Batihan Beach Resort & Spa - 24H All Inclusive

We had some issues during our stay. For two days in a row, the towels weren’t changed, and the room wasn’t restocked with water, tea, or coffee. After we left a tip of around 200 lira, everything was suddenly taken care of — the towels were replaced, and the amenities were refilled.

As for the pool bar staff — I honestly have no words. They were constantly rushing to take away our drinks, even when they were clearly not finished. I still had whiskey and Coke left in my glass, but they took it without asking, several times. It felt like they were always hovering over us, asking if we were done, which was very annoying.

The animation team is friendly and energetic, but the program is repetitive — the same thing every day. Being Bulgarian, and noticing that many Bulgarians visit this hotel, I was surprised that in 10 days I didn’t hear a single Bulgarian song or greeting. All the focus seemed to be on English and German guests.

The beach is small, narrow, and feels crowded. On the plus side, the pool and slides are great, and there’s a nice promenade by the sea where you can take a walk.

Conclusion: The hotel isn’t bad, but it’s not for everyone. For the same price, you can find much better hotels with tastier food and better service. I wouldn’t recommend this place for young people looking to have fun.

The entertainment team was great, especially the kids' club staff. The girls were amazing—very professional, caring, and full of energy with the children. They kept the kids engaged with fun activities all day long, so there was never a moment of boredom. Truly top-notch service!
The beach was very small and overcrowded—people were packed in like sardines. There was no space for my child to play in the sand, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, every night just after midnight, a terrible sewage-like smell would come from outside, making it impossible to keep the windows open. Some guests mentioned that the sewage is released into the sea at night, which is very concerning!

Amazing place, if you are up to 10 or over 60 years old. Rooms were dirty hair and dust around the bed, terrace was full of 🍁. I had 2 air con in my room, none of them working. Only thing working in the fridge was the bulb which generated somekind of heat instead of cooling down anything..shower drain was clogged but after 3 attempts at the reception, someone came and fixed it. About cleaning ladies, everyday was different..we were 3 person and we had 2 chairs, 2 cups, 2 towels etc. We had to chase them about 3-4 times during the week to get a towel for the kid. Good thing is that they were nice and helpfull. Reception staff were nice as well. Restaurant on the other hand..is ok if this is the first time when you get an all-inclusive experience. Food was repetitive and most food was not fresh or reused. For a 4star hotel they don't have fresh orange juice which was a first for me. They do have an alternative made from concentrate which tasted like cheap greed. Dinner was served between 12:30 and 14:00. At 13:45 someone took the food right from my face when I was trying to put something on my plate which I found it to be a bit disrespectful. Fruits had no taste. The most tasteful thing in that canteen was the salt. On the other hand they had some cakes that were nice. We had some problems finding a table but probably in season you will have even more difficulties finding a table. Oh and I almost forgot, there was a manager I believe in the canteen, grey hair petit man which is a bit rude. I recommend an upgrade. Waiters were nice. Bar is limited, but that can be subjective as there was 6 types of cocktails but I didn't like any of them. Maybe other people will. Pool is not heated but water was fine. Same 10-15 songs every day at the pool. They do have a water slide but is open half our or 1 hour in the morning, again at noon and one more time sometime afternoon. This was a first for me to see..weird..
Beach was unique. We were greeted by 2 massive stray dog playing on the beach. We were affraid to be honest. I understand that place being full of cats but didn't know there are so much dogs on the streets and especially on a private beach. Other then that beach is tiny but water is nice. There are buses which will pick you up just accros the road from the hotel if you want to go to kusadasi city centre which is very cheap. There are some activities as well but we only tried the archery and that was enough.. I see people giving a lot of 5 star reviews and I didn't understand why. There is a lot of room for improvement and I will not visit this hotel again. Happy holidays!

Stayed here for 6 nights. Nice hotel with friendly staff who speak both English and Turkish. The location of the hotel is great with its own private beach area. Multiple swimming pools for both adults and kids. Entertainment available daily with sports activities and free drinks throughout. A negative I would say is the rooms. The beds are comfortable but the condition of the room is slightly old. The room we stayed in was not something I would want to stay in again. It’s okay for a few nights as it’s all inclusive. Clean but expected something more modern, for the price you can’t really complain. The food was very questionable, a few people had food poisoning and the overall quality of the food was not great. Constant stomach pain and feeling unwell.

Genuinely this has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Turned up to no rooms, after a lot of messing about we had to share a family room with another couple. We were offered an upgrade and refund on the first night. There was no upgrade and when we asked for the first nights refund we were told that the upgrade was our compensation!
Everyone in the hotel was violently sick for days. Not just our party but, most other guests we spoke to.
Slides were rarely on.
Entertainment was just awful, like beyond terrible and there was absolutely no kids entertainers.
All staff are rude! Like arrogantly rude.

We will never ever, visit this hotel again and will be making sure non of our friends or family come here.

Booked via booking.com. The hotel had fairly good reviews and reasonably prices. Upon arrival the rooms were dated and not clean. This was disappointing but we remained positive. However, we were four adults and an infant and we all contracted some sort of bacteria infection at the hotel which made us nauseous, have the sweats, stomach cramps and generally ill. Upon speaking to the hotel to see their doctor about potential infection they responded with a “you think you caught it from the hotel” and advised the doctor was not free. We ended up going to a private hospital and paid a fee. We were given antibiotics.

The hotel looks good in pictures but in reality is old and not clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and yes there was entertainment every night but the music was very very loud and as the rooms are old, the doors and/or walls are no where near sound proof so you need to sleep through the noise.

Even if we didn’t catch a bacterial virus I wouldn’t go back due to its cleanliness and age. Also the food wasn’t always fresh as they recycled what was left over from the previous days.

+ other guests complained about stomach cramps and on our last day a man was taking food samples in lab tubes so I suspect we weren’t the only ones who complained. Upon a complaint via booking.com, the hotel required proof that the bacterial infection was caught at the hotel as we were permitted to leave. Thus, go at your own risk. They will not take accountability!

Rooms are dirty they smell so bad after a clean up, the animation personal is so rude i asked them to play with them archery and they didnt let me also and with my dads permission, ok i understand i can hit my self but voleyball its just ridiculous i have to be 18 to play volleyball!!!!! The teenagers have like only 3 games to play and we are talking about a animation personal that is created for kids not GROWN PEOPLE! The leader of the animation didn’t allowed me with my dad’s permission
