The best thing about this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cappadocia and would definitely come here again

The owners don’t respond e-mail when we tried to book a transfer from the airport, despite of 5 messages.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Divan Cave House. The hotel exceeded our all expectations: the location was great, our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent

Besides the fact that the room is clean and being cleaned at all times, the breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly. The hotel is located on a hill so it gave us an amazing view of the balloons in the morning

The room is well decorated and it was nice to have a tub in the room as well. Bathroom was modern, and clean. Rooftop terrace is amazing for photos, watching sunset, and just taking in the magnificent view of Goreme

I enjoyed my stay at the Divan Cave Hotel very much. I stayed in a junior suite with many windows, that was over looking the fairy chimneys. I could not say enough good things about this hotel

Rooms are very comfy , I was able to sleep nicely after all the walking and walking and tour the whole day. Aybice at reception was very attentive and helpful and made sure I get whatever I needed there

Wow is all I can say. By far the best value for my money that I have ever gotten. Staff was so friendly, my cave room was awesome, and the breakfast was fantastic. I will always stay at this hotel if I come to Göreme.

it was a great experience, I liked everything except that a Russian group had advantage on getting an earlier breakfast, everyday at 8 AM they were already in the restaurant eating and apparently for a long time

We stayed in a suite and it was definately worth paying. The room was large with a separate bedroom area and living room area. It provided the extra space and really added to the luxury feel of the holiday

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Great customer service, lovely views of the rocks - make sure you catch the balloons early in the morning from the terrace. The spa and the pool was a lovely treat.

My husband and I have just returned from three days stay at this fantastic hotel. We were eagerly anticipating this trip based upon the previous reviews we had read and we were not disappointed

Cheese, potatoes, carrot dip, eggplants, cakes, olives, melons for the three different days we stayed there. Even the serving and cooking staff was very warm. They have kettle at their reception for coffee/tea

Overall, this hotel is a 4/5 for me. It’s cute, the terrace is nice, but you can tell it’s more on the boutique side where the terrace furniture isn’t the nicest. Rooms are small, but to be expected

Given the location, keep in mind you may wake up to cars, mopeds driving by in the night when windows are open or dogs barking. The simple, free breakfast is a nice touch

The hotel is also in a great location with easy access to public transportation and many attractions and restaurants nearby. All in all, I really enjoyed this hotel and highly recommend it!

The breakfast also was delicious, we booked 2 rooms one triple and one double we hoped we would have the rooms besides eachother but that was okay we didn't spend much time at the hotel only cameback to either change clothes or sleep

The hotel is very beautiful the view is undoubtly good too, from the terrace u can see goreme either at night with its lights or at sunrise where there is hot air ballons floating in the air

The shower heads need repair, and one of the floor boards was broken really badly and just hidden with a thin carpet but made myself and my wife both trip

Great view of the balloons and a good location in central Goreme. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of local and international options. The rooms have COLD air conditioning and the water pressure is great

We had a Very pleasant stay in this historical place. Hotel is authentic amd has a lot of ancient stuff all around. Really felt i was in the historical Turkey CAPPADOCIA in Göreme. The staff was very helpfull and kind

The location is nearby the town center so it’s perfect if you don’t want to rent a car or take a taxi everywhere as most tours will pick you up from the hotel. I would definitely stay again

Such an amazing hotel - honestly may be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed!! The location is absolutely beautiful, there are tons of little terraces and seating areas spread out across the property so you can enjoy a sunrise or sunset view, or just sit and relax

If you love dogs you’re going to want to plan on picking up some extra snacks as they’re all over the place and very calm, but I ended up walking around feeding/petting quite a few in a free couple of hours that I had

It has highly helpful, trained and friendly staff, they explain everything and they offer to help you to schedule tours and transfers to the airport. I plan to return in 2026 and I will definitely stay here again

Cappadocia Cave Suites was a good choice. I stuck a pin in it from other cave hotels and came up trumps. The staff were uber helpful, the suite was fairytale stuff and the entire experience first class

They went out of their way to help - at one point I needed to call a Turkish hospital regarding an appointment and they offered to do it for me and speak to them in Turkish so it would be easier

And special thanks to Zeynep for the amazing breakfast she prepared every morning with so many tasty options (we were looking forward to it every day!). The view is stunning at sunrise ! Definitely recommended😊

Convenient location- just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Every morning you have a view of the hot air balloons

Lovely, family run small hotel in the heart of town. Friendly staff, delicious Turkish style breakfast buffet. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds with heated towel rack in bathroom.

Nice place, good location, all necessary equipment is here, communicable host with good english level, helped us with food ordering and landmarks to visit

The family that run this establishment make you feel right at home especially Yousef who would chat away and made us tee at night time whilst we sat on the terrace with the stunning views of Goreme

Last thing, he was offering coffee and Tea all the time whenever we wanted ! In the night there is Maulüt which also is very nice, we could not engage with him much as Rũstũ as during night we were sleeping and super tired

It was such an amazing experience. People are so nice. One of the host is a balloon pilot. Kudos to Yusuf who took care of everything at all hours.

