Ibis Istanbul Tuzla Hotel

Very good, convenient transportation, very convenient to transfer from ist to saw in Istanbul, but the location is average, not suitable for tourism
The front desk is warm and welcoming

The hotel environment and hygiene are okay, and the sound insulation effect is good. However, the bed is very soft and unstable. I booked a double bed, which felt smaller than in China. In addition, there is no disposable toothbrush or toothpaste, so I went to a convenience store one kilometer away to buy it.

This hotel has attentive service, elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, strategic location and convenient transportation. It is an ideal choice for business or leisure travel. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff is friendly. I will stay here again next time.

Because of a delayed flight thanks to Pegasus, we had to stay in this hotel for the night. It was a very pleasant stay and the service was very good.

From the very first meal, she was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. She made us feel welcome and went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her recommendations from the menu were spot-on, and she was incredibly patient and kind.

Dealing with a flight delay is never fun and quite stressful. However, if you get to be stuck somewhere, this hotel is the very best place for that. Great rooms with soft beds, fantastic food, and the staff is fantastic and so helpful and friendly (even in the middle of the night)

I visited and stayed ibis before but this time my experiences are very satisfied because of service and hospitality. Staff is really nice and polite specially one of the guy name addy is really hardworking , sweet and kind. Thank you so much for your amazing service and hospitality.
