Consists of one 5 and three 3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 346 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for the Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

Where to start , after 3 days I can say the service is not worthy a 4 star let along a 5 star they promised us. The staff is not very willing on average and more or less trow your food and drinks to you . A minimum of language knowledge would be expected. Also this seems to be a problem .
The food ; well let’s call it changing. Sometimes it’s good , sometimes it’s hardly to eat. The name plates are not respected so you are never sure what you get. The best food is even outside the catering on the pool and the specials in the evening. I can’t withstand the impression they are expecting tips before they even want to threat you as a tourist. If so that should come after the service , maybe they should have been teaches that.
I would not advise this hotel if you want a decent service and a 5 star feeling.
After the review something has changed.
The special buffet of the evening was good till very good. The buffet is mostly the same every day but everybody can find something he likes. We noticed there was more pressure on the people and that pays of immediately .
Good to see they take the review serious.

Really great hotel. The staff are all super friendly especially in the café/patteserie. Food is really good only issue is it can be hotter. Beach is nice. The hotel isn't massive so it's perfect for couples with young children you can get from one side to the other in 5 minutes. You're quite far away from anything else so don't expect much out and about nearby. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay with no major issues.

Stayed for 7 days, great location near beautiful beach. The hotel looks beautiful and well looked after. We had booked two swim up rooms that needed updating, everything was old not clean. Amazing food and great work around restaurants and bars. Most staff do the job well, sadly some do find it hard to smile and we did not get that warm welcome. Overall we did have a lovely time due location and facilities.

Considering the hotel price and 5 stars, overall design and appearance, service and food tastes are far below expectations. Staff is too young and inexperienced. Standard rooms are very small, but at reception they were very helpful and warm, making a change with available room. Food variety is good, however it’s not tasty. It isnt a luxurious hotel definitely, but price was high as it is. Most beautiful thing was the beach. Its fine sand, and not getting deep quick.
We were very upset with the room service who threw bath utensils on the counter peed in the toilet and left it very dirty on purpose.

Spent one week in this hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms wasn’t clean, shower was so much dirty never cleaned. Cleaning was limited to changing towels. Maybe at the restaurant food was decent, but everyday same dish specifically at breakfast. Air condition doesn’t work in the canteen, very hot during eating. The pool and beach were ok, but the animation team very annoying especially guy from massage. I think you can find better hotel in Turkey.

Very nice staff, beautifull environent with a lot of activities to do. We enjoyed our stay and encourage others to try this resort. Don't expect big parties but the night shows are worth watching. Rooms are absolutely great and bars offer a large variety of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. 5 stars without a doubt.

This hotel is fabulous. Very happy with the choice of food, and the snack bar with waiter service is fab. Pool and loungers cleaned everyday. Lots of activities during the day and night if you want them or just watch. The evening entertainment is some of the best I've seen. The animation team all very friendly and enthusiastic, very nice people. Made our holiday. Kusadasi about £20 in a taxi or about £3 on the bus for 3 people. Bus happily let my folded up wheelchair on. Great value good meal in kusadasi at golden Boys restaurant and they even brought us back to our hotel (just gave them a £5 tip) cheaper than a taxi and nice and safe. Good cheap bazar 5 min walk from hotel. Would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel with great staff , enjoyable food and drink, very good entertainment... a bit off the beaten track but plenty of buses and taxis available.. had a thoroughly enjoyable stay ... room was lovely and had an amazing sea view , always found something nice to eat at every meal (I'm quite fussy) , night entertainment was really good quality and the the main thing that stood out to me was the staff, although mainly young, they keep the place spotless and couldn't do enough for us , very polite and attentive... would highly recommend

From the very beginning a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Animators are wonderful people who can amuse and encourage everyone to have fun. Romeo and Sterling found their way into our hearts the most! We felt like they were our friends throughout the trip! Rooms clean and very neat, as well as the whole facility. Food delicious and varied! The bartenders are smiling all day and helpful, they will make any drink you want!
There were so many activities at the hotel that we didn't want to leave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We were very pleased! See you there 🇹🇷🇵🇱

I was in the hotel for 7 days .
From the very entrance nice atmosphere , beating from a distance from the people working here !
From the first day we were introduced to the incredibly positive animators .
Sterling and Romeo ( Natasha ) are people who charmed us with their energy .
They invited to many activities that the hotel offers and we felt with them as if we were friends for a long time , we greet all the team of the hotel but these two people will stay in our heads forever !!!
Food delicious and very much to choose from , order is at the forefront of this hotel .
And for the thirsty , bartenders do wonders on the bar 😅
I recommend everyone this hotel to spend time here and with children and without children .