With him the day of arrival we discussed about all the plans and activities organized and he could take care of everything along with Balloon flight (thank to him we could save some money)

He also prepared personally my Shisha (or hookah) which was great giving me a very good attention ! What to say. He was great in everything and thank to him our holiday was way more organized and better

The staff are friendly and available, we were able to do an early check-in with no extra charge, and there is free on street parking around

Relic hotel is perfectly located, in the town centre of Goreme. It was clean, the bed is very comfortable. The room has all amenities including fresh towels, soap, tea coffee and water

We booked all our activities ( hot air ballon, horse riding, turkish night, red tour) with the owner Mehmet, which is very kind. He will make sure you feel at home

It has a fan, which is a must in summer. Breakfast was delicious as well. During breakfast you can see some of the hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace

This place is truly spectacular. Our room was spacious with a private balcony. We were able to see the balloons from the restaurant. The staff here are really special. They are so helpful and very attentive

I am very happy with his guidance that we should do the balloon and tour on the first day. This way , if the balloon got canceled ( which it did) , I had another chance the next day

We had an amazing trip in Kapadokya. The Turquaz Cave Hotel is simply amazing! Rooms inside the caves are wonderful! Apart of this the most amazing thing is the staff

Very good for the price. There was no air conditioning in the room, but due to the air flow inside it was not hot at all. Quiet place. Perfect location - not in the very center of the town so it's not that loud.

Unfortunately the room was smaller than I thought and very hot at nighttime (no air conditioning). There was also no storage space for clothes. I could also hear the room upstairs as if there was no walls

Apart from that the lighting in the room was horrible, with only a small window to let some air/light in. The breakfast was provided with more variety than any other I have stayed in Turkey

I would give more stars out of 5 if i could! The property has impeccable art sense and you can tell that as soon as you enter the lobby or head to the indoor (heated) pool area- very tasteful and artfully adorned a d designed property

There is so much of detail in every knob and nook, it just created a very immersive aura about it. The staff is super nice, super friendly, breakfast is excellent and the indoor pool is cherry on top

It was a dream, unhurried luxury - very relaxing. Putu is an excellent masseuse. Don’t skip the cold water buckets!

I did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the hamam so much that I did it twice! I’d arrive early to enjoy a dip and some reading at the beautiful pool then Treatment 2 (sauna, exfoliate, soap, clay mask in the rest room, oil massage)

After reading several reviews, I expected to have a bad experience but it actually exceeded my expectations. There was someone to carry our luggage and show us to our room

We couldn't have wished for a better hotel. The town of Cirali is quiet and close to everything. The hotel is very pretty, with a beautiful troglodyte room and a lovely terrace where you can see the hot-air balloons

They added additional bad to our children's room. You can see baloons flights from the rooftop. And you can easily walk around among beautiful mountains by foot. Great place for easy hiking with kids

The rooms are very clean and they’re classical Capadocia stone rooms. You can also follow a hiking trail behind the hotel 5-10min up a hill to have an MAGNIFICENT view of the balloons

In stone house’s location is close to everywhere in Capadocia with an excellent balcony view. It’s a quiet and serene neighbourhood unlike the loud göreme

Had a wonderful time at Termessos. It’s a family run business and they take great care of the place. Room was clean and had air conditioning. It was very quiet at night, yet close to everything

The location in front of the Goreme Otogar in the heart of the City is perfect. It had been my fifth travel in Goreme since the first time on 2008 and the Termessos Hotel has been definitely my favourite stay option

There’s a small supermarket next door, restaurants and tours around the corner. Breakfast was served at the table and everything was fresh and tasty

I came two Times in Termessos Hôtel on 2021september and on 2024 july. The rooms are spacious and very confortable, the view from the terrace is Amazing. The staff is helpfull and very friendly

This hotel is located not far from Goerlemé's restaurant or terminal, but the surroundings were quiet, so it was nice to stay there. The breakfast was especially great, but each one felt good quality and we enjoyed it

The people are very nice, friendly, but the room is quite old, the pillows are terrible and there is a lot of noise from other rooms. The breakfast is good, not very varied but enough. The parking is very ok.

Well it’s not cave if that’s what you’re looking for but for budget hotel it’s perfects

We were at the reception 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time with our luggages and that's the time they told us that it was moved. They could have called us and inform us earlier

Ramazan, he is also a tour guide provided an excellent assistance and detailed explanations for exploring the city. He recommended us to focus on some of the sightseeing as we are only one full day in Cappadocia

The reception guy is very friendly and he will introduce you traveling sights around here in fluent English even if you don’t buy travel tours from him and decide to travel by yourself

Our room was spotless, and to our surprise, the towels were refreshed without us even asking. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the hot air balloons

The view was aboslutely amazing from the window as well as from the terrace during the sunrise and balloon watch. We spent a night here but definitely wish we had booked for longer
