed as a 5 star.

Great place for those who hate big, 6 floor hotels and appreciates great service, hospitality and amazing food. You will feel great here and the crew will make sure nothing is missing with a smile and willingness to help! When I say the food is amazing I mean it is the best hotel restaurant I've been to.Strongly reccomend!

The hotel and facilities are amazing ! The staff really care about the wellbeing of all their guest & their customer service was excellent. Rooms were cleaned everyday & there was always something to eat in every corner of the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to Mr Bora for his entertainment & for helping organise my mum’s birthday party at the hotel. Thank you to Burcant, Burcan, Burack. I want to give a special thanks to Alim he was wonderful he helped with anything I needed & was so kind to me and my family!

I could have given a 4*, but…
Hotel facilities: poor for a 5 star. Probably the smallest 5* i have ever seen. Still kids friendly - confined space right in front of the beach. It is acceptable for the price.
Food: limited variety but probably the best part of the hotel. Tasty and abundant.
Cleanliness: very poor! I am not a particularly picky or fussy person, yet the dirtiness in the hotel is appalling. You are expected to eat on the sticky plate mats, where the table is only wiped partially with dry kitchen towels -only areas between the mats are wiped- when new guests arrive. In the room, the toilette, desks and floor was not cleaned at all. Lettuce is served inside bowls with earth at the bottom. I see the amount of staff is not sufficient compared to the number of guests. Hence it is constantly stained and dirty everywhere. I gave this feedback to the hotel as well.
