The hotel owner, clearly under the influence of alcohol, behaved in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. Instead of communicating reasonably, he chose hostility and even called the police on me after a friend’s short visit — falsely accusing us.
The room itself was filthy (dirty sheets, broken hairdryer, unacceptable hygiene), and the entire experience caused me severe emotional distress.
Moreover, the hotel owner refused to refund any of the remaining nights, showing a complete lack of responsibility.

Location wise the hotel is in a superb location, accessible to the city, restaurants, otogar and also the sunset point. They also helped us arrange a few tours activities as well, only issue is that they accept cash. We are grateful that they helped us with an early check in also.
View early in the morning is stunning at rooftop, with the baloons flying.
Apart from that, the rooms are old, dull and lacking cleanliness. There's dust in the windows, in and around the bed frame and the drawers. Same story with bathrooms as well.
Breakfast is ok, its a simple breakfast, with the essentials.
They don't really have a receptionist and or security or a specialized housekeeping service, do keep that in mind. The rooms don't have a safe to keep your essentials.
Also they have a key, not a hotel card for the doors so you have to lock your doors, they are not automatically locked. Not a big issue for us.
If possible consider other locations but they are either fully booked or expensive. Ive heard cave hotels are similar and this is not a cave hotel, so no weird smells and all.

As a first time visitor to Cappadocia, and an American who speaks no Turkish, I am thrilled with how helpful the staff/owners of this hotel have been. Besides providing us with comfortable rooms with good wifi, they speak excellent English and have helped us arrange private transportation to several sites and also the Kayseri airport. (They also run a travel agency next door.) Since breakfast isn't served until after we wish to go hiking, they even provided plates for breakfast tomorrow including fruit, yogurt, bread, vegetables, cheese and meat.

Really great location. Really friendly family run place. Breakfast a bit ordinary - Turkish affair but lacked a bit. Would certainly recommend. Great rooftop balloon viewing.

15 minutes walk to Sunset Point (an observation deck from where all of Goreme and hot air balloons are at your fingertips).
The main street with all the restaurants and shops is nearby. The open-air museum is a 30-minute walk away. The hotel also has a terrace. The rooms are quite spacious. We also appreciated the very good water pressure in the bathroom. The receptionists speak Turkish, English and Russian.
We recommend the hotel. The price - quality is super.

Amazing Hotel had a perfect stay
It was an amazing experience, the hotel was clean and the beds are so soft! The location is the best for walking around in the city it’s in the heart. And the rooftop is incredible with those magical views ♥️

Loved our stay there. We chose the bottom floor due to heavy luggage. Try to keep in mind that most cave hotels have either an old cave smell or something similar to sewerage, once you switch on the extractor fan and/or aircon, it becomes better, but it is part of the old city, it’s not 5 Star, but the people are truly 5 star. Sasha organised our airport transfers, even after I had to check out and move somewhere else. You can exchange money at the hotel, breakfast is basic, but you really don’t need more. I will go back anytime. Price was also very reasonable.

Hotel temizlik konusunda cok yetersiz, calisan)ar ilgisiz, zaten sadece kahvalti veriyordu yumurtadan kil cikti, birdaha da kahvaltiya hiz cikmadim. Asiri gurultulu, uykunuz hafifse uyumak imkansiz. Neyseki sadece 3 gece odemistim. Bittigi icin sukrediyorum. Bence otel ile ilgili daha fa,la fotograf yuklemelisiniz, bu sekliyle bircok insan benim gibi magdur olacaktir.
