The best thing about this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cappadocia and would definitely come here again

The owners don’t respond e-mail when we tried to book a transfer from the airport, despite of 5 messages.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Divan Cave House. The hotel exceeded our all expectations: the location was great, our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent

Besides the fact that the room is clean and being cleaned at all times, the breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly. The hotel is located on a hill so it gave us an amazing view of the balloons in the morning

The room is well decorated and it was nice to have a tub in the room as well. Bathroom was modern, and clean. Rooftop terrace is amazing for photos, watching sunset, and just taking in the magnificent view of Goreme

I enjoyed my stay at the Divan Cave Hotel very much. I stayed in a junior suite with many windows, that was over looking the fairy chimneys. I could not say enough good things about this hotel

Highly highly recommended , professional service , smiling faces, clean,nice hospitality, rooms are spacious with a marvelous view, breakfast is fresh and variable, i got fonded of this hotel and i would choose it definitely next time i visit Cappadocia, , the only thing you may find is that u cant watch ballons in the morning but it is not a big deal coz u can order a taxi that takes u to tip of...

Wow is all I can say. By far the best value for my money that I have ever gotten. Staff was so friendly, my cave room was awesome, and the breakfast was fantastic. I will always stay at this hotel if I come to Göreme.

it was a great experience, I liked everything except that a Russian group had advantage on getting an earlier breakfast, everyday at 8 AM they were already in the restaurant eating and apparently for a long time

We stayed in a suite and it was definately worth paying. The room was large with a separate bedroom area and living room area. It provided the extra space and really added to the luxury feel of the holiday

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Great customer service, lovely views of the rocks - make sure you catch the balloons early in the morning from the terrace. The spa and the pool was a lovely treat.

The family that run this establishment make you feel right at home especially Yousef who would chat away and made us tee at night time whilst we sat on the terrace with the stunning views of Goreme

Last thing, he was offering coffee and Tea all the time whenever we wanted ! In the night there is Maulüt which also is very nice, we could not engage with him much as Rũstũ as during night we were sleeping and super tired

The staff were very helpful and friendly. An amazing breakfast is served every morning!! We enjoyed the views of the city f on the terrace. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel!

It was such an amazing experience. People are so nice. One of the host is a balloon pilot. Kudos to Yusuf who took care of everything at all hours.

With him the day of arrival we discussed about all the plans and activities organized and he could take care of everything along with Balloon flight (thank to him we could save some money)

He also prepared personally my Shisha (or hookah) which was great giving me a very good attention ! What to say. He was great in everything and thank to him our holiday was way more organized and better

I would give more stars out of 5 if i could! The property has impeccable art sense and you can tell that as soon as you enter the lobby or head to the indoor (heated) pool area- very tasteful and artfully adorned a d designed property

There is so much of detail in every knob and nook, it just created a very immersive aura about it. The staff is super nice, super friendly, breakfast is excellent and the indoor pool is cherry on top

It was a dream, unhurried luxury - very relaxing. Putu is an excellent masseuse. Don’t skip the cold water buckets!

Dont miss the terrace and rooms views of hotair balloons - we were late to view at the right time

I did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the hamam so much that I did it twice! I’d arrive early to enjoy a dip and some reading at the beautiful pool then Treatment 2 (sauna, exfoliate, soap, clay mask in the rest room, oil massage)

After reading several reviews, I expected to have a bad experience but it actually exceeded my expectations. There was someone to carry our luggage and show us to our room

They were super helpful helping me amd my wife plan our entire trip to cappadocia ,we got the best of cappadocia in 3 days thanks to them Big thanks to hotel manager and the front desk we will be always grateful to you

Very good location of the hotel. To the center of Goreme 5 min. walk, while the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, from where unusually beautiful local landscapes open up. Hotel on a solid 4.

