We stayed here for 4 days. We were picked up from the airport. The hotel staff were responsive with our queries before arrival.
The free breakfast was buffet style.
What made us disappoint was, when the staff that the scheduled airport transfer was moved instead of 17:20 to 18:10. We were at the reception 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time with our luggages and that's the time they told us that it was moved. They could have called us and inform us earlier. But anyway, other that that miscommunication, our stay there was still good.

Absolutely loved it here! Location is perfect, near Goreme center. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was great and the staff are super nice and helpful.
And it’s not too expensive too, it’s actually one of the cheapest around. Well it’s not cave if that’s what you’re looking for but for budget hotel it’s perfects

The people are very nice, friendly, but the room is quite old, the pillows are terrible and there is a lot of noise from other rooms. The breakfast is good, not very varied but enough.

We made a last minute booking for one night when our hot air balloons were cancelled. We were lucky to have found this one because the breakfast was AMAZING and offered an amazing view.
We were a family of five and booked a family room. The room itself was very pretty, very cozy, decently spacious with a sitting area. The bathroom was also spacious.
Location is a good 7-10 minute walk on a flat road to central Goreme, so it was still a peaceful location. The staff were friendly. They have activities that are decently priced compared to others but we didn't book since we already had arrangements.
We had a great stay. Strongly recommend it even if only for the breakfast.

I was based on the price-quality ratio when choosing a hotel and my expectations were justified 👍 The room is very spacious, made to match the city, a huge bed. The hotel has a view terrace. Breakfast was included in the price, and most importantly there was plenty of food for vegans❤️ Thank you.
Also, we booked a balloon flight through the hotel, everything went perfectly 🙏 We were satisfied.

Not ultra deluxe but we had nice time ... breakfast was so delicious and make you feel full... Many options for breakfast ;)

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people and it was perfect. Spacious room with big toilets, and the rooms were next to each other. So it was good for group. One of the room have fireplace and outside seating area.
Friendly staffs, and let us to early check in.
Breakfast have to obey the rules, so it was a set menu.
The rooftop area also beautiful and cozy.
They have elevator too
But too bad the WiFi connection were bad.

We switched hotels and ended up here for the second half of our vacation. Let me tell you this, we ended up extending our vacation:) We definitely wanted to stay a little longer. This place is amazing. It is an authentic stone house with a perfect touch of luxury. They have a great roof top to watch the balloons at the sunrise. Everyone we encountered was super sweet and hospitable. We will definitely come back to Cappadocia and we will definitely stay here for the entire time :)
