We had a wonderful three night stay at Divan Cave House. The hotel exceeded our all expectations: the location was great, our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent

Besides the fact that the room is clean and being cleaned at all times, the breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly. The hotel is located on a hill so it gave us an amazing view of the balloons in the morning

Plus they manage through good services for tours and pick/drops. Nice breakfast, well maintained cave rooms as well as location. Staff members esp Hanifie and Ali are great in helping

5 stars for very friendly staff, the best views from the terrace, a delicious breakfast, very central location a bit up the hill (for the view :)) and a huuuuge and warm room

The room is well decorated and it was nice to have a tub in the room as well. Bathroom was modern, and clean. Rooftop terrace is amazing for photos, watching sunset, and just taking in the magnificent view of Goreme

Clean, comfortable, and Great breakfast...

The room was amazing having been carved by hand into the stone that makes this region famous. My wife and I spent nights grabbing drinks and the lovely little bar surrounded by the hotel’s many friendly dogs

Overall a pleasing experience, staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Yaren & Buse at reception. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel and its facilities were fine. I would recommend.

I had an exceptional experience being hosted by Onur and Furkan; they were not only friendly but also very fluent in English. The staff members are incredibly welcoming and offer excellent prices for activities

The hotel's prime location allows for views of the balloons in the early mornings, and the cave rooms are very comfortable—perfect for a stay

Very good location, next to a lot of restaurants, and friendly staff that helped us rent a car. The room could be a little bigger, but it was ok for 3 nights.

Lovely, family run small hotel in the heart of town. Friendly staff, delicious Turkish style breakfast buffet. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds with heated towel rack in bathroom.

Breakfast was in turkish style full of tasty things. If you want to spend good time in Göreme the Elegance Cave Suits is good choice

Friendly staff. Very unique experience staying in a cave. Got an affordable upgrade to the king suite. Loses 1 star only because the shower holder is broken and water escapes from the shower cubicle.

The rooms in winter when we visited were very warm. The family room is ideal for 3-4 people. Easy to park on the streets nearby for free and in a quiet, yet totally accessible part of Goreme away from the noise and chaos

You can ask for transfer from/to airport just for 7€ (any airport November 2022), any kind of excursion or hot air balloon experience, car rent or any other information

The breakfast is homemade, prepared just infront of you. Looks like you have family breakfast all together with the cook and other guests

Also the location is great because you get a wonderful view plus the main market area and all the main restaurants are literally a few minutes walk

Cheap and good place I got upgraded room and the porter was super nice He helped carry my baby during snow even until the restaurant for breakfast Breakfast bit far but the food was delicious The room is big and nice But the hot water too slow to out

After a long day of activities you can relax in the hottub in your room and enjoy the best view of the city and rockformations from the terrace. Really close to the centre with all the restaurants and souvenirshops

very beautiful and mesmerizing cave house. well maintained and the property owner is very kind. the stay is comfortable. good breakfast and the property has natural raspberry tree bearing fruits to relish.

Overall my experience here was great 9/10! If anything I’d say the room service has issues because they didn’t really replace our towels and tidy up as well as I’d liked but that’s not a huge problem

The conditions of the hotel, as well as its position are definitely worth staying here. Breakfast was plentiful, and in the evening you could go to the terrace where you could serve tea and coffee

Great location, great breakfast (grown in their own farm and locally outsourced), clean and comfortable rooms. What really sets this hotel apart though is the incredible hospitality by each member of this family team

lovely hotel, the rooms are beautifully furnished and the hosts are friendly and helpful! breakfast was plentiful and yummy, too! Would recommend thicker/dark curtains for the rooms, but that's all.

They Kindly let us back into our old room (hadn't been cleaned yet), which allowed us to have a much needed rest before heading to the airport

Lovely small cave hotel in the heart of Göreme. Clean room, friendly staff, super hot shower, and really stunning rustic, Turkish decor

We had a full day tour on our last day and returned the hotel at 5pm but our airport transport pickup wasn't until after 7pm

We were facing bad weather and the hike price so we decided to see the balloon ride instead of ride the balloon and it is good solution. It is worth seeing it even not riding it

By far the best hotel during our two-week trip around Turkey. The location is perfect, with all activities within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, looking even better than in the pictures

And not to mention, the location is super convenient to explore Goreme and the surrounding towns

In a nutshell: stay here , if caves are not your thing, and must have an elevator. I have read reviews of hotels that had ground floor rooms, but the guests had to go upstairs as those rooms were booked

