One of the greatest hotels, the service is 10/10 , large fresh clean rooms, the breakfast is amazing and delicious the front desk agents are so kind they speak English fluently always have a smile in their faces and very helpful they helped me with many
things. The hotel has a wonderful sauna and Turkish bath that we had enjoyed a lot 😍 it also have a secure parking for car this was the second time we come to this hotel and I would come back to it whenever I'll come to the city

Me and my colleague's flew in from Taiwan here to visit our sub contractor, the service at the hotel was very nice and left a strong impression for me about Turkey,(especially Resul)room was also cleaned properly and good, the breakfast though was the same for 3 days, but was very clean and healthy, i loved the pickle olives with beat inside, bread was very good aswell.
Overall this hotel definitely is worth every penny you spend

Clean, comfortable, and modern rooms with everything you need. Excellent location in proximity to the Black Sea and City Center. Extremely hospitable, welcoming, and warm staff.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to, also very modern. Customer service is amazing, they are super nice and friendly and speaks English very good. I will totally come back here. Look no further this is the place.

The hotel is perfect for everyone, specially for travelers that are looking for a peaceful place.
Hotel staff was super nice and helpful, plus they speak perfect english.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. There is sauna and gym.
Finally, breakfast is awesome. You will find everything you want salty as well as sweet.

Located 10 min walk from Marmaray station, so you can get to the center of Istanbul in 1,5-2 hr. The WiFi connection and breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, but the stuff was very friendly and the reception speaks good English

Very nice hotel. Stayed for 5 nights in triple room with mother and daughter. Cleaning is every day. Breakfast is perfect: soups, desserts, fruits and etc. The most important is a personnel of this hotel, the guys at reception, who helped us very much.

Excellent value for money.
The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very large, clean and with a lovely balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety.
A big plus was the secure parking for my car.

We loved this hotel: comfortable, wide rooms, smiling staff. And also the food is very tasty and the portions are large, I especially advise you to try Fesa Biftek - lick your fingers :)
