Minor negative sides: food options same every day especially at the beach front restaurant, old beach equipment [fridges, umbrellas,. ], the espresso machines and coffee beans should be changed at least in one of the bars

Great selection of food , beach is very nice. The rooms are lovely and we also got a room with a swim up pool balcony. Ask for a map when you arrive as the resort is quite large and easy to get lost

Our family are looking forward to our next vacation at the Crystal prestige. Staff are keen to please and shine every day whether it’s by the pool or dining for Dinner

The service, waterpark, super friendly staff - everything is just perfect! It's a very clean resort with plenty of sunbeds, a great entertainment program, and a beautiful location. I would definitely return another time

Food is great, meals to suit everyone including my fussy husband. Everything is very grand with beautiful furnishings. Clean rooms with comfortable beds

If you check out the events posters it lets you know what is on (entertainment)in the different bars at different times

It would enhance the experience to incorporate more Turkish cuisine and music to give guests a true sense of being in Turkey. I’d like to express gratitude for a few standout staff members who made our stay enjoyable

- Beautiful Nature: The resort is huge, it’s a lovely area with several bars, restaurants, and a mini-farm with numerous animals. - Noise Levels: The hotel was generally quiet, with pleasant background music

The disco ended by 11 PM, and other hotel music quieted down shortly after, so noise was not a concern. - Location: The resort is conveniently located, allowing easy access to a small village with pharmacies and shops

- Beach and Sea: The sea was very clean, especially compared to regions like Side or Beldibi, with crystal-clear water and small pebbles. The beach was large with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

Pros - Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries replenished regularly. The only issue was that the ventilation needed cleaning, as it had dust accumulation

- Food Variety: There was a diverse selection of food, including seafood and sushi. I enjoyed most of it, though the desserts were visually appealing but not very tasty

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. There are rooms with great views. I would especially like to note cosmetics of a fairly high quality, which is not often found in hotels, even 5 stars

Best entertainment, lot of games during day and shows in the evening. Entertainment crew is great, Mohamed is very funny and Amina is good trainer (dance and fitness). Rooms are cleaned every day, food is delicious

The hotel staff were very friendly, and kind and their behavior were very polite. The hotel was a very nice and beautiful place, our room was standard and had a balcony, it was very clean and had a good view

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

The place is calm, except for birds in the morning :) Nice view from the windows - we had a view to another hotel, but the mountains were visible, and that was beautiful

Great holiday club for families with and without kids. The beach is very nice and sandy , it is perfect place for kids to play. There is a large and nice platform in the water, hot and cold drinks sereved on it

Great Place for families with children. Perfectly situated among trees gives the microclimate of fresh air. Nice houses with rooms hidden in narrow paths. Great food in great number for everybody

It was built some time ago, territory became an inseparable and well blended ensemble of old shady park, which casts its branches over curved narrow streets, cosy ground-floor patios, cafés, few shops, pools, fitness-center, mini-football ground and tennis court, bound with bridges and terraces above all that

The rooms were clean, food OK, staff is great, animation was awesome (we had the chance to watch 4 different acrobatic dance groups). Aqua park was a big lifesaver under that temperature around noon (chill / shadowy)

Menu for kids always available. Delicious Turkish meals, sweets and fruit. The beach just near the hotel. Peer with convenient entrance to water for swimming. Not very convenient rocky bottom

Went with my husband and daughter. We stayed in a nicely situated room (I guess this makes your holiday better) and everywhere then came within reach

Nice resort hotel with so many amenities, excellent all inclusive food and drink bar including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff and excellent service for the money

And of course mountains, only mountains are better than mountains, the view is indescribable. We did not regret at all that we went to this place and to this hotel

Great "kindergarten", the child can be left and go to the beach or walk around the city, the children really liked to stay there

I spent 10 wonderful days here. I stayed in the new part and the hotel itself is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The hotel has a large pool and a huge beach where you are sure to find a free place

Decent place but cold public spaces (hallways, indoor pool, spa center, saloons etc. ) Good desserts but generally average food and not nearly enough meat. Some staff is helpful but most of them not

Rested at this hotel in September 2017. The hotel is very pleasant, beautiful and well-kept grounds (lots of green, everything is blooming and fragrant, garnet red, sing the grapefruit, tangerines and oranges) great food

Stayed in the hotel at September 09 -16, with two children, lived in family room. Everything is brilliant: room, staff speaking English, German, Turkish, Russian, food in restaurant, animations for children

