Excellent location. Rooms very clean. Staff extremely kind. Melissa was an excellent help arranging us our hot air balloon flight. Without her help we wouldn’t have been able to do it because it was cancelled the day before. Excellent breakfast and Fatma was very kind and she attended us very well. Carus is in perfect location. It really doesn’t get any better. The rooftop views and breakfast and dinner are amazing and great spot for a sundowner. We stays in rooms right by the entrance and road and the street noise and mosque can be quite loud. But aside that was comfortable.

A luxurious home away from your regular home. This restaurant has the finest hospitality and staff that I have experienced since my numerous trips. everything you’d want from a room with a great location and great rate. includes light breakfast on a cute terrace with indoor and outdoor seating, water boiler with coffee and tea in the rooms, cute without feeling kitschy. i haven’t even checked out yet and already felt the need to review. will be staying here again.

Small hotel in Goreme, ideal for short stay and located centrally. It has advantage of having tourist attractions and restaurants very near. I did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the hamam so much that I did it twice! I’d arrive early to enjoy a dip and some reading at the beautiful pool then Treatment 2 (sauna, exfoliate, soap, clay mask in the rest room, oil massage). It was a dream, unhurried luxury - very relaxing. Putu is an excellent masseuse. Don’t skip the cold water buckets!

Great location next to balloon launching spots. There is also a high rock nearby where you can climb for less than 15 munutes, and watch from above, with an excellent view. The rooms are pretty decent. Regarding food, there is a large selection of vegetables in the buffet, but not so much in the main course section. The food is tasty though.

Stayed here as a couple for a bit less than a week and could wish for nothing more. The personnel was professional, the room service was good and the room itself was, what one would call, a modern version of a cave. More importantly, it had heated floors and air conditioning which made a huge difference in the comfort of our stay.

We stayed at 2 different cave hotels in Goreme and this was the more comfortable and luxurious option. The rooms seemed very new and spacious, had a very comfortable bed, great shower and toiletries and air conditioning. The breakfast was also fantastic, with hot food cooked on the spot. The hotel is nice. It us in a cave. The area is amazing. Staff were helpful. The bathroom had some mildew on the walls. I am very particular about the bathroom in hotels.
