The hotel has an age and you feel it when you enter. Room utilities are old, pipes' drains don't work so we'll. However the service is Incredible.

Upsides:
*They will try to solve your every problem with utmost urgency.
*Food selection is great! A lot of different choices in each course.
*The entertainment team is very friendly and great.
*The pool, Spa, hamam is extraordinary.
*Moat beautiful sunset ever.

Downsides:
*There is only instant coffee. Although you can find filtered in the bar located in -1, it is not the best.
*WiFi in rooms are at an additional cost.
*There is no beach. You can enter the sea by the cost through ladders.

The food was okay; I often enjoyed it, and there was a decent variety. On my birthday, I received congratulations, a bottle of red wine, and a fruit platter in my room, which was a very nice gesture—something I've never experienced in any other hotel, even though I celebrate my birthday in a five-star hotel every year.

Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweighed the positives during our stay. Right from our arrival, we noticed that the elevator was very slow, and in the evenings, we had to wait a long time. Moreover, the entire hotel had a warm, humid atmosphere, with the air in the elevator being particularly stuffy and uncomfortable.

Another annoyance was the Wi-Fi: while it was free in the lobby, it cost €14 per week to access it in the room and other areas of the hotel, like the pool and beach. For a five-star all-inclusive hotel, this is definitely a major no-go. The same applies to the rooms: they felt outdated, with an old bathtub and a low ceiling in the bathroom. A walk-in shower would have been more appropriate for a five-star standard. Additionally, the TV in the room was extremely small and broken. When we requested a technician for repairs, he simply said there was nothing he could do as the device was too old. The air conditioning was incredibly loud but didn’t effectively cool the room. Moreover, there were surprisingly many mosquitoes.

The service was also lacking: the restaurant chairs were worn and stained, the pool drains were full of moss and dirt, and the pool lane dividers were damaged and so old that they had lost their color. I didn’t see the pool being cleaned even once during our stay, so the water became quite dirty after a while. It was also frustrating that the restaurant often ran out of black tea in the evenings, and it wasn’t restocked.

The most serious issue, however, was the lack of leadership in the hotel. The staff undoubtedly worked hard, but there was a clear lack of effective management and organization. What was especially irritating was the behavior of the hotel owner, who, instead of taking care of the guests, preferred to have himself served and reserved the best spots for himself and his family. The arrogance with which he treated the guests only highlighted how little importance was placed on customer satisfaction.

Despite the high cost we paid for this vacation, we experienced the worst, dirtiest, and most outdated hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was the most expensive vacation we’ve had in an all-inclusive hotel, and at the same time, one of the most disappointing.

I have a lot to say about this hotel, the hotel on its own is really old and needs a lot of renovation. The food is terrible it has zero taste to it. More then 50% of the food is undercooked which lead for me to get sick. The desserts were good and flavourful. The workers are really nice people. The animation team is really friendly the kids love them especially Kaan, Hakan & Sam. The servers and the girls who make the drinks are super friendly people especially Seray & Busra were really nice. The roomcleaning is poor. The swimming pool is not terrible but has a lot of hair in it. The hotel doesn’t have any wifi besides the lobby (which is terrible) if u want to get wifi in ur room and other parts in the hotel u need to pay €15 per person to get access to wifi. The hotel doesn’t have a real beach it’s man made u need to go in the water with a ladder. The lobby and the rooms do not have proper airconditioning. The animation team are very awesome people on their own but the animations on its own are terrible for older people, its more concentrated on little kids like blasting baby shark. Our room view was half sea and the other half was the construction of a new hotel next to us. The drinks made by the guys working behind the bars are really good tho. The workers on the watersport stand are all scammers they wanted €500 for a boattrip of two hours and the hotel supermarket gives us different prices if they see that ur a tourist. The first thing the hotel doctor asked me was “are you a local or a tourist” which means that he is going to decide if he is gonna charge me €50 of 100 turkish liras. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if u are an overworked person who wants to have some rest and quality time in an all inclusive hotel. This hotel is everything besides “5 stars”.

