really nice and polite stuff, good variety of excellent food, clean swimming pools and really fast service! definitely recommend!

Well kept hotel with nice stuff. A very good spa and massage recommend visiting(as always in Turkey you can negotiate prices).

Now bads :

Cleaning in rooms is of medium quality, floors are not washed but brushed, thus if you have small kids ask for it deliberately.

At beach all amenities are closing at 18 00 so you have no longer even water which is terrible. I do not mind you close juices and beer but water shall be kept always on, what if someone feels bad and there is no drinkable water open ?

A number of different tour operators use billiard room for their marketing purposes, sometimes even play billiard thus limiting access to it for guests.

A medium variety in restaurants. Just simple fish and salmon, never saw even shrimps in 11 days.

A super cheap wine both white and red no aftertaste at all, please contact me and I can still recommend something in the low price range but with a decent taste. Never saw Rose wine despite seeing it on the bar list.

Just one slow elevator, so with kids try to check in on the 1st floor otherwise you will have long waiting times during rush hours.

Nice animators, though kids club is kind of small, might be especially boring for kids above 8 years.

Shows in the evening are of medium quality but still good enough for the hotel price range.

Kids chairs in restaurant are sticky underneath, also not easy to clean as they have multiple corners there. A simple Ikea/stokke chair is way easier to clean, just an idea.

Alcohol only local.

First 7 days on the beach tea was served in carton cups with a huge glue smell out of them. Later replaced by plastic multi use cups of a better quality, though not clear if they are designed for hot beverages.

The path to the beach is crossed by a road, beware local drivers are crazy and will barely stop on the pedestrian path, hold tight kids and cross it carefully.

The beach chairs are pretty old and shade is just partial as the sun shade is not solid by 11 it gets super hot there, better avoid mid day staying.

Nice snacks during the day. Lack of snacks for beer, no nuts or chips.

Surprisingly no mosquitos at all. But quite a lot flies even in restaurant.

One of the billiard middle pocket is terribly fixed so use the billiard table which is closer to the toilet.

A volleyball ball is terribly old please replace it.

Aqua Aerobic which starts at 11 30 is too late as outside is very hot already.

I put 3 stars in hope to get a meaningful answer from hotel management about observations and might change it as for the moment I struggle between 3 and 4.
