It was the worst service that I had ever seen. The front desk guy is disrespectful with bad manners, frowning and talking in a bad way that I really didn't appreciate. The room smells sleep and dirty sheets, I had made a reservation for 4 nights unfortunately I had to do the check out the next morning and change the hotel .
Despite the problem that my husband mentioned that you lied to him when he made the reservation that he should pay only breakfast and tax fee and when we arrived to check in you asked for the double price annd deny that you have never said that, and yes unfortunately your service is zero that is not a way to talk to a customer , that front desk agent has no hospitality and tourism manners. And for the smell I didn't bring it up from my mind, please check the comment of one of your previous clients who also mentioned that . And please don't lie to people it's a shame .

Hotel room is nice, big and comfortable, staff is very friendly and food in restaurant was ok. However 1) very cold restaurant, with slightly stinky smoke from smokers just in front 2) Internet connection that shows "no internet" (although connected), but doesn't update all services, e.g. Outlook. Reception staff could also not help. Connection is only via a strange portal service, instead of a normal wifi with password..

The location of the hotel is great - 10min walking distance to great local restaruants and shopping mall.
The rooms are with kinda old furniture but they are HUGE and clean and the price for what you are getting is more than great.
There is a free small parking with a few parking lots. You can also park on the street.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was not that good but still I very much recommend the hotel.

I am amazed. The rooms, the service and also the restaurant (food) is excellent. Everybody speak English. The prices also good. It is a littlebit hidden in the city but I will prefer this hotel if Iam in Gebze.

I love this hotel. Good condition of vuilding and room. All places in here is cleaned. Nice people work for this hotel. All kind. Like staff. I super recommend this hotel. Double thumbs up.
