We had a wonderful three night stay at Divan Cave House. The hotel exceeded our all expectations: the location was great, our room was spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent

Besides the fact that the room is clean and being cleaned at all times, the breakfast is delicious and the staff so friendly. The hotel is located on a hill so it gave us an amazing view of the balloons in the morning

5 stars for very friendly staff, the best views from the terrace, a delicious breakfast, very central location a bit up the hill (for the view :)) and a huuuuge and warm room

The best thing about this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Cappadocia and would definitely come here again

I enjoyed my stay at the Divan Cave Hotel very much. I stayed in a junior suite with many windows, that was over looking the fairy chimneys. I could not say enough good things about this hotel

The family that run this establishment make you feel right at home especially Yousef who would chat away and made us tee at night time whilst we sat on the terrace with the stunning views of Goreme

The hot air balloon ride they organized was less expensive when compared to online rates. They also send you really well with whatever you need through the day - water, tea, coffee, etc

The breakfast spread was huge, fresh and very tasty. Since we had to leave for our flight before the breakfast time they offered to prepare sandwiches for our flight

There is not really much to say about the place itself, but I would like to spend some words about the staff of the hotel which made our stay very nice

It was such an amazing experience. People are so nice. One of the host is a balloon pilot. Kudos to Yusuf who took care of everything at all hours.

I would give more stars out of 5 if i could! The property has impeccable art sense and you can tell that as soon as you enter the lobby or head to the indoor (heated) pool area- very tasteful and artfully adorned a d designed property

There is so much of detail in every knob and nook, it just created a very immersive aura about it. The staff is super nice, super friendly, breakfast is excellent and the indoor pool is cherry on top

Really good hotel to go to, everything perfect. Pools and Turkish bath is amazing. The only thing that bothered me is they don’t have elevators 🙂‍↕️. had to do couple exercises every time I wanted to go to my room

It was a dream, unhurried luxury - very relaxing. Putu is an excellent masseuse. Don’t skip the cold water buckets!

Dont miss the terrace and rooms views of hotair balloons - we were late to view at the right time

Very good location of the hotel. To the center of Goreme 5 min. walk, while the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, from where unusually beautiful local landscapes open up. Hotel on a solid 4.

Great location next to balloon launching spots. There is also a high rock nearby where you can climb for less than 15 munutes, and watch from above, with an excellent view

This hotel was in the perfect location just outside the city centre so it was quiet. The pool was great and the kids played in it everyday

The room was spacious and clean. We arrived early and they already arranged a room for us and it was very sweet. I have to really mention their excellent services. We walked the slope following Google Map

They have a great breakfast buffet set up which also includes unlimited apple tea and turkish tea. Although, they are about a 5-10 minute walk from the center but the view can't be beat

We just had a magical 2 night stay at Kelebek for our babymoon and wish it was longer

The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, breakfast each morning was superb and a great way to start the morning after watching the balloons from the rooftop! ✨ We stayed in one of the fairey chimney rooms and it was awesome - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

The King's Valley farm to table breakfast experience was one of the most surprising highlights - the hotel took us on a tractor out to their farm where we had a local breakfast freshly prepared for us, and the entire experience was complimentary for hotel guests

Everything was fresh and eventually hot. Speaking of the view: there’s a spacious terrace with pillows and carpets and it’s all very aesthetic. Such a nice spot for few pics with all the hot air balloons during sunrise

I had breakfast included in my booking and went for it only once and felt bad I almost missed it as they offer a big variety of options spacing from cereals, biscuits to fresh and dried fruits, eggs cooked in different ways, cold cuts, cakes, yogurts, juices, milks, and so on

We were lucky we only came across a couple that morning therefore we basically had the whole place for us for pics. The view is great but surely spots on the hills is definitely way better than a terrace

We got two single and comfy beds, there was tea, water, coffee and few snacks. Bathroom is pretty big: shower and bathtub, wc and a spacious sink. Wished there was better lighting but it was okay anyway

Other than common toiletries, a hairdryer is also provided. My room had also a small balcony over the courtyard which was pretty cute. Staff will clean and change towels everyday

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking spots available right next to the hotel. Getting there can be confusing but easy to get to. They offered few activities although we had all planned previously

After doing the green and red tour and balloon ride I just needed a chill day and this was perfect! 10 euros to use the pool which was chilled to perfection and a great escape from the heat! The staff were very kind, efficient and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast

Location is at center and all places can be reached at quickly. Service is also good but need to inform everyday for cleaning service. They have open terrace with panoramic view. Car parking is available at hotel

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I know for sure that when I have the chance in the future, I will definitely be returning to stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Comfy chairs provided but a table would be good. Warm throughout our stay and king circular bed was fantastic. Decor was in keeping and fridge, dressing table in room. We'd definitely recommend this hotel

I have to make a special mention to Mehmat (the manager) as he went above and beyond to help us location our missing bags (Turkish Airlines lost them) by proactively initiating conversations with airlines, using his contacts and helping us overcome language barriers

