Hotel was super clean, including the bedroom. Fresh towels, bins emptied, bed made every day. Only downside is the shower, wasn’t very powerful & always seemed to flood but no big deal.
Food was good, varied and always found something to eat. Loved the snack bar.
Me and my family came the last week of October, therefore there wasn’t much entertainment in the day or evening due to end of season. But that being said, my 6 year old niece LOVED Asma (Member of animation team) and also massive shout out to Emre for looking after us the whole week, providing us with water polo, darts & playing cards with us in the evening. He also recommended and organised our taxi to Murphy’s to eat & Sherwood for cocktails, both were amazing. All staff members were super friendly, and the bar service was efficient as well.
Location is perfect, beautiful sea views at dinner & while sun bathing. Lovely to have a private beach, and the pier also had nice views over to ladies beach. Only about 5/10min walk to ladies beach & 10min drive into Kuşadası costing about €7.
I’d love to come back in the summer to see the hotel at its full potential with evening entertainment & warmer weather.
The worst is the bathroom. The showerhead and faucets are rusty and old, and NO HOT WATER!!!. Lukewarm at best. With it being cold outside it was a horrible shower.
The food was just okay at dinner. Nothing seemed to have any flavor.
And if you need fast internet your in for trouble. It is very slow. Almost useless. I cant even use amazon.
If it was listed as a 3 star it would be acceptable.
Location is really nice, bars on the sea front are a short walk away, you can ask for directions at reception as its not obvious if you go for a walk
Our room had a sea view which was nice, we were all inclusive and there was a decent range of food on offer from both the main dining area and outside eating areas.
Would probably avoid the wednesday market / bazaar as it was draining haggling, there are shops locally if your after shopping they were a bit more laid back although being the end of season there wasn't as much variety as the market.
The location was excellent. We always received appropriate assistance at the reception. In the room, the bed linen and towels were changed daily, and the floor was vacuumed. We were very satisfied with the food and drinks — there was something for everyone, and the meals were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. We had no issues with the staff.
The downside was the portable baby crib — it was unsuitable for sleeping, and our baby had to sleep in the big bed instead. The bathroom door was poor and offered no privacy. The girl working at the medical office was unprofessional and not helpful; all she did was offer services from her private clinic, where she is employed. The music in the evening was too loud.
Overall, there were far more positive things, and we are leaving with many beautiful memories. Thank you very much.