One of my favourite ever hotels, not just in Turkey but of all time. The room is clean, spacious, comfy, and the terrace has excellent views of the stunning landscape and balloons flying in the morning

One of the best hotels I've been to! Its architecture is amazing, the rooms are big and super clean (the bathroom is insane!); there is one small swimming pool to enjoy the hot weather; the rooftop has an amazing view to the balloons; the breakfast has a bit of everything (fruit, different types of bread, cheese, salad, different drinks)

It has a pool, but it was not tempting due to outside temperatures in the 44 to 58 degrees Fahrenheit range. I loved the Suite room due to its spaciousness, several windows , and large bathroom with a hot tub

I'm trying to pay for the lodging, but it's not easy to pay the lodging fee because the staff is often away ^^;; The staff is friendly and there is no difficulty in communicating in English, so it is not a problem even if you do not know Turkish Air conditioner works well There are many cave hotels in Goreme, but this is not a cave hotel

Very ideal location and walking distance to everything in Goreme. Staff are kind and accommodating, breakfast options are quite limited and coffee is not included. But the overall experience exceeded our expectations. 🫶🏻

However, it was good to be in a convenient location in many ways because it was close to the bus terminal, so it was easy to move around, and it was easy to access restaurants and cafes nearby

It is very centrally located in goreme. You can walk to anything in this town. The staff is friendly and she gave us some travelling advice

This is a very good value for money accommodation 3 minutes walk from Goreme Bus Terminal (It takes 3 minutes even if you come by car) It's good because it's close to the bus terminal The room is very clean and nice, just like the picture I saw when booking If you can't do laundry and want to do laundry, the laundry is rotated once, and the staff takes the laundry, washes it, and even dries it

They have an amazing terrace on the roof, you could see air balloons in 3-5 meters from you while drinking coffee between 5 am and 6 am. Hotel is located almost in the center of the city life

My wife and two 9month old stayed here for 3 days. What sets this place apart is the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us book our activities and it was cheaper than anywhere else

The rooms were much cleaner than I expected for a cave. They even did our laundry and it was also cheaper than anywhere else. The staff were so nice, they helped us with our bags and stroller anytime we asked

First of all, this hotel has one of the best receptionists we ever met, his name is Mohammed and he's helped us with everything, speaks fluent English and was a great host overall. The whole team here is super friendly

He made us feel at home and if we would have had time we would definitely have stayed longer. Everyone was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast amazing and the view from the rooftop is excellent for seeing the balloons

He gave us a lot of advice of what to do and see around in Cappadoccia, and we ended up spending a lot of time together during our two days stay

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Great customer service, lovely views of the rocks - make sure you catch the balloons early in the morning from the terrace. The spa and the pool was a lovely treat.

Wow is all I can say. By far the best value for my money that I have ever gotten. Staff was so friendly, my cave room was awesome, and the breakfast was fantastic. I will always stay at this hotel if I come to Göreme.

it was a great experience, I liked everything except that a Russian group had advantage on getting an earlier breakfast, everyday at 8 AM they were already in the restaurant eating and apparently for a long time

We stayed in a suite and it was definately worth paying. The room was large with a separate bedroom area and living room area. It provided the extra space and really added to the luxury feel of the holiday

Cozy hotel with a homey atmosphere. The location is close to all Goreme attractions, and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and with a great view on the surrounding chimneys.

It’s a family owned boutique hotel in a great location, 10 min walk or 3 minute taxi to everything! It’s just 30 Turkish lira go anywhere in town. The breakfast was delicious as well

I have to make a special mention to Mehmat (the manager) as he went above and beyond to help us location our missing bags (Turkish Airlines lost them) by proactively initiating conversations with airlines, using his contacts and helping us overcome language barriers

This property is extremely well located and will give you the best hospitality as one could ever imagine. The rooms were large, spacious and clean. Most importantly the management is just perfect

There is always someone available to help you even if it is 3 in the morning. They have tie ups with good balloon companies, tours and car rentals which will offer competitive prices

It's a dreamy place! Their terrace is filled with petunias and Turkish setup which makes for lovely poster like photos with the balloons in the background

For its price, we had a really good stay. There was good room service and the location is very convenient to love valley and pigeon valley by foot

Location is at center and all places can be reached at quickly. Service is also good but need to inform everyday for cleaning service. They have open terrace with panoramic view. Car parking is available at hotel

Keep the employees; From the breakfast to the balloon view, we had a perfect experience. We had wine, we couldn't open it. There was a lady in the office upstairs, whose name I can't remember
