The food was great but very repetitive everyday but luckily there were many snack bars around the hotel and also on the beach which served fast foods. I didn't like the drink bar because there was no variety of drinks

The hotel is very clean, the lobby looks great. Some areas of public use (for example public toilets, playground) need a Littles cosmetic touches to renew. But nether the less public bathrooms are always clean

The beach is 3 min walk and there is an area for hot guests including bar and sun beds. Overall the hotel is a good choice

Regarding the rooms - we took a standard for a day, but even in it a family of 4 was comfortable - the room is spacious, one huge double bed, a single and a folding chair for a child (theoretically it will fit an adult in size, but 4 adults are not accommodated in standards anyway)

We would like to thank and highly praise the bartender DILAN (RANONA lagoon bar) who takes great care of us and is helpful and smiling and friendly to all guests all the time

We left after 19:00 (the room was handed over as expected at 12:00), no extra charges were taken from us for late check-out. The vacation was simply luxurious, thanks to the hotel team!

taxi ride to the airport (75€ one way), we used hotels transportation (170€. for a nice van, so we could fit into a single vehicle which was important to us). Using 2 taxis both ways would have been way more expensive

The fact that we ate the same thing for a week straight made everything boring & don't get me started with the mosquitos who bit us with no hesitation in the room

Honestly the customer service was the nicest people I've met, however the room was absolutely disappointing

They didn't help and instead just told us to open the balcony which brought more mosquito's

They have shuttle bus to the beach, or you can walk there for 10 min. Beach has a Bar and different activities, sunbeds were old, some of them broken, many people throw trash, cigarettes on the sand