This property is extremely well located and will give you the best hospitality as one could ever imagine. The rooms were large, spacious and clean. Most importantly the management is just perfect

There is always someone available to help you even if it is 3 in the morning. They have tie ups with good balloon companies, tours and car rentals which will offer competitive prices

It's a dreamy place! Their terrace is filled with petunias and Turkish setup which makes for lovely poster like photos with the balloons in the background

Choosing Design Cappadocia Hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. The hotel is beautiful and is located in a very ideal location

5 stars service! excellent Turkish breakfast during stay. Cannot complained with its location. Room is clean and comfortable. Will be better if there is dedicated parking space for the hotel

Pros: -Great location, central to everything and Goreme is a fun town to walk around and explore -Nice amenities (shampoo/conditioner), nice hot tub in our king room, beautiful terraces for photos -Manager booked the hot air balloon experience for us

But because there is poor ventilation, you really needed the AC on -There was an issue where one of the front desk people kicked my friend out of my room, which was so weird and they were very rude about it

It was well organized and I didn’t have to worry about it -Fantastic breakfast buffet, the honey comb was my favorite part

Great location close to main street but far enough away to be quiet. Cooked food available on request

The views from the hotel terraces are unreal and the location from the city centre was perfect

One of the central hotels in Cappadocia.. city centre is just walking distance. All food options are located nearby. Rooms are cosy, and morning view from the terrace is amazing.

It was one of the best experience we have ever had. Best people, best service, and best food. The location was great too. Looking forward to be back.

Good location and view, but an OK room. Pros: Location was close to the central area and had a nice view of balloons and chimneys. Staff was very helpful with booking tours, airport transfers, and balloon flights

There were many nice seating areas outside in the open space, although the arrangement was slightly different from the pictures. Reception was available 24/7 and there was a luggage storage space available after checkout

I really love the rooms. It is very spacious. We are able to cast from our devices to the TV. There is a carpeted sofa area and I like that there is a space to relax outside as well. Their breakfast was also amazing.

I have been to so many hotels around the world but the hospitality here is unbeatable. The staff is so polite and caring, they suggest genuine places to visit and restaurant to eat

He’s well connected, sharp and trustworthy. I hope he can dedicate a bit of time to read the book I recommended, since I sincerely believe it can help him to live an even more fulfilling life

The hotel: it’s what you would expect from a good boutique hotel, therefore it’s relatively small (not in a bad way necessarily) and located in a very handy spot that is close to everything

The only minor improvement I would do is related to the curtains, which seem to need extra room around the windows to prevent people from outside to see you inside (given the view is for the street / neighborhood)

It’s not a bad breakfast by any means, however since that’s the most important meal for me… it was quite sad to see the lack of variety (specifically considering the restaurant seems to be premium)

They manage to do this in such a relaxed manor true essence of family run, any request was arranged in moments! Warm welcomes on arrival gifting us a complementary breakfast upon arriving 7 hours before check in, allowing us too continue using the facilities on departure that features they're roof top pool in a quiet sun trap, with a wicked view! Would definitely stay again 5 STAR

Cannot say enough good things about this Hotel. Amazing staff! They cannot be more accommodating. Every need and whim were taken care of. They booked us with a balloon company

Also although the cave structure makes the rooms relatively cooler, the a/c unit was only in the living room so some added fans would definitely be beneficial

No A/C, but I found it wasn’t needed in September evenings. There were times the shower would go cold due to plumbing. The WiFi was not good unless in the common areas

Overall, this hotel is a 4/5 for me. It’s cute, the terrace is nice, but you can tell it’s more on the boutique side where the terrace furniture isn’t the nicest. Rooms are small, but to be expected

Given the location, keep in mind you may wake up to cars, mopeds driving by in the night when windows are open or dogs barking. The simple, free breakfast is a nice touch

Friendly staff and great rooms.. nothing extravagant but complete value for the price paid.. The staff is really good and service is top notch.. breakfast is quite average with limited options but nevertheless filling!

It is also close to a few tourist attractions, but you have to ask as we just discovered it ourselves. Worth it to try the restaurants nearby, cost is cheaper in comparison to a normal cafeteria in Istanbul

Secondly, the breakfast spread was good enough & healthy as well. What really touched us was, the way the owners went out of their way to make us comfortable & always welcomed us with a warm smile

Since we are vegetarians, they specially did go get us egg free bread for us & made sure we liked it :) Besides, more than everything, it's the service & the respect they offered us which made us really happy & make us miss Cappadocia even more

It was a really wonderful experience living in the Olivia Cave Hotel. The room was tidy, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were also some varieties from day to day

The service of reception is really nice! They also helped us with the travel arrangements! We got an appropriate price for the balloon ride, horse ride and green tour

Even though you did not stay here overnight, the tour booking through them is recommended!

Parking was easy and also it was close to everything

And they offered us the balloon flight before getting there, for 140eur cash, told us it had discount and could run out so we should take it as soon as possible
