The best thing about this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cappadocia and would definitely come here again

Besides the fact that the room is clean and being cleaned at all times, the breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly. The hotel is located on a hill so it gave us an amazing view of the balloons in the morning

The room is well decorated and it was nice to have a tub in the room as well. Bathroom was modern, and clean. Rooftop terrace is amazing for photos, watching sunset, and just taking in the magnificent view of Goreme

We had a wonderful three night stay at Divan Cave House. The hotel exceeded our all expectations: the location was great, our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent

I enjoyed my stay at the Divan Cave Hotel very much. I stayed in a junior suite with many windows, that was over looking the fairy chimneys. I could not say enough good things about this hotel

While we were looking for options in Goreme we were not really keen on cave hotels as we felt they were a bit claustrophobic, so we browsed through Carus, we really liked their stone rooms, with a window/balcony

Love it! Location is in the middle of the town near the main road. It has a lovely roof for balloon sightings too. Service is great and room is clean, breakfast has a nice spread

I think this is the best hotel in this city, great location, very authentic rooms and great service.

Only thing is that the cave room can get stuffy, because we stayed in Nov which is the start of Winter hence no air-conditioning

Great stay at Sacred Mansion! Rooms were very well cleaned and there were amenities such as pools and steam rooms we could visit. Decor was really nice around the hotel and was close to most things. Would stay here again

The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well

it was a great experience, I liked everything except that a Russian group had advantage on getting an earlier breakfast, everyday at 8 AM they were already in the restaurant eating and apparently for a long time

Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice

The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms

Even though it is on ground level the rooms and terrace have great views. I have tried to be fair on my comments as a family we really loved the hotel and the very mild mannered owner

One of them was very helpful when I needed to book a tour. He always checked whether the hot air balloons would fly or not, so I didn’t have to pay in advance

Breakfast was generous and delicious every morning, with a great variety of local options and fresh ingredients. The location is perfect — walking distance to the main town but quiet enough to enjoy the peace of the area

After reading several reviews, I expected to have a bad experience but it actually exceeded my expectations. There was someone to carry our luggage and show us to our room

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The room is a good size and the air con works brilliantly well. Very comfortable beds and hot shower. Everywhere was very clean too

A great stay at The ROC Hotel! The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate my family of six by placing us in two rooms right across from each other

Small and basic hotel but it had everything we needed. Ahmet was nice enough yo arrange all our tours and airport transfers. Breakfast is limited but was just ok to keep us through the morning.

Great experience being their comfort cave room. Just have to be careful that the stairs to down basement toilet, shower and jacuzzi tub are very steep, so be mindful that you don't fall

Absolutely Amazing hotel, with the most phenominal views of Cappadocia where you have the famous hotair balloons rising in the morning just outside the front door of your room! The staff were also absolutely incredibly world class from the moment we checked in till the minute we left and every second in between

We were recommended to stay in this hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay in presidential suit with a whirlpool where you can enjoy the nice view of the valley

After doing the green and red tour and balloon ride I just needed a chill day and this was perfect! 10 euros to use the pool which was chilled to perfection and a great escape from the heat! The staff were very kind, efficient and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast

We had the Blue Pool Suite which was amazing. Couple of things to improve it would be a floor squeechy for Pool overspill (I actually did swimming lengths). Maybe a table in room to sit and chill

Location is at center and all places can be reached at quickly. Service is also good but need to inform everyday for cleaning service. They have open terrace with panoramic view. Car parking is available at hotel

I needed to come to them to ask again and again. 👍I was not feeling well and fainted during breakfast. The guy from the buffet reacted incredibile fast and he took care of me the whole morning

The manager and staff here are always so helpful and accommodating, they helped us with booking all of our activities and transport for us during our stay

No pool or evening restaurant but access to a neighbouring hotel with pool can be arranged through reception and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby

They also make fresh omelets for each guest -Not dusty for a cave hotel -Cleaned daily -Nicely decorated in the rooms and in the common areas Cons: -There were a couple of terraces, but they got full in the early morning for balloon photos, so each picture spot was taken -The air conditioner is NOISY and the light from the AC is aimed directly at my eyes, so if I wanted to sleep, I would have to turn...

But because there is poor ventilation, you really needed the AC on -There was an issue where one of the front desk people kicked my friend out of my room, which was so weird and they were very rude about it

Had a Wonderful stay @ Ada Cave. The staff was very friendly & helped us with a good deal on Hot Air Balloon as well as some local shopping

I wish I had all of their names, but Huseyin never seemed to sleep -- he was always there and always ready to help. The manager, Mehmet, and the rest of the staff were great too, I just don't have all of their names

Location perfect to catch the balloons in the roof. is on a calm road but easy to arrive to center by walk. Places to eat at 5 minutes walk. I used the 2 types of rooms caves and normal and both are gorgeous

First of all, it was a really kind gesture that they did not make us wait and took us to our room earlier than the time we checked in

Good location and view, but an OK room. Pros: Location was close to the central area and had a nice view of balloons and chimneys. Staff was very helpful with booking tours, airport transfers, and balloon flights

And they also help us to change the time of airport transportation reservation. There are many restaurants including Kebab and souvenirs shop. You can enjoy testy morning meal with nice view

Best of all was Mustafa, who was extremely accommodating and helpful, he genuinely cares about providing an excellent service

Very wonderful hospitality you feel at reel home mrs. Sevim and her husband make every thing yiu want and the views from the terrace is wonderful real home of cappadocia. Easy to reach 2 min walk from the center

My wife and I loved staying here in the comfort room. The room had great views over part of Göreme and some fairy chimneys, you could even see the hot air balloons from the window if you were awake early enough

Great value for money! The cave stone double room was nice, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. Shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer, wifi & AC were available

He gave great advice about the area, and even offered to give us directions over the phone if we got lost on our hikes! Highly recommended

Some points for improvement/constructive criticism: I will point out the that the overall furniture choice especially cushions felt quite antique but in a dusty way, I’m allergic and the furniture did not suit me (could be just a me issue)

We requested if we could have breakfast a little early since we were leaving for an early flight and the staff were very accomodating. The food made was the best Ive had in terms of hotel food served
