The hotel is cute but unfortunately it’s not very clean or up to date maintenance wise.
The first day my sister wanted to take a shower and the bathroom was flooded. Apparently the shower drain was clogged and the water came out of the bathroom it was a total miss. When they came to inspected it, the guy pulled hair out of the drain.. it wasn’t cleaned for a long time based on the amount of hair he pulled it was disgusting!!
Then when we went to sleep the sheet wasn’t clean, there was stains and hair on the bedding.
The next morning when i went to take a shower in the second bathroom there were hair in the drain as well. It wasn’t clogged but hair was coming out of the drain.
The apartment is spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room/ kitchen. But the floors had dead insects that indicated it wasn’t mopped for a few days at least. They have good pool. Not sure if it’s clean though.
The staff is nice enough, however there was a very rude guy in the reception. I asked him where they would store our bags when we checked out. And he said we would put them here. I mentioned how were they going to differentiate between our bags and the other 20 bags in the reception area since there wasn’t any tags or anything to differentiate them. He started calling me thick headed in Turkish thinking I don’t understand. One of his colleagues started to move our bags to the side and reassured me they would be on the side here.
After all that happened I would never come back to this establishment.

Had to always ask for toilet paper and towels, they never clean the room. Only one lady at the bar that was really nice. Most of them can not speak English so it’s hard to communicate. But the hotel was nice, just need to change out the staff and upgrade their service. And you provoke me when you mean I just spent one night there.. I was there for 7 days.

I had a wonderful stay in Dorman with my family. Beautiful place with attention to their interior design and garden. Attentive and warm personal. They helped us with everything we needed help with like booking taxis, money exchange, and recommendations. There is a lovely young english-speaking woman that served breakfast and was very warm, professional and helpful. The place is calm and a real oasis. Offering a small outdoor gym, shower next to the pool, a nice pool and comfortable pool chairs. Fresh pool towels to take from reception. Everything of high quality.
Why we decided to give one star less is just because there is room for simple improvements. The suits have beautiful kitchens but almost no kitchen equipment. They did equip us with more once we asked.
The rooms should be cleaned more often than every 3 days. At least every second day.
They did check the rooms to add missing toilet paper or empty the trash bins.
The breakfast food is tasty and good quality, but could offer more verity. Watermelon was included every morning, but no more fruit options than that. Nicer bread is a recommendation as well. Otherwise the breakfast is always calm, at a nice terrace by the pool and enough personal working to serve.
I am sure the small improvements will happen as I got the impression of genuine care from the people of the hotel.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Dorman Suits. And I hope to come back! Thank you for a lovely stay. It was a great choice.

I stayed at this hotel from 14 June to 19 June 2024 , TBH there is nothing good about it , staff are rude from hotel manager to room service, if you will show up at the Breakfast at 8:20 and the breakfast starts at 8:30 they will shout at ur face saying its not breakfast time , u will need to ask them for basics such as toilet paper and towels every time even if the pass by ur room and fix the bed , they will never clean anything in the room after you .. Bodrum is amazing and this hotel was the only bad thing in this city ..
Only 1 young lady at the breakfast she is so nice and respectful, she deserves to work in a better hotel 🤍

Service??Unfortunately, this hotel does not know about the service.
The garbage is not always taken out, they brought thin grocery bags instead of garbage bags.
We waited 2 days for toilet paper.
The hotel where I work is of a lower class, but the attitude cannot be compared. And yes, on a birthday, which turned out to be temporary accommodation, they could at least bring a box of chocolates. As I understand it, there is simply no service or in winter he falls asleep in this hotel.
We definitely won’t go back and recommend it to anyone.

- cleaning wasn’t very thorough, but this is pretty much the same in every hotel these days, so really nothing to complain about

+ it’s a really beautiful place, with simple but elegant rooms, gorgeous garden and good views. perfect if you want to have a more secluded place with comfort of a home- cleaning wasn’t very thorough, but this is pretty much the same in every hotel these days, so really nothing to complain about

It is very clean and new property. Location is great , walking distance to Bitez beach. Water gets fogy in afternoon, but it is nice and calm in the morning. There are walking distance small markets for basic needs.
We stayed in two bedroom suit, rooms are good size , living room and kitchen area is very large and comfortable.
Staff is very friendly. They serve plenty food in the breakfast and it was very tasty.
It is a great place for families and kids to relax and prefer stay away from loudly part of Bodrum.

One of the best places I stayed in. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent and clean room. Very good area close to the beaches and there are many restaurants. The pool very very nice too.

My mom spent 8 month at Dorman and cannot wait to return. The staff and general manager of the hotel are incredible, warm, attentive, professional. The hotel is clean, well maintained, with modern spacious rooms. Lots of cafes and a walking trail nearby accessed by foot. Hotel's private beach is a short car / bus rive away and is very nice. Local beaches are within walking distance.

Hotel is great for stay a long time! There is you can really enjoy your holiday. Hospitality is the best ever, thanks a lot for everything. Highly recommend, especially exclusive suites
