The view from the room was Beautiful, it was just opposite to the small pebble beach. The breakfast spread was amazing & very good. Worth all the penny and the Staffs are very warm and welcoming.

Highly recommended! I live in here for 6 years, this was the best food experience I had in Kaş(I'm quite a foodie by the way) . Everything we tried was the best. Also not too expensive comparing to other Kaş restaurants. Thanks to chef Cem and all the stuff! Perfection!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Stayed here for 4 nights and I loved every second of it. Kas itself is a stunning town, but the hotel really exceeded my expectations.
Staff are top tier, so helpful, friendly, very chatty and welcoming.
Gorgeous terrace where they have breakfast in the morning and dinner at night time. A great bonus - guests get 20% off in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner is great! The view is absolutely stunning.
Rooms are tidy, spacious, and right outside the window there is a drying space, which is awesome. We stayed in one without a balcony and with a street view, however that did not disappoint.
The location is superb too. There are plenty of beach clubs around, however there is also a gorgeous little pebble beach right outside of the hotel. I wouldn't say it's suitable for all-day relaxing, because it's quite small, but it's ideal for a quick dip. Every morning I went for a morning swim - so picturesque!

This hotel is an absolute gem in Kas. I would go back in a heartbeat! Hopefully one day I will!

This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for something reasonably priced, clean and central. We were a few minutes walk away from the inner most part of Kas. The room was small (we selected the cheapest option) but clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well and although our view from our room window was the next building, I appreciated the personal washing line hanging outside our window which we could use to air out our clothes after a day in the water. The breakfast was amazing!! So filling, we were asked if we wanted refills and I loved it as a vegetarian! Plus it was served from the roof terrace with great views! A great choice of hotel in my opinion.

Experienced 3 different rooms on 3 days. Room 101 and 202 has a amazing view which I’ve added the photo of view. Can not say same thing for the room 308. It was quite tiny and had no view. So recommend all to have rooms with view with a small extra charge.

Breakfast is quite enough with eggs, cheese, olives, pepper, tomato, cake and fruit. We thought that nothing extra is needed. Additionally, breakfast served on the rooftop with amazing view.

Cleanliness was also good, could not find anything to complain about.

In short, I can say, price/quality percentage is pretty high for this lovely boutique hotel.

Clean rooms, great people, close to city center and beachs (Derya and Cınarlar)

Lovely small hotel.
Extremely clean, rooms are small but cozy and with great sea view. Far from the mosque so you can sleep well and not be awakened by the singing ) Still very close to the center and the shops. Right above the free town beach and 1 minute from some nice beach clubs. Breakfast on the roof with amazing view! Every day there was something special for breakfast in addition to the main menu. The staff was very friendly- I felt like we were visiting family friends. There was everything in the room to feel comfortable- blankets, tea, coffee, towels and slippers, shampoos and hand sanitizer. We stayed for two weeks to work - internet was great for video calls, never and problems with hot water. Highly recommended!

Clean hotel, they are really careful about hygiene.