We were heading to the air museum, walking when we saw the little sign offering a turkish bath, we asked for info and we decide to take it, I'm glad we did it

It was a perfect choice for my stay in Goreme. It was cozy and value for money. Location was very near to public transportation and other activities around the city. They organized tour for me and with indirect payments

The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, breakfast each morning was superb and a great way to start the morning after watching the balloons from the rooftop! ✨ We stayed in one of the fairey chimney rooms and it was awesome - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

I really appreciated their kind heart and outstanding service. Especially my next hotel's performance had a huge differences with the Kelebek Hotel, it made me miss every bit of Kelebek. Thanks all the staff for helping

To go back to the Reception for check-in procedure, we need to take the stairs with our super heavy luggages and thus we turned to seek help from the hotel staff. They didn't hesitate and provided assistance right away

The room was spacious and clean. We arrived early and they already arranged a room for us and it was very sweet. I have to really mention their excellent services. We walked the slope following Google Map

Also, when we check-out to change to another hotel, they also initiated to offer transportation transit to the hotel. Although it was just few steps away, they provided the assistance proactively

Cappadocia is already a magical place, but Kelebek made it truly special for us. The quality of service, hotel grounds, and rooms were outstanding

Everything was fresh and eventually hot. Speaking of the view: there’s a spacious terrace with pillows and carpets and it’s all very aesthetic. Such a nice spot for few pics with all the hot air balloons during sunrise

I had breakfast included in my booking and went for it only once and felt bad I almost missed it as they offer a big variety of options spacing from cereals, biscuits to fresh and dried fruits, eggs cooked in different ways, cold cuts, cakes, yogurts, juices, milks, and so on

We were lucky we only came across a couple that morning therefore we basically had the whole place for us for pics. The view is great but surely spots on the hills is definitely way better than a terrace

We got two single and comfy beds, there was tea, water, coffee and few snacks. Bathroom is pretty big: shower and bathtub, wc and a spacious sink. Wished there was better lighting but it was okay anyway

Other than common toiletries, a hairdryer is also provided. My room had also a small balcony over the courtyard which was pretty cute. Staff will clean and change towels everyday

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking spots available right next to the hotel. Getting there can be confusing but easy to get to. They offered few activities although we had all planned previously

After doing the green and red tour and balloon ride I just needed a chill day and this was perfect! 10 euros to use the pool which was chilled to perfection and a great escape from the heat! The staff were very kind, efficient and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast

Location is at center and all places can be reached at quickly. Service is also good but need to inform everyday for cleaning service. They have open terrace with panoramic view. Car parking is available at hotel

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I know for sure that when I have the chance in the future, I will definitely be returning to stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Comfy chairs provided but a table would be good. Warm throughout our stay and king circular bed was fantastic. Decor was in keeping and fridge, dressing table in room. We'd definitely recommend this hotel

Very cool hotel~ good location! Very convenient Staffs are friendly. Room is big, clean and nice, the breakfast is delicious

They arrived sharp! Their staff greeted me right at 5:45am. They picked me up in a small minivan and there were only 3 groups of people so this can avoid delay from driving many many different parties

I know some people picked another company for a sunrise flight but their call time was at 6:30am. That’s way too late for a 7pm sunrise so they missed the sunrise. I was lucky to choose Royal balloon

I asked for a quote on their website and also asked on WhatsApp and they replied to my WhatsApp within half an hour. In November, the call time is 5:45am at my hotel

We spoke to him a couple of days before our flight and he talked us through the process of what happens if flights are cancelled by the aviation authorities due to inclement weather

I’m glad that picked the right company for this once in a lifetime experience. It’s one of my dreams to take the hot air balloons in Cappadocia and see the sunrise

The hot air balloon landed successfully without any issues. The pilot communicated with the ground staff in advance to advise them the landing place and time so the ground staff used a trunk to help us land comfortably

I have to make a special mention to Mehmat (the manager) as he went above and beyond to help us location our missing bags (Turkish Airlines lost them) by proactively initiating conversations with airlines, using his contacts and helping us overcome language barriers

This property is extremely well located and will give you the best hospitality as one could ever imagine. The rooms were large, spacious and clean. Most importantly the management is just perfect

There is always someone available to help you even if it is 3 in the morning. They have tie ups with good balloon companies, tours and car rentals which will offer competitive prices

The hotel offers a lot of activities/services through well reputed third parties like hot air balloon ride, ATV ride, Car rental etc

