While we were looking for options in Goreme we were not really keen on cave hotels as we felt they were a bit claustrophobic, so we browsed through Carus, we really liked their stone rooms, with a window/balcony

Love it! Location is in the middle of the town near the main road. It has a lovely roof for balloon sightings too. Service is great and room is clean, breakfast has a nice spread

I think this is the best hotel in this city, great location, very authentic rooms and great service.

Only thing is that the cave room can get stuffy, because we stayed in Nov which is the start of Winter hence no air-conditioning

Great stay at Sacred Mansion! Rooms were very well cleaned and there were amenities such as pools and steam rooms we could visit. Decor was really nice around the hotel and was close to most things. Would stay here again

When I moved to the last floor, the same guy saw me and took the initiative to help move them to the lobby. The hotel style is dark, with many religious paintings hanging on the wall. Those who like it will like it

Wow is all I can say. By far the best value for my money that I have ever gotten. Staff was so friendly, my cave room was awesome, and the breakfast was fantastic. I will always stay at this hotel if I come to Göreme.

The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms

It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit

The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well

very nice hotel. good service and location. there is a cool pool. next to the path to the observation deck. and a steep view of the rocks from the hotel

The rooms could use more cleaning but there were really habitable and cozy. Heating was proper, beddings were clean but not enough towels were provided for our triple room

This hotel was in the perfect location just outside the city centre so it was quiet. The pool was great and the kids played in it everyday

They were super helpful helping me amd my wife plan our entire trip to cappadocia ,we got the best of cappadocia in 3 days thanks to them Big thanks to hotel manager and the front desk we will be always grateful to you

Very good location of the hotel. To the center of Goreme 5 min. walk, while the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, from where unusually beautiful local landscapes open up. Hotel on a solid 4.

We booked an arched room with a terrace and are so glad we did, it was like our own little oasis with flowers and vines and a stunning view of Goreme

What an absolutely beautiful space in the perfect location. It was a 2 minute walk into town while still being set back from all the noise

A great stay at The ROC Hotel! The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate my family of six by placing us in two rooms right across from each other

The breakfast was outstanding—one of the best we've had—and the views from the top floor were truly impressive. If I return to the area, I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to family and friends

Small and basic hotel but it had everything we needed. Ahmet was nice enough yo arrange all our tours and airport transfers. Breakfast is limited but was just ok to keep us through the morning.

Since it is a cave hotel, you will see dust particles falling from the ceiling but the room is being cleaned daily. Room is large with a mini lounge. Spacious toilet and 2 showers are located downstairs

Great experience being their comfort cave room. Just have to be careful that the stairs to down basement toilet, shower and jacuzzi tub are very steep, so be mindful that you don't fall

But there was no apology and they had a casual response to a guest finding old dirty towels in their room? I just said ok and left for a few hours, but when I got back to my room… the towels were still there

And the most important thing that you get to see the famous balloon recital from the very first seat. - Felt like everything in the room was very well-thought and used high quality material

We were recommended to stay in this hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay in presidential suit with a whirlpool where you can enjoy the nice view of the valley

-Breakfast is above the standard and the staff is very welcoming and kind. - The location of the hotel is quite strategic and has an easy access despite it’s panoramic spot

The views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially during sunrise when the sky is dotted with hot air balloons. The breakfast is a lavish spread of local and international options, perfectly starting each day

It is the only place I’ll stay in Kapadokya. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and styled beautifully. You can have a full view of the balloons in the morning. The breakfast is amazing and delicious

The rooms are intricately carved into the rock, providing a cool, serene atmosphere that transports guests back in time while offering all the modern amenities for a luxurious stay

They do not sell alcohol so allowed us to bring our own wine to the pool and provided us with ice and glasses

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast

We had the Blue Pool Suite which was amazing. Couple of things to improve it would be a floor squeechy for Pool overspill (I actually did swimming lengths). Maybe a table in room to sit and chill

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I know for sure that when I have the chance in the future, I will definitely be returning to stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Comfy chairs provided but a table would be good. Warm throughout our stay and king circular bed was fantastic. Decor was in keeping and fridge, dressing table in room. We'd definitely recommend this hotel