Lovely hotel. Great selection of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Entertainment team were fantastic! The hotel could do with a little update and better air conditioning in the rooms!
All in all we had a great holiday.

I loved my stay here, the food, the service, I couldn't fault a thing. The one thing I wasn't aware of was you had to pay for wifi. Either per pay or week and this payment only covered one item like a phone or tablet and not the entire room. So keep that in mind if you have kids with you. Hotel definitely needs to update a little.

This hotel was okay overall. The views from the restaurant and bars were lovely. The food and drink were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful in most cases. The pool areas were alright, but the pools are very deep in most places and would not be ideal for a lot of people. The beach area was horrible and man made, the accsess to the sea was down a set of stairs into deep water. The rooms are very outdated. The air conditioning was rubbish and barely worked, the cupboards were very small, and there wasn't much space to put clothes away. The fridge didn't work, and we had to complain several times to get it changed. The safe was so old it was opened and locked with a key, not a pin pad. Location wise, it was not near anything. You needed to travel by bus or taxi to get to the main resort of kusadasi. There was 1 bar just outside the hotel, which was good. They served nice food and drinks and had nice friendly staff. The entertainment looked quite good. I didn't really watch it. I would say that this hotel was sold to be a lot better than it actually was.

currently staying here for 2 weeks -

rooms- very small not enough storage at all and for a 2 week stay with 3 people in one room u can only hang 8 things. the 2 draws u get are small and constantly fall out. air con isn’t cold at all it’s blowing hot hair around & bathroom is standard and very small with dirty grout bed uncomfortable and the pillows are rock hard. towel rack in bathroom is partially hanging off!

view- view from hotel room is a construction site and noisy!

service - ok people will get you drinks but once u get one you won’t be able to get another for a while.

food & drink exactly the same food everyday! chicken is always pink! no variety of food! drinks are not all that u can’t get a bottle of water without going to the shop onsite and paying u get a little tub of water only. any fizzy is sugar free! cocktails are used with local booze so taste like disinfectant

swimming pool has a ring all the way round which hasn’t been cleaned been here 5 days now.
beach isn’t actually connected to the sea… its just sand with stones with some chairs and to get to the sea u need to go down a ladder.

about 15-20 mins taxi ride to main centre or 40 minute walk to some shops

wouldn’t recommended and can’t wait to get home!

The standard rating for this should be 3 to 4 stars only.
It's an old hotel
Rooms and bathroom standard
Only one key is provided ( apparently, no keys are available, or you pay a deposit to get another key)
No tissue papers in the bathroom (their excuse is to save the environment), yet loo rolls are provided!!!
There is no vanity, so no essentials vanity like cotton buds, etc
Only two dispensers for washing your hands and some dodgy body wash
The towels are old and rough
Building works on one side of the hotel, so the view and noise are awful
A deposit for getting a key to the safe
The food is taken away before the end of timing, so if you roll in at 8:30 p, they've started emptying the stations
Good luck in getting a table as they don't book for large groups, so you end up eating on dirty tables
Young staff in restaurants, so getting anyone's attention is a nightmare
Hanging cupboard space is a joke.
As for getting a sunbed, well, you definitely won't because there are no beds available as most guests leave their towels from the crack of dawn
My one star is for the excellent service from most of the central staff
And one star for the location
Other than that, it is not worth it

Had lovely stay here for 1 week. I was very disappointed with their entertainment especially being asked to pay €3 per ticket when there was a “bingo night”. Our accommodation was all inclusive and felt that the staff member we have dealt with was trying to made a quick buck as a side hustle. The so call entertainment was repetitive : more or less same thing every day. Some of the bar staff were very professional, while others were very rude and frustrated to be at work. Food was good although repetitive. Had a freshly cooked omelette which was raw.

Entertainment team was fantastic and tried to get everyone involved, hotel was great with friendly staff and friendly maids rooms were clean. Could have done with better food choices but overall a great experience.
