A good hotel which is centrally located, very close to all the attractions. It is well priced with spacious rooms. The breakfast is very basic but reasonable.
I spent 4 nights there and then returned a week later to spend another 3 nights. The only disappointing issues were that they wanted to charge me another 150TL per night for the same room and there was no hot water. I was told the hot water was being fixed on Sunday morning but was later told by someone else that the repair man didn’t work on Sunday’s. I would have stayed longer but after being lied to and having a disappointing stay, I ended up leaving extremely disappointed…

Nicer than expected. The rooms are spacious enough with a fridge and good aircon. The bathroom seems new and adds a touch of luxury.
Reception is often not about so you'll need to go to the little patisserie inside. Also prices vary depending on who's on - the younger bearded receptionist is a little strange.
Breakfast is the usual set dish, çay availability could be better though.
Internet in the room is very weak plus the walls are thin, but if that's no a problem it's good value.

We stayed for 5 nights in July. We chose this hotel last year. First of all, the attention and relevance of the staff and owner of the hotel is outstanding. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere in the center of Kaş. It was also very good that the Ayeıva hotel has its own parking lot. They work in the hotel bed and breakfast concept. Breakfast is open buffet and quite enough and delicious for its price.. Last year, we stayed in a triple room. This year we chose a double room, but it was too small. Definitely choose a room with a balcony. Bathroom was clean. A hotel that I would prefer if I come to Kaş again.. Thank you to all hotel staff.
