Hotel is worth to recommend for family holidays. Its cozy, not to huge without long que for Food in restaurant or drinks in a bar. Water available in bottles all day for everybody. Available gym with some equipment to do workout or Cardio. Quite tasty Food, there is always a lot of to choose in a Restaurant nevertheless it could be more sea fruits and Fish. Tasty drinks available almost whole day till 23 are made by nice personnel;) Really funny and interesting entertainment program provided by nice and smiling personnel;) Generally all workers and personnel it’s helpfull and makes our vacation plesant.

Not long returned from a nice, relaxed 10 days stay at this lovely hotel.Perfect no, but if you have any problems no use bumping your gums once you are away from the place! , any issues take them to the super efficient smiley guest relations team Sibel supported by Tuba will solve every issue - smile.! Bongo Bar,this is the "jewel in the crown", lovely chilled bar,with THE best views!! relaxing music, and the best cocktails,by the cocktails master ALI.!! Pool area is excellent , pick up a sunbed, most times of the day,pool bar good with drinks delivered by efe on his roller blades . Coffee shop, brilliant iced flavored coffees from duygo. Had a superior sea view room, FANTASTIC views,as explained by previous posters 5-6 different types of accommodation ,to fit the individuals pocket,was I pleased with my choice, DEFINITELY! Food in every dining venue was excellent i.m.o. with something for everyone, prepared to a high standard! Go and visit Mama making her delicious pancakes, she will be so happy to see you. You got Japanese garden here. Pillars that look like Greek/Turkish ruins. Think one of the things that I liked most here was the feeling of space, never felt crammed/rammed in,to the point of being one of the most relaxed holidays that we have enjoyed. Will we return? Hell Yeah!! Apologies to the excellent staff that we have excluded.

I have rarely been as relaxed as I was on this vacation. Very rarely have I returned so well-rested and full of energy. The complex is located in a holiday home area with many two-story cottages, directly on a beautiful, fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Those who aren't beachgoers can cool off in one of the pools. There are always plenty of loungers available at the pool and on the beach, at any time of year. A mini-market is in the immediate vicinity. About 600 meters to the left from the hotel are several shops, including Adonis Travel, where you can book great excursions cheaper than through the tour operator. After another 200 meters, there is a medium-sized bazaar where the vendors aren't as pushy as in Kusadasi. A wide, more than 10 km long promenade runs along the beach, with a well-developed, separate bike path. This promenade is the only thing separating the hotel from the beach. Dolmus connection to Kusadasi every 25 minutes (journey time 25 minutes, 53 TL) Transfer from/to Izmir Airport by minibus takes 90 minutes The rooms are modern and clean. We had a swim-up room with direct access to a 60-meter pool – simply fantastic. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels and linens were provided when needed. The minibar was filled with soft drinks and regularly refilled. The hotel employs a large number of young and sometimes inexperienced staff, who sometimes lack professionalism. The reception staff, in particular, sometimes seemed overwhelmed. However, the friendliness and willingness to help were always there. Outstanding, and also the reason why it still gets 5 instead of 4 stars, is the guest relations employee Irma. I have a lot of experience in tourism (also professionally), and I have never seen anyone who carries out this role with such joy, openness, and warmth. Always smiling, always cheerful, and always authentic. Thank you for everything, especially for the great conversations. Excellent buffets with something for everyone. Mostly Turkish-themed, which I found extremely positive. A daily grill, and appealing live music for dinner several times a week. A snack bar throughout the day with a wide selection and delicious burgers, and elsewhere a kind of pancake and ice cream. Refrigerators full of water and ayran are everywhere. You were allowed to visit one of the three specialty restaurants once a week – I would recommend it to everyone. We particularly enjoyed Yassas with live Greek music. The cleanliness of the plates in the restaurant needs to be improved. There were never long lines or a lack of free space. Large spa area with sauna, indoor pools, and a fitness studio. Unfortunately, only limited opening hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Pedelecs for rent: 1 for €10/hour, 2 for €15/hour. I highly recommend them; they're great for riding along the promenade. Table tennis table and game center. The entertainment program is rather limited, but not intrusive. Water sports on the beach are rather expensive.

HOTEL SPA Today, July 1st, in the afternoon, after receiving a massage at the hotel spa, I asked the staff about access to the pools and jacuzzi with my daughter, who is under 16 years old. At no point did the staff indicate that my daughter was not allowed in, despite the fact that the sign inside the hotel's rules and regulations states that minors under 16 are allowed in with their parents. Once we were inside, a girl approached us in an inappropriate tone, indicating that my daughter was not allowed in. Due to this inconvenience and the contradictions in the rules and regulations, I decided to cancel a massage I had booked for Thursday and reconsidered my intention to book it for future stays at this hotel.

They gave us a warm and friendly welcome and we also want to say thank you Mr Alaattin Security Man for his help.Barman Ahmet and Caner Duygu Damla Waiter Halil Security boy Akif and Çaglar and also Gőzde at the front bar and thank you to Murat Baker and the all Kitchen Staff. The Rooms are nice clean and tidy thanks to the cleaners. The Hotel location is perfect and the sandy beach area is regularly cleaned. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend it to anyone.

I came to this hotel with my Dad for vacation. You can get food including snacks at almost any time and theres also a lot of different options for everyone, kids and picky eaters (from fries and salad to steak). The beach is really close at the hotel and I really recommend it for people who have health problems or kids since there are fresh drinks, food and toilets next by. I also noticed that this beach gets cleaned everyday which also gives a very comforting feeling. Improved could be the light sensor at the lady’s bathroom next to the area where’s breakfast, lunch and dinner. It often thinks there’s no one in the room so the light goes off often and really fast when using the toilet. The staff gave us a welcoming smile at almost any time and often told us to enjoy our food. Once I misplaced my bag and asked a worker where I could find it. She didn’t speak English at all but she immediately opened the translator and tried to understand me. At the end it worked pretty well and even with the language barrier I was able to get my bag back! Also big compliments for Irma, she sometimes came to us and we had some interesting conversations. It was fun talking to her since she made us feel like home and very comfortable. Very lovable staff and everyone’s polite. We’re fully convinced this place was 100% worth the money and we are looking forward to visit again.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel! Room is amazing to sleep in. Shows on every night and constantly got things going on through the day for entertainment. Staff are amazing and so helpfu, we will be recommending to others!

The Hotel was better than we expected. The Rooms are very clean and the everything from the pools to the food is very nice. The food is what I can recommend the most. The staff is also very nice and they try to accommodate you with everything you need, the animation has different kind of activities throught the day and shows every evening which is also very cool … I would definitely recommend flora gardens the Ephesus hotel

Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, clean swimming pools and the fact that beach is at the end of the hotel makes it more beautiful,Great massages and beautysalon. Food is delicious. The sports are a nice welcome after a the treats. Nice animation! Its a fine hotel!

Pool was lovely, the kids really enjoyed the slides around the pool. They are age 7 and aged 12. There is a small pool which they enjoyed and the bigger slides. Right on the beach which has amazing sunset. Food is OK, ice cream only on offer at 3pm. The Entertainer staff are very friendly and helpful.rr
