We traveled with our dog so we love that Divan Cave House is pet friendly. Our room was spacious enough and comfortable and we loved all the terraces for lounging and watching the hot air balloons early in the morning

Breakfast was very good and had an excellent view if you sat out on the balcony. Location, being about a 7 minute walk from main streets of Goreme, was also great

The hotel is in a fantastic location, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the town. It’s situated on one of the best streets in Göreme

The breakfast is honestly one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had at any hotel, with very traditional Turkish mezze, great bread, sweets and other delicious food! The staff were super warm and welcoming

Upon arrival, the staff gave us a warm welcome and provided information about the town, available tours, and dining options, which made settling in very easy. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with breathtaking views

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable stay—we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Göreme

While we were looking for options in Goreme we were not really keen on cave hotels as we felt they were a bit claustrophobic, so we browsed through Carus, we really liked their stone rooms, with a window/balcony

Love it! Location is in the middle of the town near the main road. It has a lovely roof for balloon sightings too. Service is great and room is clean, breakfast has a nice spread

I think this is the best hotel in this city, great location, very authentic rooms and great service.

Overall is good esp the facilities & location. However, most of the staff are not helpful & friendly, not paying to the customers’ needs. Quite disappointing

Even though it is on ground level the rooms and terrace have great views. I have tried to be fair on my comments as a family we really loved the hotel and the very mild mannered owner

One of them was very helpful when I needed to book a tour. He always checked whether the hot air balloons would fly or not, so I didn’t have to pay in advance

The room was clean and cool—I didn’t even need to use the fan, even though the temperature outside was 38°C. One downside was that the internet connection in my room (Room #13) was weak

Parking was easy and also it was close to everything

And they offered us the balloon flight before getting there, for 140eur cash, told us it had discount and could run out so we should take it as soon as possible

Great location next to balloon launching spots. There is also a high rock nearby where you can climb for less than 15 munutes, and watch from above, with an excellent view

This hotel was in the perfect location just outside the city centre so it was quiet. The pool was great and the kids played in it everyday

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The room is a good size and the air con works brilliantly well. Very comfortable beds and hot shower. Everywhere was very clean too

Small and basic hotel but it had everything we needed. Ahmet was nice enough yo arrange all our tours and airport transfers. Breakfast is limited but was just ok to keep us through the morning.

Since it is a cave hotel, you will see dust particles falling from the ceiling but the room is being cleaned daily. Room is large with a mini lounge. Spacious toilet and 2 showers are located downstairs

Must try and must visit Best thing is, its a well known hotel and very easy travel options to all well known sites and walkability to city center Cons: the hotel charged us double the price for a airport transfer than whats offered in a klook airport transfer option

The hotel and the rooms may seem like they are suffering an identity crisis, room door like a store window, some rooms have poor ventilation, and breakfast is served for only an hour window

FCH embeds in the geography, giving you a lazy chance of a valley walk, cave dwellings, a few ancient churches, and fine dining in walking diatance

There is a nesting ground of Swift birds, which is again another breathtaking view, it was flight school time for their younglings

Than again, one does not choose Cappadocia hotels as per comfort but total experience

After doing the green and red tour and balloon ride I just needed a chill day and this was perfect! 10 euros to use the pool which was chilled to perfection and a great escape from the heat! The staff were very kind, efficient and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast

Would give it a 5 if there were less stairs to climb and the reception staff would smile more often. Haven for cat lovers specially at breakfast time. Their breakfast spread is clearly the best in this area

Comfy chairs provided but a table would be good. Warm throughout our stay and king circular bed was fantastic. Decor was in keeping and fridge, dressing table in room. We'd definitely recommend this hotel

We had the Blue Pool Suite which was amazing. Couple of things to improve it would be a floor squeechy for Pool overspill (I actually did swimming lengths). Maybe a table in room to sit and chill

Pros: -Great location, central to everything and Goreme is a fun town to walk around and explore -Nice amenities (shampoo/conditioner), nice hot tub in our king room, beautiful terraces for photos -Manager booked the hot air balloon experience for us

But because there is poor ventilation, you really needed the AC on -There was an issue where one of the front desk people kicked my friend out of my room, which was so weird and they were very rude about it

It was well organized and I didn’t have to worry about it -Fantastic breakfast buffet, the honey comb was my favorite part

One of the central hotels in Cappadocia.. city centre is just walking distance. All food options are located nearby. Rooms are cosy, and morning view from the terrace is amazing.

Location perfect to catch the balloons in the roof. is on a calm road but easy to arrive to center by walk. Places to eat at 5 minutes walk. I used the 2 types of rooms caves and normal and both are gorgeous

And they also help us to change the time of airport transportation reservation. There are many restaurants including Kebab and souvenirs shop. You can enjoy testy morning meal with nice view

I stayed in the fairy room. It was a real cave hotel, with lots of balconies and small windows, and it was very stylish! The staff were also very kind, and I'd like to stay here again.

Very wonderful hospitality you feel at reel home mrs. Sevim and her husband make every thing yiu want and the views from the terrace is wonderful real home of cappadocia. Easy to reach 2 min walk from the center

My wife and I loved staying here in the comfort room. The room had great views over part of Göreme and some fairy chimneys, you could even see the hot air balloons from the window if you were awake early enough

Great value for money! The cave stone double room was nice, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. Shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer, wifi & AC were available

He gave great advice about the area, and even offered to give us directions over the phone if we got lost on our hikes! Highly recommended

They manage to do this in such a relaxed manor true essence of family run, any request was arranged in moments! Warm welcomes on arrival gifting us a complementary breakfast upon arriving 7 hours before check in, allowing us too continue using the facilities on departure that features they're roof top pool in a quiet sun trap, with a wicked view! The hotel was very accommodating and affordable, however please note that we visited during the winter off-season. Parking is limited in front of the hotel, but you can always park down in the center of town if needed

This was my dream hotel experience. My husband is an architect and was very impressed with how the hotel modified the cave rooms for guests. Our suite was enormous, and had a perfect view overlooking Cappadocia

The general attitude on parking seems pretty laid back. The staff were very helpful and made sure to check in with us daily to see if there was anything they could do to make our experience even more pleasant