Check-in was fast and during the process Zach provided us with a lot of information about the town and various activities we could do based on our length of stay

Their lavender garden is super beautiful and fills the place with amazing spa like fragrance. Breakfast great with fresh fruits that we couldn't get enough off

Reception can arrange any activities you want to try, including tours, balloon flight, quad bikes, horse riding and more

The manager and staff here are always so helpful and accommodating, they helped us with booking all of our activities and transport for us during our stay

Great location close to main street but far enough away to be quiet. Cooked food available on request

No pool or evening restaurant but access to a neighbouring hotel with pool can be arranged through reception and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby

They also make fresh omelets for each guest -Not dusty for a cave hotel -Cleaned daily -Nicely decorated in the rooms and in the common areas Cons: -There were a couple of terraces, but they got full in the early morning for balloon photos, so each picture spot was taken -The air conditioner is NOISY and the light from the AC is aimed directly at my eyes, so if I wanted to sleep, I would have to turn...

But because there is poor ventilation, you really needed the AC on -There was an issue where one of the front desk people kicked my friend out of my room, which was so weird and they were very rude about it

Had a Wonderful stay @ Ada Cave. The staff was very friendly & helped us with a good deal on Hot Air Balloon as well as some local shopping

We stay a week in the cave room, was a greatest experience ever. The viewing is amazing we could see the balloon every day.

There were many nice seating areas outside in the open space, although the arrangement was slightly different from the pictures. Reception was available 24/7 and there was a luggage storage space available after checkout

The hotel's prices for tours and balloon flights were higher than what we found outside, and they claimed that their quality was better (although we didn't book through the hotel so we can't confirm this)

The NICEST staff and reception. All staff were super friendly and helpful with organizing our tours and helping us find restaurants. The rooftop gives you 360 view of the area perfect to watch balloons

I really love the rooms. It is very spacious. We are able to cast from our devices to the TV. There is a carpeted sofa area and I like that there is a space to relax outside as well. Their breakfast was also amazing.

I have been to so many hotels around the world but the hospitality here is unbeatable. The staff is so polite and caring, they suggest genuine places to visit and restaurant to eat

The only minor improvement I would do is related to the curtains, which seem to need extra room around the windows to prevent people from outside to see you inside (given the view is for the street / neighborhood)

It’s not a bad breakfast by any means, however since that’s the most important meal for me… it was quite sad to see the lack of variety (specifically considering the restaurant seems to be premium)

He’s well connected, sharp and trustworthy. I hope he can dedicate a bit of time to read the book I recommended, since I sincerely believe it can help him to live an even more fulfilling life

My husband couldn't local food but he has satisfied with the delicious breakfast in Arif The view was amazing I can see the beautiful balloons on my balcony The head manager Han , the chef , the young staff and the cleaner ladies I miss them

My wife and I stayed for a few nights and this is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever been too. It has an amazing viewpoint to see the balloons and the rooms are unique ; being cut into the rock itself

The underground room is larger, good for 2 persons, comfortable mattress, the only issue is you can hear cars driving pass but the noise is manageable

Hans was very helpful but more importantly welcoming and friendly. It was like being invited to someone home. We watch sunrise and sun set from the terrace, and the hot air balloons flew literally overhead at time

There parking so when you arrive at the bottom of the hill, say where you're staying, and they will let you up no charge. Thank you, Hans, for a wonderful and unique stay

Very wonderful hospitality you feel at reel home mrs. Sevim and her husband make every thing yiu want and the views from the terrace is wonderful real home of cappadocia. Easy to reach 2 min walk from the center

My wife and I loved staying here in the comfort room. The room had great views over part of Göreme and some fairy chimneys, you could even see the hot air balloons from the window if you were awake early enough

Great value for money! The cave stone double room was nice, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. Shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer, wifi & AC were available

He gave great advice about the area, and even offered to give us directions over the phone if we got lost on our hikes! Highly recommended

Cozy, friendly and clean hotel ran by a family. Rooms are clean and tidy and food is very delicious i highly recommend it 👍
