The best thing about this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cappadocia and would definitely come here again

Besides the fact that the room is clean and being cleaned at all times, the breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly. The hotel is located on a hill so it gave us an amazing view of the balloons in the morning

The room is well decorated and it was nice to have a tub in the room as well. Bathroom was modern, and clean. Rooftop terrace is amazing for photos, watching sunset, and just taking in the magnificent view of Goreme

I enjoyed my stay at the Divan Cave Hotel very much. I stayed in a junior suite with many windows, that was over looking the fairy chimneys. I could not say enough good things about this hotel

5 stars for very friendly staff, the best views from the terrace, a delicious breakfast, very central location a bit up the hill (for the view :)) and a huuuuge and warm room

Staff was accommodating and responsive. The breakfast with the view was excellent. My room was bright, and spacious with the chase, and extra 2 person seating’s with a table

The room was amazing having been carved by hand into the stone that makes this region famous. My wife and I spent nights grabbing drinks and the lovely little bar surrounded by the hotel’s many friendly dogs

Nice place, good location, all necessary equipment is here, communicable host with good english level, helped us with food ordering and landmarks to visit

We stayed here with my friends 4 nights and we are more then satisfied. The staff is really helpful, they help and care about they guests really good. They cleaned our rooms every day

Breakfast was in turkish style full of tasty things. If you want to spend good time in Göreme the Elegance Cave Suits is good choice

The rooms in winter when we visited were very warm. The family room is ideal for 3-4 people. Easy to park on the streets nearby for free and in a quiet, yet totally accessible part of Goreme away from the noise and chaos

Well maintained property and location is good. Good cave rooms. Very nice Turkish breakfast by the property owner. My kids loved his Dog (Blouth , if not wrongly spelled 😊) Easily accessible location.

Beautiful view over Avanos and the valley. I had booked us into a standard room not realising that there are only a fan and no air conditioning. As it was very hot we struggled to sleep there the first night

The next day we were able to pay for an upgrade to a jacuzzi room for the second night. It was TR1500 extra but definitely worth it. The room was much bigger, with a great view and an air conditioning

Cheap and good place I got upgraded room and the porter was super nice He helped carry my baby during snow even until the restaurant for breakfast Breakfast bit far but the food was delicious The room is big and nice But the hot water too slow to out

After a long day of activities you can relax in the hottub in your room and enjoy the best view of the city and rockformations from the terrace. Really close to the centre with all the restaurants and souvenirshops

very beautiful and mesmerizing cave house. well maintained and the property owner is very kind. the stay is comfortable. good breakfast and the property has natural raspberry tree bearing fruits to relish.

Overall my experience here was great 9/10! If anything I’d say the room service has issues because they didn’t really replace our towels and tidy up as well as I’d liked but that’s not a huge problem

We stayed 4 nights in the family room, which is actually a two-room apartment. The hotel staff was grade 10, always attentive and eager to feel good

They Kindly let us back into our old room (hadn't been cleaned yet), which allowed us to have a much needed rest before heading to the airport

Lovely small cave hotel in the heart of Göreme. Clean room, friendly staff, super hot shower, and really stunning rustic, Turkish decor

We had a full day tour on our last day and returned the hotel at 5pm but our airport transport pickup wasn't until after 7pm

We were facing bad weather and the hike price so we decided to see the balloon ride instead of ride the balloon and it is good solution. It is worth seeing it even not riding it

In a nutshell: stay here , if caves are not your thing, and must have an elevator. I have read reviews of hotels that had ground floor rooms, but the guests had to go upstairs as those rooms were booked

One of the best hotels I've been to! Its architecture is amazing, the rooms are big and super clean (the bathroom is insane!); there is one small swimming pool to enjoy the hot weather; the rooftop has an amazing view to the balloons; the breakfast has a bit of everything (fruit, different types of bread, cheese, salad, different drinks)

Plus, the breakfast was really good. I loved the service here, from the people at the front desk to the kitchen and cleaning staff, always with smiles on their faces

Plus the hotel had to be close to downtown restaurants, to avoid long walks and steep slopes, due to knee and feet issues. Nor did I care for a so so ambience

I'm trying to pay for the lodging, but it's not easy to pay the lodging fee because the staff is often away ^^;; The staff is friendly and there is no difficulty in communicating in English, so it is not a problem even if you do not know Turkish Air conditioner works well There are many cave hotels in Goreme, but this is not a cave hotel

Very ideal location and walking distance to everything in Goreme. Staff are kind and accommodating, breakfast options are quite limited and coffee is not included. But the overall experience exceeded our expectations. 🫶🏻

This is a very good value for money accommodation 3 minutes walk from Goreme Bus Terminal (It takes 3 minutes even if you come by car) It's good because it's close to the bus terminal The room is very clean and nice, just like the picture I saw when booking If you can't do laundry and want to do laundry, the laundry is rotated once, and the staff takes the laundry, washes it, and even dries it

However, it was good to be in a convenient location in many ways because it was close to the bus terminal, so it was easy to move around, and it was easy to access restaurants and cafes nearby

Laundry was expensive, so I gave up There is no coffee pot, so it is not an environment where you can simply boil water to drink tea, drink coffee, or even eat cup noodles

That was truly wonderful to stay in this place, the owner respects his guests and eager to satisfy all the needs. We were amuzed with stunning surroundings, a balloon tour was an amazing experience we will never forget

They made our stay very enjoyable. We were recommended an amazing Driver by the name of Osman. He is an avid photographer and took some amazing photos and videos for us. The breakfast was beyond our expectations

They also own the tour agency next door so it can be quite convenient to book with them. They arranged our hot air balloon trip and ATV quad bike trip - both of which were incredible

Very huge unit. Walls and ceiling are real cave stone. Stone flooring. Dramatic home lighting. Strong WiFi. There's safe box in the unit. Very close to sourvenir shops.

This place is great, everything from breakfast to the cozy cave rooms but what made our stay so memorable was Mohammad, who works in the reception and welcomed us in such a friendly way even when we arrived at 6 am, ready to help us

First of all, this hotel has one of the best receptionists we ever met, his name is Mohammed and he's helped us with everything, speaks fluent English and was a great host overall. The whole team here is super friendly

He made us feel at home and if we would have had time we would definitely have stayed longer. Everyone was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast amazing and the view from the rooftop is excellent for seeing the balloons

The rooms were much cleaner than I expected for a cave. They even did our laundry and it was also cheaper than anywhere else. The staff were so nice, they helped us with our bags and stroller anytime we asked

it was a great experience, I liked everything except that a Russian group had advantage on getting an earlier breakfast, everyday at 8 AM they were already in the restaurant eating and apparently for a long time

We stayed in a suite and it was definately worth paying. The room was large with a separate bedroom area and living room area. It provided the extra space and really added to the luxury feel of the holiday

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Great customer service, lovely views of the rocks - make sure you catch the balloons early in the morning from the terrace. The spa and the pool was a lovely treat.

It’s a family owned boutique hotel in a great location, 10 min walk or 3 minute taxi to everything! It’s just 30 Turkish lira go anywhere in town. The breakfast was delicious as well

This property is extremely well located and will give you the best hospitality as one could ever imagine. The rooms were large, spacious and clean. Most importantly the management is just perfect

There is always someone available to help you even if it is 3 in the morning. They have tie ups with good balloon companies, tours and car rentals which will offer competitive prices

The hotel offers a lot of activities/services through well reputed third parties like hot air balloon ride, ATV ride, Car rental etc

Check-in was fast and during the process Zach provided us with a lot of information about the town and various activities we could do based on our length of stay