There are lots of things to do. But many of them are closed due to COVID-19 in may 2021. There are 2 huge pools, it's near the sea. I'd visit again after the pandemic to see everything they have to offer

My friends and I stayed here one week until September 3, and during this period, there were a lot of Turkish guests (which I didn’t mind), though I had expected to see more English or Russian speaking tourists

The food was good, but almost all the imported alcohol, WiFi at the hotel, and even the dinner on the last day came at an extra cost—which I believe shouldn’t be the case at a 5-star UAI hotel

It might have been due to the timing, with Turkey’s Victory Day on August 30. On the positive side, the mountain views were beautiful, and the sea was nice

However, the beach bar was quite disappointing—the sandwiches were left in the fridge and were wet, and the beer was just bad. The drinks at the hotel were a bit better, though

I want to highlight a person who amazed us with his professionalism and his education named Hikmet Elma !!! I had an impeccable service from this person. We will come back to this hotel soon

Simply, the resort is not for 5 *. Anyone who has been to other hotels knows what I'm talking about. The entertainment team is to be welcomed

The food was mediocre. It came quite a crowded group training event when we went to the thought that we would listen to the head that would calm out in the winter. Turkish bath, sauna and indoor pool were good.

Spent a week there in our honeymoon. Not bad, but could be better. Food and servise were ok. Dirty pools, cats around restaurants.

We wish this would have been better stated and informed upon booking. We had to inform the hotel about it being our honeymoon, which is fine but it would have been nice to be asked rather than having to tell

Perhaps on check in, staff could ask if you're here for a specific reason. We have after been provided with an offer of breakfast in bed and a romantic dinner, both which we are looking forward to experiencing

The room is a tad basic even though we booked a bungalow, making an assumption this would be one of the better rooms. However we now suspect that all the rooms are virtually the same apart from room size

Our family really enjoyed the time here especially the fact that they have a wonderful pool games, friendly vibes and a specific dining area for kids (on top of kid’s club)

Entertainment team is exactly what you expect, big thumbs up to them. The mini bar in the room is refilled daily which is a big bonus

We travelled with Jet2 and booked this as a last minute holiday during October half term. Transfer time is 60 mins We arrived at 2am Turkish time and was one of two families arriving at the same time

There is also an in-house doctor Drinking Water - there are fridges dotted about all over the place with access to fresh cool bottled water 24:7. Very handy and an excellent touch. Main Pool - always clean and tidy

Patisserie - yes you read right! There is a patisserie serving scooped icecream (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate) available in corners or cups. They also have biscuits, hot drinks and cakes

There are goals here for playing with a ball and inflatables are allowed. There is an on site shop available for this but of course the nearby shops are less expensive

I’ll say right away - I RECOMMEND!!! Excellent hotel! The staff does EVERYTHING possible to make our stay comfortable! Clean rooms, good plumbing, snow-white bed! Cleaning is done daily with drinks added to the mini bar and shower amenities

We had a large family room on the top floor with a view to the pool and mountains. Beds were comfortable, and the conditioner was working very well, which gave relief from very hot weather +37

I was doing morning exercises, yoga, water activities, darts, and games. Played bingo and won the prizes. One of the days was foam party, kids really enjoyed it. Went to the local disco club at the nearest town Kemer

Entertainment in the hotel for adult vacationers (sports programs, evening quiz shows, competitions) and for children (mini club and mini disco)

The rooms are very clean, and the service is amazing, one thing I didn't like was the mosquitos but it was not their fault

Place of raspolojeniya the first line ,your well-kept beach. On the territory of several pools. Kitchen excellent,the chefs thank you so much. Territory is not large but green and manicured. Overall impressions are great!

Of the minuses to swim at night not even in the pool (minus for me, although I understand that this is also a concern, that went early in the morning) gym (5 days is not critical but it is better to take the kit running)

It is far from water but no one in sight, mountain just near swimming pool, green territory. Most calm place I've seen in Turkey

kemer is hottest in the whole country ,stayed 11 nights in august ,anyway it was good experience staying at mina grand hotel

If you’re hiking etc, or on a budget this hotel offers great value for money. Whilst basic, the rooms are fine with comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast was good and the manager was very friendly and helpful

It is a cheap and clean place to stay while you are on your day trips in Kemer. I stayed for this purpose and was satisfied. If you want, you can make use of the suitable, calm environment and the pool for your holiday

In terms of location, it is 10 minutes away from the main road, shopping such as Migros, Bim, A101 and Göynük public beach. The public beach is quite wide and beautiful, and it costs 10₺ for a sunbed on the beach