I wish I had all of their names, but Huseyin never seemed to sleep -- he was always there and always ready to help. The manager, Mehmet, and the rest of the staff were great too, I just don't have all of their names

Location perfect to catch the balloons in the roof. is on a calm road but easy to arrive to center by walk. Places to eat at 5 minutes walk. I used the 2 types of rooms caves and normal and both are gorgeous

First of all, it was a really kind gesture that they did not make us wait and took us to our room earlier than the time we checked in

Good location and view, but an OK room. Pros: Location was close to the central area and had a nice view of balloons and chimneys. Staff was very helpful with booking tours, airport transfers, and balloon flights

And they also help us to change the time of airport transportation reservation. There are many restaurants including Kebab and souvenirs shop. You can enjoy testy morning meal with nice view

The dorm in the cave is amazing. It's an authentic and historic place, but with all comforts you would expect (a plug in every bed, bathroom, ac, they even give you a towel toiletries!)

I had booked 3 nights here, then had to cancel the trip after I had an emergency appendectomy, even though the reservation was non refundable, Kadir only charged me for one night's stay, and said if I was able to come another time, then one night would be free

They can offer touristic services at a very good and conveniente price (and the best thing is also that you are in a small group of people, much more better than the other organized trip in the city)

Family owned place! The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. I arranged tours and the ballon ride and had a great experience. Kadir and his family are awesome

Kadir is a very lovely and helpful person, always ready to help you! He is also a very good touristic guide, very well prepared about the city and the history

We also had a delicious dinner there served with a variety of Turkish trimmings. Would really recommend this hotel for excellent value accommodation

The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, breakfast each morning was superb and a great way to start the morning after watching the balloons from the rooftop! ✨ We stayed in one of the fairey chimney rooms and it was awesome - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

This place is downright amazing. Lots of little walkways and stairways, nice pool, amazing views, great restaurant, friendly staff. The hotel complex feels like a little town in and of itself

The King's Valley farm to table breakfast experience was one of the most surprising highlights - the hotel took us on a tractor out to their farm where we had a local breakfast freshly prepared for us, and the entire experience was complimentary for hotel guests

Booked two nights separately, as a result we were going to have to switch rooms halfway through the stay, so the reception staff kindly offered to upgrade us on the first night to the king suite (which we happily accepted)

I really appreciated their kind heart and outstanding service. Especially my next hotel's performance had a huge differences with the Kelebek Hotel, it made me miss every bit of Kelebek. Thanks all the staff for helping

To go back to the Reception for check-in procedure, we need to take the stairs with our super heavy luggages and thus we turned to seek help from the hotel staff. They didn't hesitate and provided assistance right away

Amazing stay! Definitely one of the awesome cave hotels in Capadoccia with a killer terrace! The room was super comfortable without any issues. We arrived super late in the night, but were able to check in smoothly

They have a great free buffet breakfast you can enjoy on the rooftop each morning with a great selection of food, as well as healthy options. The rooms are above what I expected, very spacious and great amenities

It's very well located in centre Goreme, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is very beautiful, it has an incredible view on top (go there in the morning to see the balloons) and the cave is simply amazing

My husband couldn't local food but he has satisfied with the delicious breakfast in Arif The view was amazing I can see the beautiful balloons on my balcony The head manager Han , the chef , the young staff and the cleaner ladies I miss them

Hans was very helpful but more importantly welcoming and friendly. It was like being invited to someone home. We watch sunrise and sun set from the terrace, and the hot air balloons flew literally overhead at time

There parking so when you arrive at the bottom of the hill, say where you're staying, and they will let you up no charge. Thank you, Hans, for a wonderful and unique stay

We chose to walk to the sunrise spot one morning, which again is so close to the hotel. The breakfast was so good and filling. It is an excellent way to start the day

My only piece of advice is to bring a lot of cash, as it seems the local ATMs charge quite a bit as a withdrawal fee and most tours etc only accept cash
