You should definitely choose to stay here for your trip to Göreme! The staff are so so so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, it is a short walk into town (but far enough that it’s not too noisy when trying to sleep). They have a beautiful rooftop, and it is a short walk from several fantastic lookouts to watch the balloons at sunrise! We stayed here for 3 nights & really enjoyed ourselves :) highly recommend!

Value for money.

The water in the toilet is not draining properly and remains stagnant. Also, the bed creaks whenever I turn, which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was great: the room, the location, and especially the staff, who were incredibly kind and always ready to help. They really went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. Göreme itself is a magical place, and staying here made it even better. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel nearby the bus terminal. Only 5mins walk from goreme bus terminal. I accidentally book a budget room that has no ac and fan. But turns out its fine because at night cappadocia is not that hot.

We stayed here for three nights, 8th - 11th May 2025. The location is great, 5 minutes to the centre, close to restaurants and markets, 17 minutes to the up close balloon-watching site (on top of the hill), but I'm sure you can even watch the balloons from the rooftop of the house. Just walking distance to a lot of places.
The service is 100/100. The guy who keeps watch on the night shift was so nice to us, he knows English and even when speaking Turkish, he speaks soft. Very nice communication to the customers. We asked him a lot of questions throughout the city, about activites, helped us with WiFi, communicated with us through whatsapp for things we need and they arranged transfers for us both from the airport. coming and going back. (10 euros from Kayseri airport to the hotel)
They can help arrange anything you want from the hot air balloon ride (180-270€ per person depends on the day and weather), ATV ride for 2.5 hours to valleys and sunset spots (40€ - two person can ride), horse riding, etc.
The hotel provides breakfast from 8-10AM, the abla working is so nice, she helped me when I needed help, and they make omeletes for you if you ask, thank you for the service.

Few things to consider before you stay here :
The rooms are not soundproof, you hear water flowing from upstairs or next door, people talking in the corridor, room service cleaning after 9AM.. We wanted to rest on midday since we woke up early for the balloons but it was too loud from here and there. We stayed in the family room, it is at the semi-basement, the window is connected to the ground floor where the have seats to sit outside, so anytime around 2-5PM you would hear people talking and chatting. Unless you're planning to have your whole day outside and explore, you can take these into consideration.

Last thing that needs highlight, just like the name, it is so peaceful at night, away from all the pubs and clubs or loud music out there and I love it.

Amazing hotel with good price for traveler, we have stay in mart 2025 and it was good

Room and toilet are large. However, the carpet has a noticeable stain and half of the lamps were working. Fortunately, heater worked well during winter.

They didn't automatically clean my room everyday and I'm dissatisfied with this. But, I think they will if you specifically go to the receptionist to request for it.

We stayed here for three nights. The staff was very clean and the environment was affordable. It is close to the city center and is about 6 minutes away. In addition, since there are buses only at night, the staff also allowed us to leave our luggage temporarily.
