Great selection of food , beach is very nice. The rooms are lovely and we also got a room with a swim up pool balcony. Ask for a map when you arrive as the resort is quite large and easy to get lost

It was my second time in this hotel and I will recommend it to everyone. The best part of the hotel for me is beach side when you can spend whole day. You have pools there, bar, very good restaurant with snacks

The hotel doesn't have direct access to the sea in the hotel building area, it's over the main road, but with great solved access handled by the golf cart shuttle. The beach is easily accessible also by foot

Pool area is well maintained full of green and clean. Only minus are rooms which needs to be renovated but who stay in the room when stay in such amazing place covered by high mountains

The disco ended by 11 PM, and other hotel music quieted down shortly after, so noise was not a concern. - Location: The resort is conveniently located, allowing easy access to a small village with pharmacies and shops

Pros - Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries replenished regularly. The only issue was that the ventilation needed cleaning, as it had dust accumulation

Given the diverse range of international guests, it would be beneficial for the front desk staff to improve their English skills to enhance the hotel's professionalism

The English proficiency at the front desk was generally lacking, with only one friendly staff member, Yasemin, being able to communicate effectively in English

- Beach and Sea: The sea was very clean, especially compared to regions like Side or Beldibi, with crystal-clear water and small pebbles. The beach was large with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

We had wonderful vacation! Great beach and facilities, as well as entertainment program! There is something to do all day around! Food was delicious too! And the program in the amphitheater was great every night! We would definitely recommend it!

Only "issue" for kids is rocky entrance in the sea. What delighted us most is animation team which do great job with kids and adults

The entrence to the sea is rocky and not so convenient for children but there are stairs from the dock

I recommend this place to everyone. A lot of different food to choose. Complex is greate with lot greenery and shades. Several places where you can spend good time and eat and drink

We stayed end of October for half term holiday. The weather was amazing and the room was big enough for a family and it was very comfortable. My son loved heated outdoor pool and aqua park

Only a few is the heated outdoor swimming pool could be cleaned and the hammam facility can be better maintained. That said we enjoyed both swimming and sauna

It was our second visit to this hotel and this time they gave us a free room upgrade to Lagoon room. Was great to be next to the swimming pool

It was autumn half term in the end of October and the weather was as hot as 29c. Staff was friendly, the restaurant staff Olcay provided us exceptional service. We will definitely return to the hotel

The location of the hotel was in between blue sea and green forest. I had nice cocktails ever night and enjoyed meals three times of the day. Workers were very friendly and helpful

The food is fine, for daughter 1. 5 years was and boiled vegetables and potatoes and meat. The pool is nice, beach is not very big, but tolerable. Animation will not be boring for adults, young and kids

Best entertainment, lot of games during day and shows in the evening. Entertainment crew is great, Mohamed is very funny and Amina is good trainer (dance and fitness). Rooms are cleaned every day, food is delicious

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

A beach is in 3 minutes walk, small but it had enough room for people. I liked the food too - it was hard for us to not overeat

Lot of bars with international drinks and cocktails. Beach is 500m from the hotel and there is bar also

Territory is not big but nice - nice clean pool, shady trees and own beach really close to main building. Everything is clean and maintained well. Food in buffet is fresh and tasty and there's wide range of choices

Great "kindergarten", the child can be left and go to the beach or walk around the city, the children really liked to stay there

We were at the end of June and at this time there were plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. Pebble beach, I recommend water shoes

Although there are jetties that take you directly to the sea, it was better with shoes. The beach is clean, well maintained, well shaded. The food was varied and very tasty. Most of the staff are nice and smiling

However the location is nice, pools, the sea and the beach are perfect, the territory is good and relaxing, overall it would be great for at least -30% paid

We just got back from one week stay in Amara hotel. I was very impressed with the room we had. It had a wonderful view and was , probably, the biggest and comfortable room I have ever stayed in

Hotel territory has a small water park, mini golf, and evening shows at 9:30pm are being shown every evening. Shows are good quality entertainment

I spent 10 wonderful days here. I stayed in the new part and the hotel itself is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The hotel has a large pool and a huge beach where you are sure to find a free place

There are lots of things to do. But many of them are closed due to COVID-19 in may 2021. There are 2 huge pools, it's near the sea. I'd visit again after the pandemic to see everything they have to offer

Aqua park is open 2 times a day and definitely has been fun to enjoy, pools are spatious and definitely scenic, private beach is close to the mainbuilding and there is also beach volleyball court available

The sea and the beach are clean and beautiful. The food and drinks are sufficient, there is something for everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are blocks with air conditioning problems in the garden rooms

During our stay, we have experienced a good level of service. Staff has been very attentive, facilities are clean and enjoyable. During the day, there are multiple snack bars and poolside bars available

During lunch and dinner rush (approximately the first 15-30 minutes after start of service) , initially it can be a bit difficult to find a free table, as the main restaurant area gets busy really quickly, though this is to be expected with high number of guests arriving in a short period of time

As from negative aspects, though there aren't many and personally did not bother us too much, not all staff understand much of English, but many do speak Russian and all speak Turkish, so you can find a way to communicate either way

Check-in was available from 14:00, so it can be a bit of a wait, if you arrive early in the morning, however there is a designated place to leave your luggage and you can enjoy the facilities during the wait time

Everything perfect! Wonderful hotel with wonderful crew. Amazing mountain view and clean see is the reason to choose this secret heaven. Shows in the night time very entertaining. All food tasty and rooms clean

I had an amazing stay at NG Phaselis Bay! The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding nature

Beach is so cleaned and easy to walk even without shoes ))) food is super, especially fish and sweets. Reception service is the only one disappointment. But anyway I definitely reccomend this place

The food was mediocre. It came quite a crowded group training event when we went to the thought that we would listen to the head that would calm out in the winter. Turkish bath, sauna and indoor pool were good.

If you have a baby stroller and walking from dinning hall/ beach/pool to the room in main building, you have to use the disability lift-up or walk further outdoor to get to the room elevator

There is also an in-house doctor Drinking Water - there are fridges dotted about all over the place with access to fresh cool bottled water 24:7. Very handy and an excellent touch. Main Pool - always clean and tidy

Spa is absolutely brilliant, massage packages are well worth it, and you can haggle on price if you want. Beach is a 5 min walk away, loads of beds, but take shoes if you want to head into the sea

At this time of year, the pools are cold but are fine once you're in. The pool by the main building is vast and has a shallow area for the children

Aqua park - fantastic area with a beautiful garden, showers, toilets and a snack bar and drinks bar. The aquapark is split into two. One with small slides and water jets and the other with large slides

There is also a mini freezer serving the best flavour twister icecreams. Kids club - friendly and secure kids club with a locked door and reception staff. My child loved it and made friends there

Patisserie - yes you read right! There is a patisserie serving scooped icecream (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate) available in corners or cups. They also have biscuits, hot drinks and cakes
