Used to be a great hotel. But this year around it was a true disappointment. Bad service. Disgustingly filthy rooms. Bad service. We told them to notify us it our room would be booked because we wanted to extend our stay (despite the shortcomings, there aren't great places to stay in Didim). They failed to do so. We had to leave despite their promises, because their system just doesn't work. And we had no compensation despite it being their own faults.
The concept and the location is great, but the execution is so freaking bad it's such a bummer.
The woman in charge was a real pain to deal with. Racism, rudeness, unnecessary disrespect, you name it. Don't let your own unhappiness reflect on your customers.
What a bummer. Also nice bathroom door we had to deal with! Take care of your hotel. You're a disgrace.
